Mia Frieder
Mia worked on a car accident case for me from 2014 to 2017. I had numerous treatments and in the end had to have major back surgery. The insurance Company never made me any offer of settlement. Mia was able to obtain settlements from three different insurance Company.
I can cannot say enough about Mia. You could not ask for more in an Attorney. Mia is a caring person and puts the client first. She takes time to understand her client’s needs and works one on one through out the process. She keeps you up to date on your case at all times. You are never left in the dark as to the status of your case. From day one she was like a very close caring friend and remained that way over the (3) three years she worked with me.
Her Husband Ron Hilley also was very caring and sportive through out the process.

After I had fallen at work I hired an attorney who said that my case was not worth much money. I then hired Ron Hilley who got me a settlement many times the amount that the first attorney said my case was worth. While my workers' compensation case was going on, Mia Frieder told me that she thought that we could sue the building for my fall. The building owners would not settle without a lawsuit. In my injury case I had hired 2 other attorneys, who did not return my calls or take interest in my case. I was miserable with my injuries, trying to recover and the people I hired to protect my rights. Out of frustration and ready to give up I sought recommendation through friends, and was given Mr. Dickinson name.
Mr. Dickinson took my case in the direction that was needed. He is a man of action and true to his word. Mr. Dickinson and his team were responsive to me and let me know what steps were being taken and what was needed from me. He did not allow the apposing attorneys take the lead in the direction of my case; he truly battled them on the legal front. My case was unique in that is was both workers compensation and personal injury. His recommendation for a workers compensation attorney to assist was and excellent choice as well. Because of the work that Mr. Dickinson did on my case I was justly compensated for my injuries at last.

When you go through a catastrophic event such as what had happened to my son, finding the right lawyer to represent us was critical. We had contacted several lawyers and law firms, but felt strongly that we had found the right person in Mr. Sean Domnick. Sean had the right mix of compassion and conviction. This combination was what we needed and we knew he would advocate on our child's behalf. Our case was very complex and many firms were reluctant to take it on, but Mr. Domnick was able to simplify the process and focused on the specific events which lead up to the injury of our child. For example, when we were at the hospital, there were many events which occurred, but Mr. Domnick focused on specifics. "How did they miss that?" he asked.
Sean also helped give us the strength to follow through and seek justice for our child. Our child went through numerous surgeries and rehab and will forever be physically disabled as a result of the event. As a family, we were emotionally drained. It would be much easier to move on with our lives and accepted the injustice because to seek justice means to relive and recount the horrible events again. However, Sean helped us see that while reliving the events was difficult, living with the injustice would be far worse. John handled a slip and fall case for me. I fell at my apartment building and the landlord was not doing anything about it. Overall Jimmy is an excellent lawyer, result oriented while providing great client service. Jimmy's " never give up attitude" is what won the day for us. Our case involved a medical device claim. I had a medical malpractice case with Martha Taylor. I was extremely pleased with her and her staff. Obviously if you are in need of an attorney in this area of law, something has gone terribly wrong. Our case involved a minor and Martha was very conservative in her spending on expert witnesses medical experts toxicologist etc. That approach gave more money to the client after all involved were paid. All lawsuits take time sometimes years and even though our case presented special challenges she persevered and continued to Persue the best possible outcome. I found her assistant to be quick with call backs and extremely helpful with the sometimes daunting and hard to understand paperwork. No one knows what happens in next movement
On way back to home from work I & wife met with an car accident (with no fault).Car totalled and we injured severely, ended up in ER.

