Mr. Pusch was a huge help when a delivery truck ran a red light and into the driver side of my vehicle. This being my first major wreck, I had no idea what to do, but Mr. Pusch was knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the process. I appreciated his patience with me and if I didn't understand something, he made sure to explain every detail. His legal staff was also a great help and were on top of all paperwork required. So I was riding my bike to work and some lady hit me with her car. I got in contact with these guys and they handled all of the details of my case quickly, and answered any questions I had along the way. After all was said and done Briggle and Polan handled all of the hassles that come with accidents,medical bills, and all that jazz. Not to mention they got me an awesome insurance settlement. Hayden was instrumental in getting the best outcome possible, all charges were dismissed! I was facing very serious criminal charges and never having faced any criminal charges before, he informed me of all that I was up against and all the possible outcomes. The legal process was pretty long but he was able to respond either by phone calls or emails and keep me up to date with the progression of my case. He was able to get all my charges DISMISSED, including a Felony! This was not a typical outcome for what I was facing and I can’t say enough to thank him for getting my life back on track. I recently had an issue with my insurance company not wanting to pay an auto claim. It was a complicated case that involved bad faith on the part of the insurance company. Mr. Marquis took the case and we won. His knowledge, experience and professional insight proved to be what I needed. first of all this was a crazy case that lasted 3 years with the twists and turns that a Hollywood movie couldn't write. Greg stuck with it the whole way, thinking through strategy, checking facts, law, consulting with other lawyers to make sure the strategy was sound. always on time, easy to get ahold of, and easy to work with. most of all takes what he does very seriously, and is great in court. i would absolutely hire him again if i ever have the need.

In 2021 our Grandaughter was born and due too negligence of the hospital she sustained a lot of injuries including brain also , due too lack of Oxygen. Unfortunately, while we were traveling from Pennsylvania to Virginia for vacation, my family and I were involved in a serious crash with a dump trunk. We suddenly found ourselves in need of legal assistance, and we were lost as to what to do since we were located in Pennsylvania and the case needed to be litigated in Virginia. Celine handled my claim involving an automobile accident. I wasn't at fault, I was broadsided. I didn't want to deal with an attorney or the insurance company. I had to do this in order to have my medical bills paid and receive a settlement. The main focus was to get my medical bills negotiated and paid. The settlement was not my main focus. Celine explained things clearly to me. I am not used to dealing with attorneys or the business world, but she explained things in a way that made me less nervous and was very clear. I had a very, very tricky Personal Injury ("slip and fall") case that my own attorney eventually rejected. It's got a lot of risk, it involves attorney-expense, time, etc. It's against a Major Bank who vigorously defends such claims, etc. For so many reasons it's WRONG for the top attorneys in this field.
Many or most who either hung-up on me or didn't call back, write back, acknowledge receipt of previous attorney's Demand Letter, etc. Even my own attorney was very lukewarm and unable to give this much time. I understood and understand it all. The fact that an attorney showed interest at all buoyed my surgery and necessary physical rehab, which took a good six months just to again walk. So either way I won, either way this turned out well because I'm walking again, in the gym, exercising, etc.
Attorney Katz was just awesome in that he spent some time on the phone (despite being busy and involved in at LEAST one other trial). Returned all calls. If he said and says he'll call he does and did. I was just amazed at the Class-Level given the fact this Slip-and-Fall case is not an attractive proposition. I knew when my first attorney said he's bailing that it was a one-shot thing, a Demand Letter then everyone go home. People have to make a living, pay the rent, it has to make sense for these top guys.
From what I understand, Attorney Katz is about as "Tops" as it gets. My first attorney was SURPRISED
to hear Attorney Katz expressed ANY interest. (thought maybe I misunderstood or had wax in my ears).
He said REALLY, Richard M. KATZ returned a call on this - wow - did Attorney Katz SEE the Demand Letter?! Which just shows how other attorneys in this field regard Attorney Katz - as the top of the top.
I'm writing this because I just got off the phone with Attorney Katz.
He AGAIN called back (each time I'm shocked), this is THIRD time even though he senses/knows there's nothing very strong - or unusual - or favorable about my position.
Which is okay, as written I recovered, I'm well, I'm exercising again - as written the THOUGHT there might be compensation for a difficult year BUOYED my rehab, at least gave me some hope.
So Attorney Katz, just wanted to come here, reflect on what a class guy you are - and how anyone needing a top Los Angeles-Pasadena-Glendale-based attorney should first consult you.
I'm really in awe in light of the response from the others - and my respect for you knows no bounds.

