I was going through a difficult time in my life which led me down the path to meeting Kieth. I had worked with previous attorneys and was very disappointed with the way I was treated and represented. Keith was a completely different experience. His office staff was very friendly I was always put through to him if I called and he was in the office, if not he always called back very promptly. I didn't feel like just another number and he actually took the time to get to know me.
He was absolutely amazing in court. His knowledge of the system and how best to approach things was incredible. When he cross examined the cop he spent at least 30 minutes and left no stone unturned. It was like watching an episode of Perry Mason. Because of how detailed and though-rough he was we ended up winning the case outright. I have been given a new lease on life thanks to Keith and firm he represents. All I can say at this point is Thank you! Brian represented my closest friend in a criminal case where if convicted of her charges she could have faced 15 years in prison.
Through vigorous investigation he found evidence that basically exonerated her .
Brian shared everything with the prosecutor assigned to her case and convinced her to significantly lessen the charges .
In the end my friend plead guilty to a misdemeanour and was not sentenced to any period of incarceration. I was busy the visiting my friends when these developments were unfolding and met Brian at his office with my friend. He seemed to be the most dedicated, professional and actually genuinely caring lawyer I have ever met.

Scott is no run of the mill attorney. He helped us with a very complex and tricky situation that involved multiple lawyers, a guardianship, a divorce, and a foreclosure. He represented our ward in the foreclosure matter. He did a great job coordinating with the other lawyers and kept us fully informed along the way. As guardians we take our responsibility to protect the interests of our ward (who is also our son) very seriously. Scott understood this right from our initial consultation. The end results were the best that we could have hoped for and he was the one who delivered them. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I was hit by a car on foot last year and their staff has helped me the whole way as far as keeping me updated and sending me to the right places for treatment. Teresa, Bella, Christina, and Nagelberg were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They charge a less percentage compared to other attourneys . They hold your hand through the process but respect you by providing accurate information on your case and touching base. I would definitely reccomemd them to a family member or friend !

They treated me great. I was rear ended by a semi when I was 17, and became a quadriplegic. They flew to Texas and became my lawyers and friends. Kurt and Larry are great people on general and amazing lawyers. They took less of a % than any attorney in Texas would have, and by the time we settled with the insurance company, got me more than any lawyer in Texas would have. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best in the business!! Dr. Barnes came highly recommended to me by an excellent doctor. He sat down with me and listened to all the details of my case. He walked me through the legal process so I would know what to expect. He can truly offer expert opinion because he is not only a doctor, but a lawyer as well. Many medical malpractice lawyers are not well versed on the medical missteps, and need to hire a medical expert to verify the medical details. I contacted Dr. Barnes regarding an employment issue that I was dealing with. This review is based on my previous experience with a different Attorney and Law Firm compared to my recent experience with Dr. Stephen Barnes
My previous experience with Attorneys has been that they are extremely busy with an overload of cases. As a result, they often overlook critical details with a client's case. Additionally, clients have to constantly follow up with the Attorney to continue moving the case forward with the hopes of a positive outcome.
This was not the case with Dr. Barnes. Stephen was immediately responsive when I reached out to him. He actually answered his phone the first time I called him. More importantly, he took the time to read the critical information that I sent to him prior to our initial in person consultation.
I spoke with Dr. Barnes several times over the phone. Stephen also helped me with a document that I needed to sign for my company. Without Dr. Barnes help, I would have not been able to counter the contents of the document. Stephen continued to field my telephone calls and provide advice. Dr. Barnes ultimately referred me to another Attorney, who was more specialized with my employment issue.
I would highly recommend Dr. Stephen Barnes. In this day and age, it's very difficult to find an excellent Attorney that will take the precious time to fully understand your concerns and help you navigate through the complex legal system.

