Marc worked with me on a DUI case and I do not believe I could have found better legal representation than him here in Fresno. He was incredibly professional, always on time, and very thorough when working through the process with me. Absolute Scam and Unprofessional Behavior
Jeremy,
I hired you to help with a bogus speeding ticket, where I have clear dash cam footage showing my speed, location, and the officer’s actions before and after the stop. The officer claimed I was going 80 in a 45, wrote the wrong location of the stop, and the speed limit on that road was actually 55. My speedometer was at 61, clearly shown on the dash cam. Yet, you had the nerve to tell me you could “maybe” reduce the ticket to a 14-over, despite knowing the entire ticket was a joke.
After this ridiculous introduction, I called the very next day—over a month before the court date—and requested a refund. Your desk lady assured me I’d get a full refund. But today, I get a call telling me the case was continued (even though I fired you), and now you’re only offering half of my payment back because you “spent 20 minutes” on my case? That’s a load of crap.
Then, to top it off you have the audacity to threaten me with legal action if I dispute this scam through my bank. You’re not even competent enough to handle a simple case like this and now you’re acting like a crook. I honestly feel bad for your firm that you’re so desperate for this money, but I’ll be sure to keep on sharing my experience the community.
Keep the half—you clearly need it more than I do.

Mr. Blair is the Bomb! He got my assault charge dropped, then in court he wiped the court room with them, it was beautiful, poetry in motion, and he got them hit with a 2 year restraining order! So don't waste your time sizing up lawyers, he's the best! Time worrying is time wasted, let him do that for you! You wont regret it!

I’m very grateful to Mr. Scott and his firm. We never felt like ‘clients.’ He viewed us as individuals of incalculable worth. He understood that we put the most difficult situation of our lives in his hands and he wasn’t going to let us down. It was obvious that Mr. Scott valued the truth and justice of our situation over his own ego. He is the farthest thing from the stereotypical attorney. Every attorney and paralegal in his office was equally qualified and motivated. Their work gave us peace of mind and confidence throughout the mediation and trial processes. They were extremely attentive to detail, and able to uncover significant details that we had not noticed despite being more intimately aware of the situation. They sifted through enormous amounts of data and properly distinguished the most important elements of the case from those of lesser importance. The storyline of our situation was patiently woven together over the course of the trial and the jury was not lacking any important elements. He was never too busy to answer a call, email or text. He was factual rather than emotional. Our trial ended more quickly and favorably than we anticipated as a result of Mr. Scott’s professional and human excellence.

I had an aggravated menacing case in Franklin county. Sabol did not fight for me instead he questioned me and went with whatever the prosecutor said and I had never been convicted of any crimes before. I was promised if I complete the link program everything would be off my record. No Daniel Sabol made a deal with the prosecutor to keep that on my record. Smh now I am in school and have had several jobs that I can't get. Ben had to take over and settle in Mental health court. Going forward I would only trust Mark Collins and Katelyn Stephens. Dan Sabol was a horrible lawyer and lost my case on purpose because I am a African American female.

Sam Lock & his staff came through for me in arguably the darkest year of my life. I had two grievous felony charges levied against me, and I had no idea how to advocate for myself or navigate the justice system. I had never been in any kind of trouble before. I never harmed or threatened ANYONE, butthe prosecutors were ready to throw the book at me. All I could think about was the potential of losing my career and abandoning my family to fend for themselves while I spent the next ten years in prison for a stupid mistake.
Sam Lock listened to my side of the story. He advocated on my behalf before the court and helped me to navigate the situation step-by-step. A momentary lapse in judgement almost cost me my whole life, but Sam Lock fought for me & secured an outcome that was fair and gracious. I never served a single day of prison or probation. I have a second chance to live rightly and continue providing for my family.

Susan mader is snobby and doesn't call her clients to explain ANYTHING. She doesn't fight for you or your kids to be with you. Basically you'd be better off fighting for yourself and your kids without her interfering. She gets mad when u ask questions. If you ask too many questions about your kids she calls it harassing her.

I hired Mr. Loturco when I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor assault earlier this year. I had gotten into a fight at a hockey game with a man and he had decided to press chargers. He sustained injuries and I was facing 3 years probation along with payment of medical bills. Mr. Loturco assured me he would do everything he could to pursue the best possible outcome. Jess Forbes and I serve on the Kanawha County (WV) Deputy Sheriffs Civil Service Commission. Chris handled a case of mine over a year ago, and throughout the year, some things came up that Chris really had no responsibility to address as he had successfully done his job with a fantastic sentencing outcome but he always took the time to follow up with me. I've had another criminal attorney who was supposed to ranked very highly and the fact is after the case was over, I couldn't get a word out of him unless it involved paying more. Chris is a stand up attorney, remembered the facts of my case for an entire year and when he was able to help, he did so, and as a secondary outcome, we applied for and got an early dismissal from probation and on my record a year after. Chris is by far the best attorney I have worked with and I highly recommend him. When I am able to get my case expunged in two years, Chris will be my immediate go-to.
