Mitchell Hoffman & Wolf represented my family in the construction related death of my son. I met Paul in the initial interview as my ex-husband was referred by a friend to the firm. Paul displayed a fierce edge that was off-putting and I knew immediately he would be successful in negotiating a settlement changing my son's life to a legacy. In addition to his knowledge of the law (he successfully argued in the Illinois Supreme court to change venue) Paul and the entire staff were genuinely compassionate. Although we agreed my ex-husband would represent our family, Paul keep me included in details as the case progressed over a period of two years with personal calls and email. Of course the settlement will never be adequate, my son lost his life. However, I understand the law and the team led by Paul did an excellent job on behalf of my family.

I hired Mr. Watson in 1998 for a work related auto accident with injury. The corporation wanted to get rid of me in order to make the problem go away. I was a very good emplyee with an outstanding work ethic. In one instant I was struck by a car running a red light. My life did a 180. In a time I needed support, and was suffering both physically and emotionally I found Mr. Watson and his team of staff. They handled me delicately, understood my needs, and fought to get my life back on track. When I was out of work Mr. Watson personally found work for me to do so I could continue to make a living during the legal process. Years later, just a month ago he repented me against an insurance company to recover work related income lost to their client wrecking our work vehicle which is our source of income. I would and do send any of my friends and family to him. He is ethically professional and morally sound on a personal level. If you are looking for a great attorney look no further. Mr. Watson was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of my case. He took the time to explain my rights as an employee in the workplace, and stood up for my rights as a worker. I was falsely accused by management of actions that I did not do. Mr. Watson provided excellent council making inroads and solving problems when the union was inept at providing me with proper representation. He not only protected my job record but was very thorough in proving their accusations to be false. Mr. Watson really looks out for the little guy, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing workplace representation.

Nick has handled several different types legal matters for me. He assisted me with both of my parents estates, he was the closing attorney on several different real estate transactions, he handled an eviction for a rental property I own when I lived out of state, and he helped both my son and husband with moving violations. I was involved in an MVA with a tractor trailer while working that resulted in totaling my vehicle and requiring three back surgeries and missing months from work. The worker’s compensation company believed that since they felt I was not at fault kept pushing me to help them recover their monies that had been paid out for medical payments and wages. After threatening me to help them, I went and consulted with Mr. Collins about my options and how pushy the worker’s comp company was becoming. After a few days, I hired him to represent me against the trucking company and the worker’s comp claim became subordinate to mine.
Having been through a couple of previous accidents, Jack is the finest lawyer I’ve have ever had the pleasure of working with. Throughout the case he kept me up to date on everything that was taking place and what I should be expecting and rough timeframes. Since the trucking company was not local he travelled to take their depositions and make the best case we possibly could in preparation for trial. Because of Mr. Collins’ and his associates dedication and his exceptional knowledge of trial preparation, fair value for my sustained injuries, and ability to read the other parties resulted in a settlement that far exceeded my wildest dream.

Jim Penney has successfully assisted with multiple unfortunate civil issues encountered here in Southeastern Arizona.
In a government position, a female co-worker made bogus accusations that she had been sexually harassed. When it came time for the deposition, she suddenly had a severe case of amnesia and in fact became quite angry when Jim caught her in her insatiable scenario of lies.
At a retail store, a female manager kept using unwelcomed words of endearment such as “hon, daring, sweetie…” when we were not dating. After multiple requests to stop such conduct, termination was the ultimate punishment. Jim was able to obtain a “Right to Sue Letter” from the E.E.O.C.
An H.O.A. President felt it was OK for females to enter the Men’s shower facility unannounced. An effective but diplomatic warning from Jim took care of that problem.
Another employer felt it was appropriate to terminate an employee for reporting serious health and safety issues on the job site in addition to known sex offenders hanging out in the children’s area. His representation earned an unemployment insurance claim.
Jim has been a straight shooter when it comes to a projected case outcome and finances. He returns the majority of phone calls within 24 hours. Thus he has truly earned “The Best Civil Attorney in Southeast Arizona”

I was referred to this law firm by another lawyer. He felt that Chelsea's firm would be a better fit for my case, a fall injury on private property. My husband and I met Mr. Crowe a couple of years ago when my husband was involved in a hit and run accident on his Harley Davidson. Someone hit him and left him laying in the road. I contacted a random attorney that I googled in Conyers, GA where we live. I explained to him what had taken place and shared my concerns with him regarding all of the medical bills that we were facing and all of the Doctor's appointments and physical therapy appointments that we were looking at. From the very beginning, Mr. Crowe was helpful and walked us through everything that we were dealing with. He was so knowledgeable and agreed to meet with us immediately. He even drove out to our home. A lot of Attorneys are arrogant and are only interested in high dollar cases. I never got that feeling from Mr. Crowe. The name of the Law Office that he practices at is Tolliver and Gainer. They are located in old town Conyers. The entire staff has always been friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family right away. Mr. Crowe was able to obtain compensation for my husbands injury even though the person that hit him left the scene of the accident. Piggy backing on the review above, I have nothing but positive feedback for this Attorney and I will recommend his services to all of my family, friends and co-workers. Mr. Crowe is a family man and very involved in our community. He does not act like he is better then anyone and he is very dependable and knowledgeable. I met Kim in 2005 because my mother-in-law had been abused in a nursing home and because of this abuse died. From the moment we met I knew she was caring, compassionate, honest and full of integrity. . We started our journey in 2005 and finally concluded in 2008 after an 8 week trial. We won the case and Kim was awarded the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association Top Gun Award in 2008 because of our case.

I was recommended to Darin by a friend of mine and it was a great decision. I was T-boned while driving through an intersection on my motorcycle. I had a car accident(rear ended) October 2014 and car was total loss. Insurance company was not paying for car total loss and even for rental car and other expenses then I approached Vadim to get his help.