This was my first experience with an American attorney, in fact with any attorney.
I researched the internet and consulted my American friends with legal background (two retired lawyers) before contacting Mr Dennin.
At the outset I was impressed by his approach, which was encouraging: rigor of his questions, logic in reasoning.
Later I learned one of his basic principle that "preparation is everything", which I particularly liked.
Mr Dennin spend enough time to research all relevant material of the case.
On that basis he was in a position to prepare legal papers that were comprehensive and specific and supplemented by facts and most relevant legal precedents.
He took time to outline and explain to me legal proceedings, and consulted with me - in person, on the phone, via e-mail - on all important matters.
He presented me with copies of legal papers which allowed me to follow rather lengthy development of the case.
Mr Dennin's legal strategy was realistic and results oriented. This was particularly evident during a mediation event.
He was always available for me if I wanted to contact him.
I think that we have established a very good communication.
Being represented by him made me fill assured and comfortable.
As a person, I have found him a pleasant, courteous and ready to listen.
As a professional, he has vast experience spread over many years and success in defending rights of his clients.
All in all I think that Mr Dennin is a kind of attorney which I would recommend with full conviction.

Our former broker, financial consultant, is in jail until 2025. We realized we were in deep financial trouble after losing our entire life's savings to the lies and deceptions of our broker. A very close friend of ours, who also had also retained Tim and had used the same broker, gave us Timothy J Dennin's name. This "gentle" man was so helpful to us, we honestly did not know where/how to start a claim. Tim's patience with us on the telephone was unbelievable. There were times when my husband was so distraught, I honestly did not know what to do with thousands of pieces of correspondence & fake statements! So, what did I do? David represented me in a case where a former law firm I hired sued me for a legal fee actually earned by a successor law firm in complex commercial litigation. David very quickly understood the facts and circumstances of the very complicated multi-year litigation underlying the case and drafted with perfection all legal filings in the case, including handing the other side major setbacks at the motion to dismiss stage of the case. In todays day and age, it is rare you find someone or a company, who is ethical, kind, and a fighter. Steve was retained to help my business collect past due debts for work done and services provided. Specifically, we had rented road trailers, ten, to a farm operation which did not pay and it was necessary for me to repossess them. We were unable to collect based on debtor's bankruptcy. Another case involved trailer repair work performed for customer who would not pay. Not able to collect. Another case involved contract to trade a diesel farm tractor to former employee in exchange for lawn maintenance services -- which were not provided. Unable to repossess or to collect as ruled by small claims court magistrate.
Steve did the best he could given the circumstances of these cases. I would not hesitate to use his services again and do recommend him to others.

My wife and I sold a property and reported the capital gain incorrectly to the IRS. We went to Russ and within a few minutes he knew what happened and what needed to be done. He did not hesitate describing the situation and his confidence put me at ease. Russ indicated we could complete the necessary forms ourselves and send to the IRS. We opted for Russ' help. When I met Russ, I owed a lot in taxes, and had poor representation. Russ Haynes gave it to me straight, and laid out a strategy to get through it, safely and deliberately. In the end, he was extraordinary, saving me tons of money, and allowing me to work with the IRS, with a plan that worked. After a long process, and many payments to the IRS, I made it through. While driving southbound on I-5 in Tacoma an underinsured motorist sideswiped a dump-truck causing it to spin around and go north in the southbound lanes and hitting us head-on. We were crushed between the spinning dump truck, the car that caused the accident and the car that rear-ended us. We hired Schroeter Goldmark & Bender to represent us.
The insurance carrier for the underinsured motorist paid us the limits under their policy. Our own insurance company basically made an offer of zero to cover life-altering and permanent injuries.
Our team at SGB of Adam Berger, Sergio Garcidueñas-Sease, Lindsay Halm and Alder Burgess took over for us. One of the most important things they did was to shield us from the stone-walling, delaying tactics of our own insurance company to whom we had paid premiums for more than 30 years. From the beginning they handled the case as if it would end up in litigation. You need attorneys like SGB that have your back and are not afraid to go to court if that is what it takes.
They had the added challenge of doing this during Covid. Thank goodness for Zoom conferences. We ultimately got a court date. Two months prior to our court date, we went to mediation, via Zoom. We didn't hold out much hope for mediation, but we were willing to make an attempt. What a surprise when the insurance company came to mediation finally willing to negotiate. After a full day of the mediator going back and forth between Zoom rooms, we came to a fair monetary settlement. We are convinced that the insurance company, even then, was only willing to negotiate because, Adam and the rest of his team were well prepared bulldogs willing to go to court if mediation failed. As they like to say, "This was not their first rodeo".
A car accident is horrible. You need the best attorneys you can find to protect your interests. Besides being professional and knowing the case inside and out, Adam and the rest of his team are compassionate and truly care about their clients. We strongly recommend them to anyone who needs their service. Without Adam and SGB our insurance company would have paid us nothing.

