In 2012, my husband and I were in a bad car accident that landed us in a level-1 trauma center in Minneapolis. Only a few hours after arriving I received a call from my nephew, a prominent lawyer in Philadelphia (PA), who instructed me not to speak with any lawyers until he found me "the best" in the Cities -- and he was true to his word. John Dornik came highly recommended and has certainly lived up to his reputation. Not only did John prove himself to be a deft negotiator with a masterful grasp of injury law, he is a warm and compassionate human being who never thought twice about making himself available to help us navigate the endless medical and disability forms, or to simply offer a word of encouragement or advice. It is no understatement to say that I'm not sure what we would have done without him!
And when it came to negotiating the settlement, he made sure we understood the process and that he had a clear idea of our goals. With the insurance company, he was firm and reasoned.

Malcolm handled my personal injury case from an automobile accident several years ago (2010). First, I spoke with Attorney Clark A. Mitchell Sr. concerning my case. He was extremely knowledgeable but could not take my case because it was not his specialty. He referred me to Attorney Clark A. Mitchell Jr. He could not take my case as well for the same reason. Both attorneys were professional and caring when I spoke with him. Since I didn't currently have an attorney, I initially sought out Clark Mitchell based on his reputation as one of my area's preeminent lawyers. Jeanne has been our attorney for the last 10+ years. She helped us receive compensation when our 3 yr. son was attacked by a dog, leaving his lip almost ripped off. I was badly injured and hospitalized two years ago, which shortly after leaving the military (12 years of active duty). We were confused and worried with what steps needed to be taken to ensure I was taken care of (medically, financially and legally). We sought out a few local lawyers, met with each to get a feel for who had the most concern for my case. By concern I mean genuine care of my well being both then when it happened and for future need. Mike and his staff by far exceeded not only every other consult, by my personal desires for what I wanted in an attorney. He was patient, sincere, kind, knowledgeable of exactly what was going on and what to expect - during the initial consult and throughout our entire time together as client and attorney. His demeanor was calm yet businesslike, confident yet controlled, concerned and professional.
Every time I called the office to speak to him or his staff I was kindly greeted and asked how I was doing, or if I needed anything else. I was always kept in the loop of what was happening with my case, my billers and the entire situation. I hired Mr.Ford after consulting 10 lawyers prior.He listened to what I wanted out of my divorce and educated me on the process and my rights in this matter. I was hit by a drunk driver in Sunriver while on vacation. While I herniated a disc, I had a ton of preexisting conditions that complicated everything. I am a lawyer and thought I could handle this but when the insurance company rejected my $15,000 settlement demand, I called a defense lawyer I knew in Redmond for a recommendation and without hesitation recommended Tim. I hired him and he and his Assistant, Julie, took over everything. 6 months later I had my deposition (where I thought I did poorly) but a month later Tim had secured a $300,000 policy limits offer!! No IME. I did not have surgery. It was an absolutely wonderful result. The best I could have hoped for. Hire Tim. You want the best on your side.

I hired James to enforce promissory notes that had gone unpaid. He clearly explained what he was going to do in terms of contacting the people who owed me money, and if they didn't pay up after he sent letters, what the next course of action would be. I engaged Roberta Ashkin after an auto accident when a tractor trailer hit my car and I sustained complicated injuries including a herniated disk in my neck. Not only did she negotiate a substantial settlement she was a constant source of support and guidance throughout the process.

When my daughter had been in the hospital for several weeks with no improvement, I contacted Mr. Tittle. He was very caring, understanding, and compassionate. Good day. Approx. 3 years ago me and my service dog were attacked by 2 pitbulls that were loose. My dog was almost killed and I sustained serious injuries that kept me incapacitated for months.
The dog's owner had no home owner's insurance and he would not cooperate. D'Oliveira and associates refused to take the case because there was no insurance. After my three children were in an auto accident we needed a lawyer. When we hired Mike Feldman we got so much more. Two of the children suffered head injuries, one of those injuries severe. One of these children also suffered a major collar bone fracture that ruined here high school sports year. The third child suffered major contusions and a fractured vertebrae. Not only did Mike guide us through the legal and medical web of the things that we needed to do he and his team reached out to us with guidance caring and compassion to help us to get back on the road to recovery. There were many things that we needed to worry about during this recovery period. The medical bills and legal aspects were not among those things. It took over four years to settle the cases for the children. At each turn Mike gave us reassurance, advice and guidance on how to make it through the next step. Also at each step he listened to our cares and concerns and in several cases modified the course of action to accommodate these concerns. When it came time for negotiations with the other side for what we determined to be a fair settlement he showed the tough side of being a lawyer. The children received very fair settlements for the hardships that they suffered. I could go on and on about how well Mike Feldman represented us but I'll suffice it to say that in him we found not just an excellent lawyer but a caring friend.

My wife underwent multiple surgeries and procedures between April and November of 2000 resulting from infections caused by contaminated hip implants. At years end we began to see television ads regarding a specific product. We decided to look for a competent attorney we were comfortable with. We interviewed no less than than four attorneys/groups. When I first talked to Mr. Feldman, my instincts told me there is something special about this guy. I was right. He and his entire team was always up to date on case progress and strategies. I don't believe I ever had to wait more than 30 minutes for a call-back.
This was a complex case which eventually ended up in class action due to the number of litigants. There were literally hundreds, if not thousands of forms and documents to submit with strict deadlines. They did it all.
We were more than pleased with the results of Mr. Feldman's diligence and professionalism. In the final analysis, we paid the mortgage and put in a pool with enough left over to provide a cushion in our retirement years
