There are so many great things to say about Marty Weniz, this review cannot possibly do him justice, but here it goes:
A few years ago, at the age of 25, I had sustained a fall while walking along an un-lit deck. In the dark, unbeknownst to me, there was no railing and I fell 5 feet breaking my leg. Or so I was told. Months later, after much persistent pain it turned out that the doctor failed to diagnose that I had shattered my heel as well, and that the fracture was so severe, it required immediate surgery at the time of the injury. My hind foot suffered permanent damage, to which I still feel the effects today. Beaten down, but fueled with the desire to seek some justice, I had looked around for attorneys and no one wanted my malpractice case because it wasn’t “serious enough;” did I mention everyone drooled over my personal injury case? That is until I found Marty. He met with me immediately; he told me that he was taking BOTH cases!!!
He told me from the get go that this was going to be a process, and that I needed to be patient. Many discoveries, and often stressful depositions later, Marty always made sure I was super prepared for my depositions, and he kept me in the know, step by step. Then, almost like the universe came together to hand us good karma wrapped in a bow, in a matter of months, we got not one, but TWO very large settlements from the malpractice AND personal injury cases. Even Marty was flabbergasted that it happened so quickly and successfully!
The point of my little tale is to not only to sing this lawyer's praises for all to read, but to solidify that I truly feel Martin Weniz is just about one of the best attorneys the legal profession has got. And, if that wasn’t awesome enough, he is a kind, empathetic, and courageous man who will fight for what he believes in. In my case, it was my plight!

When my family and I experienced a most unexpected and emotionally painful loss which we believed merited legal pursuit, we interviewed several plaintifs' attorneys before choosing to have Marty represent us. We were impressed not only by his knowledge, experience, and professionalism, but by his compassion. We also always felt that he was interested in our case for its relevance to challenges faced in the health care industry as well as its meaning to us personally. Our case took a long time to resolve. Re-experiencing the initial event over and over through the legal process was very hard, but Marty was right beside us to prepare us for each step, and support us through unpleasant things like the discovery process, and arbitration meetings. He always seemed to find time to just hear me "vent" or respond to what might have seemed "dumb" questions to someone with more experience. He understood that for us, our case was much more a matter of principle than monetary gain and represented us accordingly. In the end he helped achieve a settlement that was, I believe, viewed as fair on both sides of the table. While I sincerely hope to never need such services again, I am glad to know that Marty is around, just in case. I consider him still to be a friend.

I highly recommend the Law Office of Edgar Velazquez, P.A. I was introduced to Mr. Velazquez through a local chiropractor I was seeing after an auto accident in February, 2015.
Upon meeting him for the first time, I immediately noticed his professionalism, sharp attention to detail, respect, and I also sensed a certain level of trust. He took very specific notes about my accident and asked an array of thorough questions. I decided to hire him at that point, and left the office feeling like I made the right choice. As the case progressed, seeing the hard work being done only assured me even more that I was in good hands! The office staff followed up on EVERYTHING....every question I had was answered within a day or two and every email/phone call was promptly returned. This made the paperwork process much easier on my end and really left me with minimal to do. They are a highly organized office! Eileen, the office manager was very helpful and nice as well, and I'm sure she played a big part in those great organizational skills!

Without Janes dedication and hard work, the life of our precious son and that of our family would be very different and difficult indeed. I hired Tim to help me deal with a legal dispute between myself and my former employer who was trying to withhold money that was owed to me. Not only did we not have to take this dispute to court Tim was able to secure a very large percentage of the money owed to me. I feel compelled to write this review of Attorney Olszewski because during his handling of my case, I came to realize that he is intelligent, knowledgeable of the law, excellent in a courtroom setting and most importantly, compassionate and understanding.
My case, unfortunately, was criminal in nature and I found it reassuring that Attorney Olszewski not only didn't judge me, he cared about me. After an untimely death occurred in my family I needed to find an attorney who would be willing to take