Twenty-two years ago I received a notice from a lawyer representing a vendor over a relatively small bill that I firmly felt was bogus. Went to my lawyer and he agreed the claim was weak at best and would likely be voided if the vendor/lawyer pursued the claim. My lawyer then recognized who the notice was from - Kerry M. Wisser. At that point he indicated it might well be better to just pay the bill rather than go up against Mr. Wisser. Being quite stubborn and armed with solid facts I excused my lawyer and would handle this claim myself. I contacted Mr. Wisser and over a period of a month spoke to him no less than a handful of times. Mr. Wisser's advocacy for his client was creative and unbending, to the point he made me feel I in fact owed the contested amount. Not being able to convince Mr. Wisser to drop the claim I attempted to negotiate and settle it, that didn't work either. Finally, I agreed to pay the entire amount under one condition - Mr. Wisser would meet for lunch and pick up the tab. Paying that bogus bill was the best money I have ever spent. From that luncheon to this day Mr. Wisser has represented me exclusively in all ligation matters both offensively and defensively with great success. I recommend few people because of the obvious responsibility for such a recommendation. However, I have easily recommended Mr. Wisser to at least a couple of dozen individuals who have utilized his services over the years and I have never heard anything but glowing thank you's. If your looking for a lawyer that is as comfortable in a courtroom as he is at a ball game, he's your man. Kerry M. Wisser is in a class by himself!

I am in the type of business where litigation does come up at times, and I have found Kerry Wisser to be a super lawyer in the affairs that he has managed for me. He has accomplished things involving cases that I have been involved with that I know other lawyers just wouldn't have been able to do. I have found that nobody can pull the wool over Kerry's eyes. He knows the law in and out and he knows how to apply it in the best way possible to protect and / or promote his client. There can be a lot laying on the line with any case. And there are many lawyers out there to choose from. However, just getting a lawyer for the sake of having a lawyer is not the way to handle it. I have found that if I really want to give my self the best possible chance of winning, it's not just any lawyer that can make a difference but what lawyer. We hired "Woodruff" years ago, literally on a wing and a prayer..."God, please let us find the best attorney for our child." God did not disappoint.
When we first met David, he was quiet and unassuming. He was politely matter-of-fact as he explained the law to us, the "easier" bits of a lawsuit, and the difficulties that were sure to come in a case as complex as ours. He promised that he would do everything in his power to help our child, and then he set about to do just that.
There were so many issues, so many uphill battles that had to be fought and won. Each step of our case seemed fraught with peril. David even had to travel back to the state of origin to force production. David went above and beyond for us. Even when it was looking bleak, as it did at times, David reassured us that, no matter what, he was all in.
When it came time for trial, David masterfully weaved the threads of a broken, fragmented, tangled mess of chaos into a clear and powerful portrait of what happened to our child and why. Every question was answered. He fought for her. He advocated for her when no one else would even try. And he won.

We had hired Jason to represent us after being rear ended December 2019, my husband ended up with a severe whiplash and several bulging and herniated disk throughout his spine, he needed surgery to repair the major injuries in his neck. I was already disabled, my previous injuries were aggravated because of the accident. Jason Whittemore represented me for a wrongful bankruptcy dispute that required IRS tax knowledge and a substantial amount of money I owed to the IRS among several other complications. After consulting with 1/2 dozen attorneys or so, I realized this was a very specialized case that most attorneys were not willing to take or just not knowledgeable enough. I then met with Mr. Whittemore. He took my case.
Mr. Whittemore is a sharp, very responsive, attentive, professional. He always politely spoke the facts. He kept me informed at all times. The end result was that we won. Mr. Glickman is a professional, he practices ethics violations in CA; he acted super invested in me, the client, even over himself, and honed in on case law that was imperative to my case. He was honest about the difficulties of my case due to a complexity issue unique of my case and didn’t try to bluff or gauge me for $ even though many another lawyers wouldn’t have been Ehtical like he is. I cannot praise Ashby's assistance to the heights to which he deserves! My vocabulary doesn't have enough superlative words to adequately portray how wonderful he was in handling my legal "woes". He was wonderful in every aspect of this awful "experience with a terrible moving company" concerning the moving company's destruction/"loss"(think THEFT) of my property which had supposedly been in air-conditioned storage for over two (2) years --( I was moving from my home on Marco Island, Fl to Gulf, County,Fl and required storage as I was building a new home). The moving company was AWFUL, but with Ashby's skillful work and handling of my case, I was able to receive a much higher settlement from the moving company than I ever would have without his representation. I have had occasion to deal with lawyers throughout my life--in fact, my daddy had an LLB from Cumberland Law School ( class of 1934) and received a J.D. (as you know- a Doctor of Jurisprudence) at a later time--although daddy only did Pro Bono work since he was primarily a businessman and farmer in Florida and Alabama. Anyway, Because I have been around "legal stuff" my whole life, I really appreciate when I encounter someone like Ashby who is knowledgeable , skillful, hardworking, and compassionate in dealing with my very stressful situation. He was always extremely attentive to me and my situation and even though I may have been overly upset at times, he always made me feel like I could contact him at any time for any reason. I only wish he were closer to where I live now--but I still would not hesitate to request his help in the future--distance is no hindrance in the way in which he handles legal matters. His law firm should put him on the "fast track" to being a Partner--people/lawyers like Ashby are diamonds in a too often pile of legal coal chunks, as I'm sure you know. His honor/honesty is impeccable--I'm sure Martingale-Hubbel will have an AV rating by his name--he IS an "A" lawyer--and he has the "Virtute" (virtue) to boot!!
