I highly recommend Bharti / Hardie, PLLC with any case you have. They represented me to resolve my claim, fighting every ridicules obstacle that was thrown at us. In the end a small case that seemed to take every wrong turn was settled with a fair outcome. They stuck by me and fought for what was right against a large corporation that has endless resources and time. I recently went on a trial, and Mr. Munish Bharti represented me. I will say that he alone went against the prosecution team. He is very respectful and explains everything that I was not clear at. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he is. He pretty much knows the law in and out. He is well organized. Whenever the Judge asked anything, he had a copy ready for the prosecutor and the Judge. He is very straightforward and always prepared to defend his client. When the Judge told me that Mr. Munish did work on my case Thanksgiving day I was speechless. When he took my case, he was very determined. He knew about my case in and out. He treated me with respect. All I can say that he will be my only Attorney going forward.

Munish and John went the extra mile for me. I had several charges that were more than 20 yrs old that I wanted vacated or expunged for current job opportunities this was a long and drawn out process because I live out of state and trying to find records for these charges was near impossible Munish took the extra time to track down these records and argue my requests to the courts by personally going to several different Counties. . Without their persistence these would have never been resolved.

Jeff has represented us in two different cases, one regarding property damage by movers to our home and one in an employment case involving wrongful termination. In the first he was able to get full payment for the damage caused by the movers and in the second he was able to get a fair settlement that enabled us to move forward with our lives. My daughter was born with a rare genetic disease in the second year of our visit to the United States. During the prenatal care, my wife was never given adequate and correct genetic counseling and never offered the proper test to identify my daughter’s problem. My daughter’s birth with this disease was a huge shock to me and my wife. Far away from our home country and all of our other family members, we knew nothing about my daughter’s disease and faced the huge challenge of caring for such a disable child, with almost no friends here… we were helpless and hopeless. We found Mr. Halstrom by chance when I searched online for legal help. He took our case when we first met. From that time on, Mr. Halstrom and the staff of Halstrom Law Offices have been not only providing all essential professional legal help for us, but also have been acting as our very reliable friends. They have been compassionate, confidential, and very respectful. They handled every single detail; collected everything essential for the case. They provided interpreters all the time for helping us understand all the details of the case; they respect every single questions we had and answered very patiently.

My husband's PCP failed to diagnose my husband's lung cancer. When it was finally discovered, the cancer was advanced and considered stage IV and terminal.

I heard about this lawyer and his team on TV and I couldn't believe it until I witnessed It for myself. Mike has helped me with several cases. He helped me with my dog case when I stayed in Raytown and everything went in my favor. Then years later Mike worked my divorce case and then came back and worked my child custody case which lasted for a couple of years. I came out on top for that stressful experience. Kyle represented my family in a fatal car accident with a pedestrian that resulted in the passing of one of our family members. We were in mourning, and in complete disarray, but Kyle was there to help with everything and more. Jean Marie handled my personal injury/medical malpractice case. Approximately 5 1/2 years ago I had a routine surgery which left me with a permanent injury and terrible pain. I suffered a minor injury while on the property of a national motel chain. Though the motel ignored the claim and brushed me off, Mintz & Geftic pursued them methodically and promptly, overcame every obstacle, stood up to them, and saw to it that they were held them responsible. I got hit with 6 tickets for suspended plates right before my birthday as I was heading out to NYC. In my mind, I thought "This has got to be more than $1500 in tickets!" Anyway, fast forward to my court date, Mr. Panetta went above and beyong and got not one, two or three but ALL of my charges dismissed!! Granted, he only charged me his minimum fee and here I thought I just wasted all my money, but that was not the case at all! I'd recommend Mr. Panetta and his firm any time, any day. Just like he said, "Im an attorney for life" and he meant it. 17 years in business and I hope for another 17 more! Thanks again.

If I could give more than five stars I would, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and it took five years before it went to trail. Ive only known him for about an hour before my trail, and I wish i had hired him sooner, in the court room he had facts and evidence to a Tee. He was able to get me the maximum amount that was allowed for my case, and it really put me at ease, not the money but how he interacts with his clients. This was my first court accident and sitting on the stands i felt so much more at ease. He really cares about his clients and can sympathize with them as well. Most lawyers only car about winning the case and the big check but he actually took his time to go over every piece of my case no matter how small it seemed. He was able to answer every question and never left me in doubt. The minimum amount for my case was $10,000 and he was able to reach the maximum 15 times over. Honestly the only lawyer youll ever need for a personal injury case.

Attorney Peter Thomas was assigned my case for trial in Queens County. I asked about him before I met him and found that he is both respected and feared. Respected as a prepared and experienced litigator and feared by his adversaries as lawyer who gets big money verdicts. While I was pleased to hear such feedback I was not sure if the facts of my case needed a guy like him. Turns out the other lawyer lied to the jury and made ups facts that were not part of my case. I saw Mr. Thomas politely rip into the other attorney and tell the jury to focus on my case. He was riveting to watch during summation. The jury was consulting for 2 days and gave me a great verdict. I was very pleased to have met him and had him as my lawyer. I have a new lawyer now and will always call Mr. Thomas for any legal questions.

I hired Norm to recover property I had leased to a third-person who was no longer paying on the lease. Norm immediately took action, filing for a TRO and TI, bringing the lessee to Court immediately. Before the Court heard our case, Norm was able to negotiate with the third-party a new lease that required a higher monthly payment and certain other terms that, if violate, permitted the immediate and non-judicial recovery of the property. During the term of the new lease, Norm worked to make sure that requirements were met on a timely basis. I found Norm to be accessible, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. His work was excellent and my results were more than I expected. I would recommend Norm for any litigation matter and will be hiring him again should the need arise.
