Mr. Lambrecht spent valuable time with me on the phone listening to my case and provided very helpful advice on how to deal with it. People who have not been trained on law may not know how things work in the legal world and therefore be at a loss or taken advantage of in trying to resolve legal issues. Mr. Lambrecht provided advice on what steps to take and what to watch out for. It was very helpful.

I greatly appreciate all that Bruce Lambrecht has done to grant me justice in my case. I believe professionals like him that take the time to take on cases such as mine; where the road to restitution is skewed and does not promise outstanding investment return, are the reason society is able to heal and prosper even with overwhelming political and institutional corruption.
Not many people such as Bruce could understand how matters such as this could derail someone's attention, energy, and success. Since Bruce's help I have been able to pull my grades up in Arizona State University as well as become affiliated with two on campus human rights organizations. I will also be graduating with my Bachelor's degree this May and feel that my struggles would have been ridiculous and further post-poned as they were being, if it had not been for Bruce. Not only was he attentive, thorough, and constantly working on my case, but even when I had felt overwhelmed and detached from the case he ensured full communication and promise to strive for everything I deserved. Miriam was recommended to me by a good friend that worked under her while in law school. The prospect of my collecting anything seemed slim at the outset. I was hit by a car while riding my bike and the car took off. I had significant injuries to my face and head. I didn't think there was anything I could do in this situation, but my friend insisted and I went to see Miriam. She listened to all of the specifics and was very honest in her assessment of what to expect, which was little. That did not stop her and her assistant from chipping away day after day, week after week. They would get in touch with me whenever they needed more information or my signatures for the release of documents, but otherwise handled everything. Very professional, caring and competent. After a number of months (this amount of time was due to my sometimes unresponsive nature) she had established a line of communication and a compelling argument for collection from the uninsured motorist clause of my mother's automotive insurance. At this point, the gentleman representing the insurance company wanted to conduct a phone interview with Miriam and myself. She walked me through this process, with pre-interview counseling and conducted the entire interview on speaker phone, stepping in when she felt it was in my best interest. A few days later she got an offer for a substantial portion of the injury limit. She gave me the pros and cons of accepting the offer and her professional judgement as to whether accepting this offer would leave money on the table. I asked her to counter offer, which she did with apparent skill and we settled for 96% of limit of the insurance. If you find yourself injured, you'd be doing yourself a serious disservice not to use Miriam. She won't leave a stone unturned in making sure you get reimbursement for your damages.

Miriam Barish represented my Mother in a case where her foot got stuck in a defective pavement, causing her to fall. She broke her femur, and also had major bruising on her face. We felt that Miriam was very compasionate, and did a great job handling her case. She always returned calls and e-mails, and kept us both informed as the case progressed. My Mother was happy with her settlement that Miriam was able to get her. She also did a great job dealing with the insurance company. Some time after the settlement, she called my Mother just to see how she was doing. I would highly recommend Miriam Barish.

To provide some context, we ran into a situation back in the beginning of spring of '14 where we had worked with a public adjuster and restoration company to take care of some minor damage from a roof leak.
Long story short, the public adjuster ran off with what my insurance company paid out for the restoration services. After a lot of back and forth (almost 2 yrs), we could no longer contact the adjuster -- and neither could the restoration company. Unfortunately, the restoration company then started going after us for a significant amount owed to them. To add to the stress, we just recently welcomed our second child to our family, so needless to say, this bill was unexpected and certainly led to an extremely stressful time. Thankfully, my aunt recommended that we seek the guidance of Elliot as she had used him previously.
As soon as we connected with Elliot, he immediately started familiarizing himself with our situation and laid out a course of action. Unlike some other professionals -- whether it be another lawyer, doctor, etc. -- we didn't feel like just a number to Elliot. He really took the time to listen and understand our situation and by knowing that, he really helped alleviate some of our worries.
Once ready, he then began mediating conversations between the restoration company and ourselves. This eventually lead to him negotiating on our behalf and taking any worry out of our hands.
When all was said and done, he helped negotiate something that was fair for both parties, so it would still provide money for the restoration company's services as well as greatly reduce the financial burden this would have had on our family at the time.
So Would I recommend Elliot? Of course. 100% yes. He has helped out my family twice over the past few years and like I mentioned above, he was truly invested in our situation. My wife and I can't thank him enough for what he's done for us.

Mr. Ronca, his paralegal Mr. Peterson, and secretary Ms. Steever make an excellent team. They made sure all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and gave me great attention. There isn't enough glowing words to express the professionalism, communication standards, and measurable results achieved by hiring Matthew Kirby. After 17 months of no results with an out of state case, I hired Mr. Kirby to represent a workers compensation claim that was getting no where. Tyler is the absolute best lawyer that I could have used to represent me. Knowing that Tyler not only competed and won numerous awards when competing in mock-trial in college, but is also a coach for the ASU Mock-Trial Team, I knew that I was getting a lawyer who is top tier. Laura took over my injury case after my previous attorney was unable to continue. She hit the ground running and didn't skip a beat. Staying on top of the other driver's insurance company and pushing my case along. Laura consulted with me when needed and had my best interest when advocating for me. Always telling it straight, the good and the bad. In the end a settlement was reached which was more than I was hoping for. After thirty five years with the company, only missing time out due to two pregnancies, I got hurt at work. One would think after all these years with the company one would know what to do. To my surprise, people were saying you can't file a workers’ comp claim, the company will fire you or make your life miserable.

He acts swiftly when necessary and knows when to ride out the process. This professional behavior is the result of a man who understands how to deal with the minutia of law.
As someone who is struggling, this is very important because I feel anxious about how long everything takes and whether or not I'll be able to provide for my future because my original plans no longer matter since having a life-changing accident. Will gets the "big picture" and what more could put you at ease than knowing you've found an attorney who will actively defend your legal woes for the best possible outcome. I keep reminding myself that it's difficult to see a big picture when you stand too close to it. He took my car accident case even though a previous attorney I had years ago for another case told me it wasn't worth his time (his actual words) as I had pre-existing conditions and probably wouldn't get much at all. After the sudden loss of my husband, I met with an attorney to try to determine any action I might take.
