I fell down my stairs in 2008. They were built incorrectly and not up to code. I sustained a neck injury and had to have surgery on my neck. I retained an attorney that I thought was going to help me but she didn't. I was very frustrated and disappointed so I did some research. I researched and contacted several attorneys in
Denver that handled slip and fall cases but was not satisfied with the initial phone conversations or actual meetings.
In June of 2010, I found Mr. Koupal on the internet and was impressed with his profile and credentials. I contacted Chris and set up an appointment to meet with him. I found Chris to be very knowledgable, professional, confident and a man of intregrity. Chris agreed to take my case and also helped me handle the dismissal of my other attorney in a very positive and professional manner. From that point on, he proceeded to research, investigate and move forward with my case. He kept me well informed almost on a weekly basis for over a year. Chris always emailed me back or contacted me by phone regarding the progress of my case. As a result from the neck surgery, I had accquired many medical bills that totaled thousands of dollars. I felt confident and at ease knowing that he was doing everything he possibly could to resolve and settle my case. Chris knew that I didn't want to have to go to trial and worked very hard to make sure that we would avoid going to trial. He had his work cut out for him as the builder had vanished which made my case more difficult and challenging. He managed to collect enough evidence to allow me to settle out of court and to reach an amount that I thought was acceptable and fair. Jack Gordon of Maney & Gordon, represented me in what was one of the most difficult and heart wrenching experiences of my life; the wrongful death of my youngest daughter due to gross negligence on the part of a hospital.
Jack worked very hard and diligently for me and more importantly, for my daughter. He was so well prepared to try the case that he very much wanted to take the case to trial. As a preliminary step before trial, we entered mediation with the defendant hospital. Jack negotiated very persistently on our behalf and we were able to reach an agreeable settlement. Having known Jack for many years on a personal level, I immediately turned to him when I was faced with a serious legal matter in April 2015. I was with a previous firm before going to Michels and Booth! Adrian is an honest attorney! If I had any questions, and he did not have an answer, he would let me know find out the answer and contact me back! My case was a difficult case due to the previous attorney office's negligence! That attorney would stall, and drug my case out and extra6 months to a year in which it did not need to be! Adrian was very professional and reliable! My fiancé does not like attorneys and says they are all out for money! He really dislikes attorneys, however, once my case was settled, Adrian Bridges and Michels and Booth really showed us what their firm is about! This firm is wonderful and honorable! Brantley represented my interest in a divorce settlement. He is a true professional...he's calm, knowledgeable, and logical in his approach to family law. Amazing!
