I got injured at my job in April 2022, after which my employer started treating me unfairly-- the employer didn't even allow me to see an actual doctor until almost a year after the injury occurred. I was misdiagnosed by their urgent care reps and by a therapist who told me I was basically faking the injury and gave me physical therapy exercises that caused me more pain.
I reached out to a number of lawyers who dismissed me, until I came across Mr. Kendall Medway. From the day I walked into his office he reassured me that he would do all that he could to help me. As far as I am aware, he did just that. Mr. Medway led me through the workers compensation process, which took nearly two years. We reached a settlement in February 2024. I am satisfied with the outcome and that I chose Levinson Axelrod for my workers compensation claim.

A month ago, I had FOUR traffic tickets issued to me, at one time, by a gang of mentally-ill Suffolk County police-officers—the total points of which would equal EIGHT, had I been found guilty.
I am so very grateful that I choose David to represent me in court; he was able to have two tickets dismissed entirely and the other two reduced to mere parking violations! Needless to say, I am deeply satisfied with David's excellent performance and am forever indebted to his kindness—because without him, my drivers-license would surly have been suspended and/or revoked!

Attorney Melanie and her team have been exceptionally outstanding since retaining her for my divorce.
Her stance is diligent, and one of great dignity. Her representation has always been “ to the point” and she supports her clients in all capacity.

That attorney referred me to Attorney Melanie Fenwick Thompson. Melanie and her team provided me with a quick detailed consultation so that I could explain my case and she explained my options. Her and her team are very thorough and got my divorce moving fast. All our communication was done on there client portal for tracking purposes which really helped. This way if I couldn’t remember something I could always go back to my portal. It took about 8 months to get my divorce finalized and everything was done via email communication through the portal. Prior to hiring Attorney Melanie Thompson, I made the mistake of hiring a cheap lawyer who cost me way more than money. Because I made the mistake of hiring the wrong lawyer, I had over 3 different judges look at me as a person with no dignity, no integrity, no honor, which almost caused me to lose custody of both my children (ages 1 and 4 months). I have never had to sue anyone before in my 60 years of life, but I think when some service companies see a woman who lives alone, they think they can bully her. I had 2 HORRIFIC experiences with HVAC companies…2 companies in a row! Terry came highly recommended to me by an acquaintance in town, after a previous attorney dropped the ball. Terry was patient, thorough, detailed and very professional. Thanks to a Terry’s advice, and hard work on my behalf, I didn’t have to go to court for either case! We won the first case in arbitration, which Terry suggested would be much less expensive and take far less time, than going to court. The second case settled out of court in less than a month. Both cases were won in less than a year of each other. That’s probably a world record! I HIGHLY recommend Terry to anyone looking for an excellent attorney who’s a winner!

I had an urgent legal matter that needed immediate attention. Without any delay whatsoever, on the day of the issue arising, Russ was able to strategize on the correct actions providing multiple options, and we selected the optimal strategy moving forward in order to deal with the problem. I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." Russell came by way of a referral from a Labor Rights website and I am so grateful. He really looked into my case and listened to me. When Russ believes in something, he's passionate about it. I contacted Paul after I was in an accident. He was very helpful from the moment he took me on as a client. He helped me get medical treatment through PLIGA when I had no insurance at all. Paul also made sure I was seen by a doctor immediately for my pain. The doctors he recommended were amazing. They seen my promptly and took care of my needs ASAP.

Farshad represented me in a personal injury case where the insurance company I was dealing with pushed back when I requested compensation for real costs such as lost income and gas costs for driving to/from dr appointments and treatments. I was recently arrested and falsely accused by a proprietor of a business. Upon appearing in Manhattan court for a D.A.T pertaining to this matter I must admit the taste of discuss the NYPD left with me was/is horrendous. I recently hired Adam to represent me for my DWI arrest on the Westside hwy. I had refused the breathalyzer in the precinct on the advice of a friend of mine that was an attorney but not the type of attorney you want giving you legal advice on DWI's. I was arrested on a Sunday evening and needed to spend the night in the tombs. My wife called my sister who is an attorney and asked her to find a lawyer and my sister must have made over 20 phone calls to lawyers asking for recommendations for DWI attorneys she advised that multiple people had brought up Adam's name and when she told me "I have never heard an attorney refer to another attorney as an amazing lawyer but even better person" I knew I needed to go with Adam. My wife had the initial communication with him but even she raved about how easy he was to talk to him. He wasn't able to make it to my initial court hearing the night I got out because he was in California on business but he had one of his associates come. Honestly you could probably save yourself 1.5-2k by not having an attorney because nothing actually happens at the hearing where you're released but I would have paid 5k just to get out of that place so I didn't care. When Adam and I first met I introduced myself said to him "after all of this is said and done, I hope I can say that hiring you was one of the best decisions of my life", and even that is not enough at this point. Adam was so honest with me but yet the way he carried out the conversation I still felt reassured that the best possible outcome was going to happen. I'm a realistic person, I know that if a lawyer tells me that there's a 100% chance of me getting completely off that he's just blowing smoke but Adam wasn't like that. He actually wanted to know about who I was, where I came from, the circumstances of the evening and things leading up to that evening. He really spent his time trying to find out who I was so that he could humanize this terribly unfortunate mistake I made. The NYS stance on refusals is no pleas and he told me that it rarely happens the first time, but that if we were persistent there was a possibly we would prevail. Adam scheduled a meeting with me to review all of the court documents and get my take on everything and also did his due diligence in trying to find discrepancies in the court that he could use, not only if we needed to go to court but also in trying to persuade the ADA to submit a reduced plea. The first hearing came and went and no plea. Obviously I was very disappointed but Adam once again, reassured me that this wasn't the end of the road. Adam was so persistent with the ADA, constantly communicating with him and seeing where things stood, I really knew that he had my best interest at heart. Sure enough, in the days leading up to the second and final hearing before we would have needed to go to court the ADA sent Adam a message with the reduced plea. No misdemeanor, not ignition lock, a license suspension reduced form 1 year to 90 days and I think $450 in fines. When Adam heard the news he immediately called me, emailed me and texted me. You could just tell he was so excited that we got exactly what we wanted. Overall, if you read this, regardless of what your DWI/DUI situation is, you will 100% be making the right decision to go with Adam to represent you. Adam, if you ever read this, I am forever indebted to you!!
