My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.

I will keep this as brief as possible. My injuries were so devastating and life changing that I wanted nothing more than to forget about them. This "forgetting" included attempting to ignore any and all aspects of my case. To be honest, I would have quit my case just to be left alone and to be able to move on with my life. It didn't help that, in typical fashion, the defense had done everything in their power for years to blame the accident on me. After years of this and refusing to settle, the case finally went to trial in early 2013. If I remember correctly, it took a couple days of jury selection and on a Thursday or Friday Sean made his opening arguments and began examining expert witnesses. Long story short, when the weekend was over and we came back to court on Monday, the defense was ready to settle! It took a couple days of Sean putting witnesses on the stand for the defense to come to their senses. My life has changed dramatically since then...and for the better this time. To reiterate, I wanted nothing to do with this case for years and IT WAS MY CASE! Sean worked tirelessly for me and my life and I was THE most difficult client to work for. He never quit even when I wanted to. To this day I don not believe I would have won my case with anyone else fighting for me. These days I consider Sean one of my very good friends and I am endlessly thankful for his support.

I literally had the best possible experience with a lawyer one could ever hope for or ask for in dealing with Mr Farnbauch. His honesty and candor were incredible. Most of us are conditioned to think "lawyers = money-hungry crooks" based on previous experiences with them and society's view of them by-and-large. David is the polar opposite of this philosophy/view! Without getting into the specifics of my case, he gave me advice that benefitted ME, not him. All his dealings with me and advice through my case was for my benefit and not his. He very clearly approached my case in a way that maximized my standing above all else, and was less concerned with getting money from me than he was concerned with making sure I came out of my case in the best possible way. Our son had an accident after his first week of driving on his own. The person he pulled out in front of was injured and both vehicles were damaged beyond repair. We were suddenly served legal documents and were being sued. Mr. Scott was the attorney for our insurance company. We had never been involved in an accident or a lawsuit and didn't know what to expect. His legal expertise and knowledge resulted in the plaintiff settling for what our insurance covered. Rob very successfully represented our family (our son) in a medical malpractice case involving a birth injury where our son suffered brachial plexus at birth. From the very first conversation I had with Rob he was upfront and honest about how difficult cases like ours can be but he was also very reassuring and confident that he could and would get us the justice we deserved. Generally, I am not a person that writes reviews. However, Mr. Stark is such an exceptional attorney, that I felt compelled to let others know.
Mr. Stark does not, (thankfully), fit the stereotypical attributes of most attorneys that I have encountered.
He is direct, honest and truly seems to care about the well being of this clients. He listens. He replies honestly and with very knowledgeable responses based on experience. He is not robotic and arrogant, as most attorneys that I have consulted with in the past.
He is very knowledgeable about licencing issues, so if you are in a health or medical related field and have licensing questions or concerns, he is the one to see, though he specializes in other areas as well.
Granted, may I add, he is also extremely humble, as he has a PhD and teaches Law and isl also is also a Judge. I found him to be quite generous with his time, and did not stare at his watch like many attorneys will do after a few minutes.
This attorney is not driven my money, rather by helping those in need of assistance. He also has a great sense of humor, which helps greatly when stressed!
I could not be happier about the outcome. Mr. Stark goes above and beyond to assist his clients. I am so glad to have consulted with him. Highly recommend!

Just over 2 years ago I contacted Danny about representing my 15 year old son in Superior Court for 3 felony counts (aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodemy, and child molestation of his younger sister). You cannot imagine the pain and confusion our family was suffering at the time. We did not know where to turn or what to do next. Danny’s advice in the initial free consultation was sound, experienced, and straight to the point. His fee was more than what we had, but we worked hard to come up with the money because we knew he was who we wanted to represent our son. After we retained his services he introduced us to Melissa. Melissa was sympathetic to our situation and was clearly as well experienced as Danny was. Together, her and Danny developed a clear strategy that we should follow and consulted us on what we should do step by step. The knowledge those two attorneys exhibited to us as a team assured us consistently time and time again that we had made the right choice by hiring them. They worked tirelessly to get the case transferred back to juvenile court and stuck with us throughout the entire process keeping us well informed, answering all of our questions, and even once contacting me from home while caring for her sick child to answer some unimportant questions pertaining to the status of my son’s case (which took 2 years to get resolved). All the work they did for us was a flat charge and never once did they ever ask for another penny. In the end, our son was transferred to juvenile court where he got a fair sentence instead of the 75+ years he was facing in superior court. A+ attorneys that you will not regret hiring. Mr. Fisher took my case when three other lawyers turned it down. I was cut off on my motorcycle by a truck that drove away and although I had the license plate of the truck no other lawyer wanted to take the time to go and find the trucking company and the witness wouldnt cooperate. Once Mr. Fisher got involved within 3 weeks he got a good witness statement and had identified the trucking company. After that it only took a month for him to get all my bills paid and get me a settlement that was alot more than I was expecting.

I ended up having everything covered for any treatments, bills, medications, and vehicle replacement after having this firm handle my case and what's more is they recovered my lost wages as well as pain and suffering from having things dragged out by the at fault driver changing their story and the insurance giving me the run around on top of all of the struggle of my injuries and everything that came with them.
