Was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor. I have used Elizabeth two times before, both cases were dismissed. She happened to be out of the country when this latest unfortunate event occurred, but she still managed to call me and she will be representing again. Call me unlucky, or maybe just in the wrong place at the wrong time, or maybe I just need to move away from my crazy neighbor. Elizabeth is an aggressive criminal attorney that can control a court room with ease.

I had some issues with DPS showing incorrect information in their system which was preventing me from obtaining a firearm and from getting my passport reinstated. Elizabeth review the files and submitted a very detailed and thorough appeal to DPS which made them revise my records and clear up my history. If you want someone that know her business and pay attention to detail, hire Elizabeth.

I was arrested for DWI and Assault in Fairport, NY. I was a passenger in a car driven by my girlfriend. We had stopped in the road to make a turn and a car rear ended us. The impact was so great that the car was totaled. I had to climb out of the driver side window and that is when the driver who hit us told the Police that I was the driver. The driver of the other car came over to me and started a fight and I had to defend myself and my girlfriend. I immediately contacted Mr. Morabito to represent me for the criminal charges of DWI, assault and traffic tickets. If I was convicted of DWI, I would have lost my job. If I was convicted of assault, I could have been looking at jail time. Mr. Morabito did such an amazing job that all my charges were dismissed at trial.

My daughter was in trouble after dating a man that was really bad person. He was a crook trying to make money from stealing and ripping people off instead of honest and hard working. He took advantage of her naïveté and used her for her car, her credit status and her money ie: writing bad checks all over the place from her account. Because her name was on everything not his she was held responsible as there was no connection paperwork wise to him. He left her in a bad way with all these debtors. Luke Rioux was the best person to get them to understand that she was taken advantage of and to get the amounts owed to them lowered and her restitution lowered or she would have been in more trouble as she might have even had to go to jail for what that guy did to her. We are thankful to Luke for helping her tremendously!

This is the1st of 3 reviews & counting for my attorney Mr. Wayne Housley. Mr. Wayne I do apologize for my tardiness on these reviews,but after being mentally, emotionally, n sometimes spiritually exhausted. It's taken a year to get here. I came to Mr Housley in Aug. 2019 in an unimaginable situation and one really difficult to wrap your mind around. The system is flawed don't take me the wrong,but I believed that if u did not do something like I was accused of it would be easy to prove ur innocent. Of course I believe if u did do something like I was charged with it will be easy for the DA to prove your guilty. Although ur supposed to be innocent until proven guilty,but we all know it's rite the opposite. I met Mr Housley in Aug n met with him explained what I was charged with and why I was charged. Before I left the first meeting I knew he was who I needed to represent me. After about 30 minutes of conversation Mr Housley said something I will never forget n I quote"ok mr.william u have done the most important thing & that's convince me" and he gave a very reasonable price for him to represent me and we didn't close the deal that day,but I assured him he would hear back from me& a week or so later we talked again n I told him I decided to use him, n asked if he could give me a little time to come up with his fee,n without hesitation said he would. I needed him to represent me before I could pay him becaused I had already been indicted, I was arrested on a Friday evening around 6pm. The alleged crime was first reported around 3:30pm. That same day I was arrested n charged around 6pm n the judge didn't set me a bond until followingTuesday afternoon. I bonded out that same evening around 6pm. Little did I know they had already investigated a crime of this magnitude enuff that they gathered together a grand jury and I was indicted the next day& I had to go back to the jail& rebond out that next day which was on a Thurs. So in less than 7 days the alleged charges were reported n I was arrested n indicted in less than a week.Think about what I'm saying in less than 7 days I was charged n indicted. I know a little bit about the system, n I know that is unheard of just like all who is reading this knows it's unheard of as well. I'm goin to back up,but it was important that everyone reading this know how quickly from a crime being reported untill being indicted this was. There could not have possibly been any investigating like should have been in less than 7 days. Ok back to the good hearted attorney willing to work with a stranger knowing I couldn't pay him at the moment. My second meeting with Mr. Housley he had a question for me, n he asked me why did I choose to use him instead of the other attorney's I had met with. Which caught me off guard,but I loved the interest he had in how I'd made my decision. I told him he said he was convinced n I believed him. Mr Housley said circle the wagons. Social media shut down Now I'm a proud dad of four girls 27 21 16 & 15. 3 grand daughters coached city league softball n basketball for the past 15 years. No sm omg how do I keep up lol. Now I'm going to seem I'm bouncing around, but just bare with me, there is a purpose for that. FF to march 2021 the trial. We started picking jurors at 9am on a Wed. By lunchtime we had them picked opening statement began at 1pm. Day2 It was clear what thejudge expected from the jurors as he gave them their instructions before dismissing them for lunch& deliberation 45mins is how long it took the jurors to get their food, eat & return with a verdict. NOT GUILTY. The judge n da heard the same thing as the jurors. There never was an investigation the investigator did not do his job for his personal gain &at the cost of my family, my name, my reputation there is not a worse defamation of character that u can do to a man. People reading Im needn help I'm needn help to make sure this does not happen to any1 again. N it will this could hav easily been

