Roger Weinberg is not only a compassionate person, he is a highly competent and effective lawyer. We worked with Roger for two years in our case regarding our mother's unfortunate neglect at an assisted living facility. He helped all of us (five children living in various states) stay focused and informed during the course of the lawsuit which eventually led to a trial. I was recently a defendant in a civil law suit which lasted for a total of three years. I say total because the plaintiff and his attorney dropped their original suit after two years and then refiled a second suit within days. I was out of money after a two year defense by a major law firm in New London CT and they saw this as the perfect opportunity and time to let me go suggesting I seek other representation. Facing a new lawsuit and without an attorney I thankfully found Peter Bartinik of the Bartinik Law Firm. Our first conversation was by phone and he had many questions. He also knew I had no savings left as this was the very first thing that I told him. Our second conversation took place at his office where we spend about two hours discussing my case and a plan to move forward. I was grateful that he took my case knowing I could not immediately pay him more than a small retainer. This lawsuit at times could be very confusing as well as emotional for me and Peter would always take the time to be sure that I completely understood what was happening with my case as well as to keep me emotionally grounded. If I called him with a question or concern and he couldn't at that moment take my call he would get back to me in no time at all. He did so much to keep me free from worry and to get me through the final year of a long drawn out mess intact and in my home which was what the lawsuit was all about. This case never went to trial and was settled out of the courtroom. Before the settlement I was facing the possibility of having to lose and leave my home. I now had my home but owed money to Peters' firm and he provided me with a payment plan that I could afford. After having an auto accident driving home with my family after a business meeting, I had no idea how much time and medical intervention would be required. I found quickly I needed support from the medical bills and guidance of what to do after getting hurt. I met Tim Lenkgkeek at the end of 2009. I had been in a car accident on 1-22-09. My PIP had run out and I had to begin to use my personal health insurance just after being at Magee Brain Rehab for 12 days. The auto insurance companies were not backing down but a friend sent me a video of me 3 months before the accident. Tim sent it to the person who hit me insurance company and to my insurance company and had our deserved compensation in 30 days. He is always on top of the ball.

Robert was recommended to me by a friend, and my past experience with lawyers was not great, to say the least. I had always seen them (in injury circumstances) as someone who has the tools and vocabulary but essentially acts as a middle man that just takes most of what you are due. Not SO with Bob. After hiring, he was very upfront with me about the circumstances and scenarios that my motorcycle accident & claim would lead to, and he helped me every step of the way. By the grace of God, and his professional team we reached a result that was beyond satisfactory. He worked at a speed much faster than the state of California and was always one step ahead of everyone else. If you have need for a personal injury lawyer I can't recommend Bob enough. But on the advice of friends after several months of trying to get a resolution on my own proved frustrating and fruitless, I got in touch with Bob to help sort out medical bills from a bike/auto collision. Andrew Irvin represented me in a medical malpractice claim that settled fairly and out of court. This was my first experience with any type of law suit and I had many questions, concerns and misgivings. One of Andrew's first recommendations was to apply for an extension on the 2 year statute of limitations. I didn't realize this was even possible. From there he handled all paperwork and communications with the other law firm. Perhaps I most appreciated his effective communications. I felt up to date with all aspects of the case. I meet Mrs Austin through the legal assistance program, and at first I thought she was just another court appointed attorney. You know the ones where they are assigned too many cases and because your not able to afford their services they give you subpar results. Not in this case, Mrs Austin treated me with respect and understood that everyone that finds them self in a criminal situation is not a criminal. So she actually looked into my case and found out the truth and then assisted me in any and every way possible. When I first approached Mr. Gilbert to take my DUI case, he advised me that he typically doesn't do criminal law. However, upon my insistence he agreed to take my case. No only was I charged with a DUI, it had special circumstances that could have ended not so favorably for me. Mr. Gilbert not only did a full investigation, but also consulted with experts. Mr. Gilbert was able to reduce my DUI charge to a Negligence charge. Mr. Gilbert was professional, effective as well as making sure I knew how my decision to allegedly drink and drive could have had more dire consequences to not just me but to others. When I was hurt five years ago by doctors that I trusted in Casa Grande, I had no idea who to turn to. I read about Dr. Shah and Kyle Shelton online and met them both. A few years ago I was involved in a car accident that resulted in some injuries. It was my first car accident and I was extremely scared, lost and confused on how to proceed. Marc was wonderful. Even when I wanted to give up. It took us almost 6 long years to get my case resolved, but Marc and Ken were great. They both kept me on track. Ken is Marc's assistant, and is good . If I hadn't of been with Marc then I probably would have settled for a pittance. If you are hurt at work and want someone who will fight for you, then Marc is the man for you. He cares, he really does, and now a days that's hard to find. Casey Stevens was my personal injury attorney for a fatal car accident that my 12 year old and I were involved in. It was a devastating experience and my son and I both sustained serious injuries. I was referred to Mr. Stevens by a respected attorney in Atlanta whose advice I trusted. I was not familiar with the litigation process whatsoever and was unnerved by the entire ordeal.
Mr. Stevens immediately put me at ease. He listened patiently as I explained what transpired during the accident and went over all of my options. My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