Pete was very welcoming, comforting, and focused right from the start. Pete brought to the table a life committed to legal excellence. Having been a District Attorney and County Judge his credentials were impeccable.
Through the process of finding out what had happened in my brothers death Attorney Olszewski was determined and focused unlike any other individual I have ever worked with. Pete left no stone unturned in the search for the truth. If not for his tireless determination and positive attitude I would have never found out what had happened the night my brother passed away. I was in a bad car accident that totaled my car and left me with painful injuries, a hospital stay, and unable to work, walk, or take care of my baby for months.
I was so fortunate to have Jessica working on my case. The motorist that caused the accident was underinsured and my medical bills and lost wages were way more than I could deal with. Jessica made the whole process simple for me. She completely coordinated the settlement process with my medical insurance, my auto insurance, and the auto insurance of the at-fault driver. At one point during my recovery, my doctor's billing service was hassling me about paying right away. Jessica contacted them and asked them to go through her so I wouldn't have the stress of dealing with them.
Jessica kept me informed during every step of the settlement process. She copied me on communications sent out to the various insurance companies and clearly explained the reasoning behind every decision, and what we could expect from each party. I could tell that she had a lot of experience working on personal injury cases like mine.
I feel confident that I got the best settlement possible. My medical bills were paid, my lost wages restored, plus Jessica worked hard to get me additional settlement money to pay me for my pain and suffering.
I would never choose to repeat the horrific experience of a car crash, but I'm so thankful for the expert work Jessica put in on my behalf after the fact. Malcolm represented me in a consumer protection case in mid 2015. He was very understandable and listened to my concerns carefully and gave the most honest recommendations including- the best or worse possible outcomes from the case. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, rather would advice and give me enough time to make my own decisions in accordance to what I was comfortable with.
His communication skills were excellent. He literally informed me about every new finding and details about the case as soon as he can- through email, text or phone call. If Malcolm were running late for a meeting, he would call and inform me about it and even give the reason as to why he is late.
Malcolm is kind. For services that I could not afford, he referred me to the Memphis Area Legal Organization to aid me with some form of assistance. He also provided me with invoice documentation of every cost of his excellent services. Prior to my case, his good heart was also shown when he donated his car to benefit an organization I was working for as an intern- the Church Health Center, a clinic providing coverage for the working uninsured poor in Memphis.
He is a fast thinker, calculates his opponents’ thoughts wisely and makes a smart moves based on that. Due to his demands, the company I was suing was willing to drop the case even before heading to court and reimbursed me with enough money to recover my property. And with wonderful twists to the story, it was also featured on the commercial appeal newspaper. Malcolm is an excellent lawyer. I would highly recommend him for all your legal services matters.

Mr. Bradshaw is an outstanding attorney! He has represented me over the last few years, and he has been instrumental in fighting for me to get fair medical treatments as a result of a work related injury. He works with compassion and dedication, and he stands up in your defense when it comes to mitigation. From the beginning I was glad that I came to Charlie and his team for my personal injury case. They really took to time to listen to what happened to me and were truly empathetic of what I went through. I also felt like they were really on top of my case and always worked on collecting documents with plenty of time to spare so I never had to rush to meet any deadline which I really appreciate. Alex was hands down one of the best attorneys I could have EVER hired. He made my court settlement a breeze for my child who could not defend herself ONE bit. My child was attacked by a pitbull who could have potentially killed her. Alex was there for every question I had down to explaining to me he would have my back until the very end... Which he did!

Tracey Dellacona was a bulldog for us. She immediately spoke up on our behalf when the situation called for it. She knew her business as well as our business. I felt that even though Tracey was a very busy business woman, she always made time to listen to us....especially me as I was very apprehensive. She was amazing! She appeared to be a southern lady but when she opened her mouth you never knew what was going to come out other than the truth and then the way she presented the truth was most impressive. I was grateful that she was my lawyer and not the lawyer up against us. I appreciated how she held nothing back. Tracey's personal appearance was most impressive as well.