I met eric over a txt message spoke to him about 3 or 4 times concerning a major issue I was dealing with progressive he was very busy but also very attentive and concerned about everything that was happening! It took Eric at least 3/4 weeks to get everything resolved for me and for me that was a very fast especially with him coming into this situation blind folded! I met Eric through a friend, he spoke very highly of Eric, and guess what everything he said was 100% true cause I ended up hiring him. I am a victim of crypto scam. I have been knocking on every door I can possibly find hoping I can find help. Most people I talk to have no idea what cryptos are and how they work. The ones who do understand and can actually help are helpful only if there’s something in it for them. Attorney Mirer assisted me in vacating a 20 year old involuntary plea that I took on a 3rd degree felony drug charge (2004) while I was in my last semester at FIU with a questionable search seizure that was nothing less than a thorn in my side which caused me great pain and suffering over the years and with my career. This plea which I accepted believing I was doing the right thing caused me to be criminalized in the subsequent years when I began applying for public jobs. My original attorney, knowing that I was finishing college, a US Citizen and a Navy veteran, didn't exercise the care he pledged to uphold and didn't explain the damaging effects of taking this plea regardless of it being sealed. Instead he took my money and he and his wife stabbed me square in the back. My suffering was real and I did not deserve all that I endured. In spite of this, there wasn't a single attorney in the entire State of Florida including the fellow who represented me originally, that believed they could help me. None stepped forward until I met Attorney Mirer. He went above and beyond his calling to assist me and not only will I be forever grateful, but I will recommend and endorse him any day of the year. I referred a criminal homicide charge to Mr. DeKray. His office left no stone unturned. They were well prepared for trial. With an innocent client, and with no plea deals put on the table, probably because of internal/law enforcement pressures, Mr. DeKray and Mr. Ringstrom tried the case and obtained a "not guilty" verdict on all charges. I witnessed most of the trial. The Ringstrom/DeKrey team was well-prepared and thorough, handling unexpected issues very competently. They come highly recommended.

I had a serious problem with the federal authorities. One of the biggest federal cases to come through Northern Virginia. Parham law firm investigated my case and noticed details that everyone else missed, resulting in a overwhelming victory in trial. There's no doubt in my mind that hiring any other law firm would have been a mistake.

Miss Rose Mary saved my life because she was able to get my federal charges reduced to a misdemeanor which kept me from getting deported. After the case was over, she stopped by my business several times when she was in town to check on my family and me. She also wanted to come to my swearing in ceremony when I became a U.S. citizen. Mr. Bowman represented me in a civil case. I was wrongly accused and felt I was being railroaded by the legal system. In stepped Mr. Bowman. His representation made the difference. He dissected the witness during trial, exposed her untruths, and demonstrated to the court I was falsely accused. I was amazed with how completely thorough he is. He left nothing to chance. There is not better attorney. I interviewed several attorneys before selecting Alan Bowman.

Kayla Weaton did an exceptional job representing me in my case. She was able to successfully request the district attorney to dismiss all charges and motioned to seal the record within six months. Kayla did a great job representing me at a virtual Court Magistrate hearing. I had originally called another highly rated attorney, but they blew off our meeting so and I found and called Kayla and was immediately impressed with our conversation. In June I found myself in a situation that required me to find legal counsel. My husband got physical with me following an argument. I ran to our bedroom and called 911 as he put his hand through our door. The Ottawa County Sheriff’s office showed up after what seemed like an eternity. When they attired, my husband met them outside. To date I cannot comprehend what the the deputies were thinking because I was arrested after calling for help. Apparently my husband’s lies convinced her that I assaulted him and my daughter. He even added that I racked a 9mm and “almost” pointed it at him… I was arrested and in jail for the night. I started to panic and was terrified about potentially losing my job and/or licensing through the state in addition to losing my CPL & 2nd amendment rights. I was initially charged with felony felonious assault and a few other things that I do not recall. I started looking & researching who to hire to sort this mess out. Attorneys need to be convincing. I had talked to a dozen of them & all I heard were the same lines- like a salesman working for commission. A few of them sat ok in my stomach. But that was the problem… they were ok. When there is so much on the line mediocre is not what I was willing to accept. I reached out to a trusted attorney that I had worked with previously on a civil matter from Warner Norcross + Judd. He referred me to Michael Bartish. I began digging into reviews & searching for articles about him. I reached out to SBBL Law. It didn’t take long for Michael to return my call. After speaking with Michael over the phone I knew he was the guy. He was direct yet empathetic. He listened to what was important to me and the fears I had. He was reassuring without over promising any sort of result. He never said any of the lines I’d heard from the previous attorneys who seemed to not be genuine. Over the course of about 2 months Michael walked me through the process, explained everything so that I understood. I could feel he was vested in this fight with me from our first court appearance. His presence and confident demeanor brought me peace at some of the most emotional times I had faced in a long time. Michael included me in every aspect of the case and looked to me to make the decisions on plea deals that were offered. He supported my decision to go to trial. He still never promised a winning result but his confidence gave me the confidence to fight this. I had never watched a jury selection. The jurors likely never were jurors before. Watching Michael educate the jurors while assessing their ability to be impartial for the anticipated trial was nothing short of impressive. He has power in his voice & not the sort that’s disrespectful or arrogant. At hearings Michael made clear arguments backed by law. He crushed every move the prosecution attempted. He has passion and speaks with a dominance you only see with true experience. The prosecution ended up dismissing the case because any headway they attempted was shattered by Michael. This was a huge win for us!!! Michael and I joked that it was a bit disappointing not going to trial. Watching him in the courtroom and knowing his abilities I felt it would be a sure win and that it would put the prosecutor in his place even more. If I ever need a defense attorney he 100% will be my guy without hesitation! I would recommend him to anyone needing help with a case.

Heath and this firm failed on every level. Heath failed to prepare his client to speak with the Judge as written in his contract. Heath failed to keep his clients informed of the cost as stated in his contract. I would strongly urge you to find a different firm.

I contacted Todd after being referred by a friend. My license was revoked in Illinois, I had moved to Minnesota and before I could get a license in Minnesota my license in Illinois had to be reinstated.