Adam and the entire team at Zayed Law Offices were fantastic throughout my entire case. You can tell that they truly care about you as a person and not just your case. When I first met with Adam about my case he made me feel comfortable and seemed like he honestly cared about my health and stress. He didn't see me as just $$ like most other offices did. He took the time to learn about me as a person and seemed like he was truly interested. He wasn't just concerned with my case.
Adam and his office answered any questions I had about my case in an extremely timely manner and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Shane from the very beginning was very upfront, and never blindsided me throughout my lengthy court case. I made a mistake when I was 18, and was charged with a felony. My husband was hit by a negligent young driver. The insurance company for that driver was a bottom of the barrel outfit that didn't even want to accept fault even though the police report said it was her fault and a completely independent witness said it was her fault. We were referred to Jonathan and when he met with us initially he told us that the claim should be resolved pretty swiftly, but warned us that the insurance on the other side was substandard and that waters could get choppy.
That insurance company tried to low ball us from the beginning, but Jonathan made them pay for it in the end. Their offer didn't double after we hired Jonathan, it didn't triple, it went up about five times. It's not that we wanted a big pay day, we wanted fair compensation for all of my husband's injuries. His rotator cuff was torn in that crash, and that's not small potatoes.
I would hire Jonathan if you want someone that's going to deal with you directly, talk to you straight so that you can understand what's going on, and someone that's going to fight with all he can to hold the responsible parties accountable.

I was hit by a young driver that failed to yield making a left turn. Liability was clear from the start. The policeman wrote her a ticket, an independent witness called the cops and spoke to the officer at the scene, and they totaled out my baby (favorite car) right away. But when it came time to take responsibility and to pay for my medical bills, they offered far less than the total bills, from the ER trip.
That's when I called Jonathan. He met with me and laid out a strategy to fight for me so I got what I deserved Well, that insurance company went from bad to worse. So Jonathan sued. We went through the litigation process, depositions, and all of the discovery process. After the case was put on a trial calendar and ordered to mediation, we walked in with a $ 0 offer. That's right, the insurance company pulled the little they offered me shortly after the wreck. But Jonathan was just getting to work.
Jonathan fought for me, worked the mediator, and insurance defense attorneys to the point of no return. He explained to them how they faced serious bad faith if they did not offer me the policy limits for the claim. By the end of the mediation, I had received an offer for the full policy limits of $ 25,000. A few weeks later, I go an offer for the full policy limits of my underinsured coverage, $ 30,000 more. He went from $ 0 to the maximum coverage, the hard way. The long way, and the right way.
I wouldn't have gotten anything close to that amount without Jonathan's help, his knowledge, and his willingness to fight for my justice. I never wanted a handout, but I didn't want to be shorted. Jonathan got me what I deserved, and I've already recommended him to family and friends, who have been just as pleased.

I got a collections letter from a company I've never heard of and they wouldn't work with me no matter what I did. I looked through this website for a lawyer in my area and saw Eric Sapir so I gave him a call. He didn't charge me much and he got them to get rid of the collections and also got me a small settlement from them which ended up paying for my legal fees anyhow. I'm very happy. He's also a really nice guy, he Js very hard and does an excellent job. I haven't had good experiences in the past with attorneys but I can honestly say this was the best experience.

I got into a disagreement with a major bank. I found Mr. Sapir and contacted him for help. He walked me through the process and was very aggressive in fighting for me, which I really appreciated. Most attorneys I've dealt with seem somewhat detached but Mr. Sapir always made me feel like I was his priority. His pricing was fair and his services were great. My mother was getting many telemarketing calls on a daily, and sometimes hourly, basis. The calls were more than annoying, the volume of calls amounted to harassment. I worked with Mr. Cohen a few years ago. He and his firm did a great job handling my case, a bad car accident in the Washington, DC area. My car was hit by an 18 wheeler truck on the Beltway just before the Dulles Toll Road. The truck was traveling in the right lane and decided to change lanes without seeing my car. It hit the side of my car and traveled with my car for about half a mile. If it weren't for our seatbelts, my husband and I would have been killed. Luckily, the injuries were not life threatening. Mr. Cohen made sure that all of my medical bills were handled and helped me deal with my car insurance company. He was very thorough! I would recommend Mr. Cohen to anyone that has had a car accident in the Washington DC area.