I got my new 2022 Lucid Air GT in October 2022. During the first four months of ownership, my Lucid was in the shop twice for about 64 days in total, and it still was not fully repaired. At this time, it had had about 30 repair jobs including replacement of the entire battery (large HV battery). Especially, general rattle and squeak noises were a major concern. I asked Lucid to take the car back, and they promised to do so through their repurchase program. However, nothing ever materialized even after several reminders of mine. So, I contacted Jordan in February 2023. I got a particularly good first impression, and he just asked me to send him all the paperwork I had on my Lucid. After a couple of days, he announced he would take my case. It was an extremely low maintenance situation. I think I spent less than two hours in total interacting with Jordan. He just took care of everything. He made Lucid Motor take back the car by means of a repurchase agreement! I returned the car in May 2023 to the Lucid Service Center (and with about five outstanding repair tickets). After all the battling interactions with Lucid Motors, Jordan was a seriously pleasant relief. And I could not have asked for a better outcome. I strongly recommend using him.

This review is LONG overdue, but it's important to let everyone know that Jordan is great at what he does.
I bought a literally brand new 2018 Honda Civic EX which started having multiple issues 3 months after purchase. The nightmare began with my trunk getting flooded with rain, and then my radiator was faulty which led to coolant leak which overheated my car and left me stranded, to rough idling and bucking while accelerating, to my car not accelerating or starting at all, to my check engine light coming on, to misfiring that occurred due to a faulty AC control unit, to a head gasket issue!! I got stranded so many times and spent so many hours waiting for towing.
Honda dealership kept saying my car should be fine after every repair and "it's under warranty." Honda wouldn't even give me a rental! I had to pay for rental even though none of this is my fault.
I couldn't trust in the reliability of the car anymore when all this was happening within 6 months of purchase. What's going to happen when my warranty is over??? I knew I had to do something about this so I contacted Seattle Lemon Law and Jordan promptly gave me a call the next day. He listened to my complaints and had me send over documents from all the repairs. He reviewed it and took over. He kept in touch with me. About 8 months or so go by and he said Honda has reached an agreement to take my car back and take over the entire loan starting from when the car first started having issues! It was such a huge burden off my shoulder to get rid of that lemon car. I am so glad Jordan helped me with this. Very professional and obviously knows what he's doing.
I highly recommend him if you suspect you've got a lemon. Don't let the dealership intimidate/bully you into thinking your car "is fine"!! At the very least, get a free consultation with Jordan! The lemon law and lemon law attorneys are there for a reason!

I hired Geoffrey Spreter for a very complicated legal matter that settled favorably after 2 years. During those 2 years, i got to know Geoff and his team very well. My case was a change of domicile. I received a great career offer that I didn’t want to turn down but unfortunately my child’s father was not on board with my decision. So I called 7 different attorneys even attorneys that I used in the past. Every lawyer I spoke to asked for a retainer fee upfront without even hearing my case out. But not James we talked on the phone for one hour he never even mentioned a retainer fee I had to ask that question. I explained to him that with me moving out of state and affording a lawyer was very difficult. James came up with 3 payment options that I could choose from I was really shocked and grateful especially from my experience with the previous lawyer’s. Regarding my case James was available anytime I called he would get back with me within an hour time frame email or telephone during business hours.
