When my accident happened, I was lost and thought I was going to end up in a circumstance of total loss. I was unable to return to work for almost 5 months and with a family to support, not being compensated was not an option. I was injured in Nashville at a bar on Main Street. It was the middle of the afternoon and my jaw was fractured. Without going into detail, I will be having quite a bit of dental work in my future.

Gerald and his team were so organized and his expert witnesses were so good that he won the biggest verdict ever in Hall County, GA., according to Jakob Medley's grandmother. Jakob needed a breathing tube when he was born, but it took eight minutes for the hospital to supply one, and he was born terribly brain injured. The $8.5 million the jury awarded showed they agreed the hospital was at fault. Jakob's grandmother now will have the financial means to give him the best life possible. She has nothing but praise for Gerald and would recommend him to anyone.

At 8 months pregnant the car I was driving got t-boned and totaled by a vehicle that ran a stop sign. I had a horrible time dealing with the insurance company and it's representatives especially considering my pregnancy the physical state I was in resulting from the accident. I am the sort of person that would not seek legal counsel under normal circumstances, but I am so glad I did in this case!

Been working for TDOT for 13 years. I’m a truck driver. It’s all I know. I’m a hard worker, I don’t go around just making work comp claims and trying to get something for nothing. I was at work when a gust of wind came in blew me sideways. A huge piece of equipment fell. I fell back and hit the rock and asphalt ground and was knocked unconscious. Nobody at my work called for EMS, I laid there for 15-20 minutes before anybody did anything. When I finally came to I had blood all over my face and was in so much pain and would you believe they put me in a state truck and drove me to a clinic instead of calling 911 to take me to the hospital! I crushed my ear drum and now have permanent nerve damage and hearing loss in my ear from hitting the ground so hard. My injuries triggered migraines. They get really bad, it broke all the bones in my face on my right side. I have permanent damage, and now have problems seeing out of my right eye. I was doing everything I could to try to heal up and get better as fast as possible but I was afraid that they were going to fire me or send me into early retirement because of my injuries. That’s when my wife and I called Rocky. From day one, dealing with work comp has been a nightmare. They fought us on every treatment and everything that I needed to function. Rocky was Afsoon were great knowledgeable and always kept me informed. The folks at Rocky Law Firm always knew me and all about my case. I didn’t feel like a number. Carmen is a bad to the bone. I was injured working for a retail company. Hi everyone, appreciate your help with this. I had 3 Amex cards that were all used for business across 2 businesses. Two payments on one of those cards (related to a business that was struggling) was missed in the summer of 2019 which resulted in all 3 cards being cancelled by Amex (the other 2 cards, related to the same business had no perfect payment history). That card which was opened in 2016 eventually went into collections and charged off. Which brought down my credit score to 450, I also had delinquent accounts, deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Mr. Barrera, Jr. was my attorney in a DTPA /Product Liability case that involved 4 international corporations. He was a wonderful Plaintiff's Attorney!
