Had a credit union mistakenly apply my payment 2 days later than I should have missing my statement and date. They said they fixed the mistake and I will see this correction on my next statement but the issue is it was reported to the bureaus with wrong amount prior to them correcting this. The amount is over $16k so this is making a huge impact on my credit score/utilization/total balances and ability to get approved for new credit. Well, I fixed my credit and got rid off my debts with the help of PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST whom a trusted friend recommended and he did a perfect job increasing my credit score to (801 TransUnion, 805 Experian, 807 Equifax) all credit card debts are marked as paid, public record, bankruptcy and hard inquiries are all gone. I have not hired this firm as of yet. I am seeking grandparents rights in regards to my granddaughter and the advise given by this office has been very helpful. I have know Brien Roche since 1992. I worked for his firm as a legal secretary at that time. I went on to work for other lawyers and in other fields as well. When my husband and I decided to split I called Brien because my work experience with him in had shown me how diligent he was in making sure that his clients were well represented. He has an amazing legal mind, pays attention to details and all angles that may occur for strategy. His fees are very low and the representation is superb. I am thankful and grateful that I have had him in my corner. My divorce went smoothly and at very minimal cost to myself and my ex husband. We both own businesses and the divorce could have become a financial nightmare if fueled by a lawyer looking to line his own pockets. Mr. Hankins has help myself with neurmous cases, all have turned out in my favor with cases being completely dropped or a minimal un-surpervised probation for a 1 year period to then after completion of probation the charges be dropped. These cases ranged from simple misdemeanors to serious charges which could have led myself to be labeled as a felon; although Tim's wittiness save myself from facing the ramifications of the courts. I highly recommend him and I still remember his number by heart for that un-foreseen instance I get another charge. He is a doer and doesn't poke around the subject and can make an officer even doubt himself/herself of what actually happened at the time of arrest. For example, I was 20 years old, 2 months away from being 21, and I caught an underage possession of alcohol charge while fishing, I blantely told the marine police officer I purchased the beer since he stated if no one owned up to it myself as well as my friends would all get a charge, in court the officer showed pictures of the beer in the rear of my truck bed and told the judge I had admitted to purchasing the beer, Mr. Hankins then went on to perceive the marine police officer to be a total num-nuts and cross-examine him in a way that made plenty of loopholes in the officers story. Then the judge ruled the case be dismissed and to the officer who wrote the citation as well as all of the other officers in the court at the moment were stunned at the verdict since I had admitted to purchasing the alcohol and it was in my possession.

I called Rex the day before I had court. I was in a panic because I had been talking to another attorney and not much was happenening. Rex stated that he would see me at the court house the next day. We chatted about the case for a minute and I was so relieved just by talking to Rex. He assured me that He would be there again. Jennie did a phenomenal job in representing me on a tricky speeding case. I was pulled over on the end of a downhill slope for going 90+/70 and headed for a reckless driving conviction which could have had serious consequences for me. Jennie understood what was at stake and from the beginning had very thorough explanations and always made my available options clear to me. She tried to make a plea bargain with the prosecutor who would not accept it, and so she suggested that we tried the case in front of the judge. She laid out the facts very clearly and built up the case to the judge in a terrific manner. In the end the judge agreed with her and decided to reduce my charges to a speeding ticket. Jennie is a life saver for my driving record in Virginia. If it wasn't for her, I may not have my license right now. Covington may be a pretty small town, but they still have strict and frequent patrolling by State Police and Local Enforcement, specifically on the Interstate for anyone that knows the area. Nonetheless, I was pinned for a 80/70 that was reduced from an 84/70 on the spot by a friendly and forgiving Officer. Jennie worked with the Commonwealth Attorney directly to allow me to take a driving safety course and avoid negative points on my record by reducing it from a speeding ticket to another type of infraction without damage to my record. She completely got me off this first time and then, flash forward close to 3 years later it happened again, only worse at 90/70, and I thought for sure I was done for considering the Officer did not cut me a break whatsoever. I thought to myself "My luck has finally run out" but she managed to get it dropped to a regular speeding ticket and avoided a misdemeanor on my record and other severe implications caused by a reckless driving ticket/borderline intent to kill ticket (Virginia does not mess around with Speeding).
In both instances, I did not even have to attend the court hearings (luckily so as I am not from that area and can't afford to miss work). PLEASE Do not hesitate to contact Jennie as she will work until you are satisfied and do everything in her power to limit traffic ticket complications. Thank you Jennie.

When I first considered filing suit for a dental injury I discovered Michelle and was immediately impressed by her professional approach to my situation. She thoroughly researched the unique aspects of my case and began a well planned approach towards achieving a favorable settlement with the defendants. I was aware that most suits settled prior to trial; however, my confidence grew with the realization that Michelle was prepared to go to trial should that have become necessary.

I had a big car accident in June 2018; I almost lost my life because of a careless driver that crushed my car to rush to the gas station. Mercedes was amazing! It wasn’t a week before the person that hit me had the insurance adjuster out to my work to offer me money. I hadn’t even received treatment, all I wanted to do was feel better and be well. Unfortunately it took two years to get back to somewhat normal. With such a busy job, she took care of everything, requested all the necessary medical records, filed the right documents, I didn’t have to do a thing. Even after we settled on the amount, she was able to negotiate more with my PIP. When she sent me the email, my only comment was that’s great, it wasn’t expected. Jonathan was assigned my case which was already in progress when assigned by my insurance company. He immediately familiarized himself with the case, quickly assessed previous efforts and decisions to resolve and made recommendations on how to proceed. Jonathan helped handle a case where the plaintiff was impacted in their car and sued myself and another car driver for damages. The results were the best that could be expected - very minimal damages on my part, and with only a couple appearances required of me. Mr. Missen showed decorum, poise, and a cheerful disposition during the entire process, which no doubt helped the results turn out as they did. He was knowledgeable without being pushy, and this came across in deposition and arbitration. Albukerk more than anything listens! He is the only lawyer to win a case of Medicaid or Medicare fraud in the Chicago area and also to win the release of a man falsely accused as a sexually violent person who had been jailed for 30 years. He gets in there right away and preserves evidence of your innocence. If you are guilty he has the experience and knows the prosecutors and judges and how to get you the lowest possible sentence on a plea bargain. The only negative is that he tends to be blunt about worse case scenarios - but I believe that is only a matter of informing you honestly of the fact that the courts do not necessarily follow the law and juries and judges do not necessarily go by the evidence. There is far too much politics and prejudice in the courts and in juries. He is about as good as you will get and his prices are moderate. My family has used him for a collections case, for criminal defense, and I have watched him help friends with divorce cases and police excessive force cases.

Jon handled my medical malpractice claim. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to communicate the laws, process and options clearly so that a lay person can understand. Early on he developed a strategy to handle the case, explained it to us for our concurrence and executed it to a tee. He is aggressive but looks for a satisfactory resolution without necessarily going to court. His extensive background in this area and innumerable contacts in the field made the process relatively painless. He and his staff (Missy) were always available to meet with us or to discuss things over the phone. Jon Brassel was my attorney for a wrongful death case. My husband died from aortic dissection, that could have been prevented. Jon came from his office in Annoppolis to Salisbury to meet with me. If I had to use only two words to describe Jon they would professional and companionate. You need both of those qualities when in a situation such as mine. I was 36 years old, our son was 8, devastated would be putting it mildly.
When we met he had some information I sent him. I was afraid I was going to break down at this meeting. He ask questions, let me tell my story, and with his professional and compatiante manner I got through it. Leaving that day feeling hopeful.
