I hired Beth to help settle my families estate, a case that had been going on for 4+ years. She worked between me and my siblings as a mediator to help settle the case as quickly as possible. Beth was easy to reach and took time to explain any and all questions I had. Without her help, I have no doubt my legal issue would still be ongoing. If needed, I wouldn't hesitate at all to work with Beth again in the future. I can't recommend Beth enough!

I received a letter from a rental property I had recently moved from. Despite receiving a 30 notice, the property was attempting to charge me an additional 17 days worth of rent. As a servicemember, I was aware of my rights under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) but was not knowledgeable of all the legal complexities and common tricks used by leasing offices to get around the law. Beth quickly research my options and was able to provide the necessary guidance to this developing issue. After my conversation with Beth, I spoke to my former leasing office. I informed them I had spoken to my lawyer and would not simply send them the check for the additional 17 days. The leasing office immediately changed their tone and stated lawyers would not need to be involved in the matter. In the subsequent conversation, the leasing office dropped the 17 day charge and ended up sending me a check for the remainder of my security deposit. I don’t believe I would have received that outcome had it not been for the tailored advice I had received from Beth.

Mr. Robinson was my court appointed attorney for a case that I thought was completed and dismissed years ago, but apparently there was one loose end that kept it from being finalized and so a bench warrant was issued for me for a probation violation. Not only did Mr. Robinson call me and review my case over the phone but he showed true empathy for my situation and actually told me exactly what I needed to obtain as far as documents so he could present them to the judge to request the case be finalized and the probation violation be dismissed. From start to finish, he was always easy to get ahold of if I had any questions, and if I had to leave a message he returned my call pretty much immediately. I only had to go in front of the judge one time and Mr. Robinson went on my behalf the last time and was able to have the issue dismissed. I'm forever thankful for how he handled everything so professionally and smoothly, not to mention quickly (which kept my attorney fees down to the minimum) As much as I hope I will never need one again, if I ever do need another attorney I would definitely call upon Mr. Robinson to represent me, because he has proven to be a great attorney and I know that he would have my best interest in mind and I would feel completely at ease knowing that I could rely on him. And that is a great feeling to have when you're hiring an attorney.

David L. Robinson is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He is outstanding in pursuing truth and justice. He is a man of dedication, equity and rectitude.
I first got acquainted with David Robinson when I became a witness to a crime. My downstairs neighbor had an unfortunate incident involving the ex-girlfriend and mother of his young son. If my neighbor was convicted, he would be end up in jail for a very long time in jail, his parental rights would have been taken away, and he would have a criminal felony on his record.
David Robinson was the court appointed attorney which means David only received $320 for all his time involving this case. What makes David so unique is he has no tolerance for injustice. He is a lawyer of true integrity and dedication. David spent many hours on this case which resulted in the charges being dropped.
A few months later, I got in trouble with the law. I called David, and told him about my troubles. He quickly made time in his busy schedule to see me. He advised me on the various steps I needed to take. I called him many times for advice. After my arraignment, he told me to write a letter requesting him to be my court appointed attorney. I was granted David to represent me. David was there for me every step of the way. I am go grateful for all his time and effort. He made it possible for me to have the ability to get this charge expunged off my record.
I highly recommend David Robinson. He is simply one of the finest attorneys in the Portland area.

We needed an attorney to help us with our copy write issues enabling us to pass the last hurdle in getting our work published. Manuel first helped us understand the surrounding legal issues involved. Once he did that he was able to ask us the right questions to guide his research. One of the things which impressed us the most was the quality of Manuel's research. This made us comfortable that all our issues were covered in depth and nothing would sneak up on us a year after we published. Manuel is also very good in interpreting the law in practical terms. Manuel helped us understand the consequences of every decision we could have made. This was very useful in helping us make what we believed were the best informed decisions and we feel comfortable now in moving forward and publishing our work. We've handled plenty of contracts before and managed to keep from getting ourselves screwed but Neal was able to take a lot of tangled, convoluted copyright issues and streamline our agreement into something coherent and mutual. Most importantly for us, he was able to keep pace with the awkward and unpredictable timing that characterized our negotiations. He exposed the sort of risky nuances that allow you to appreciate the difference a law degree makes. Sarah helped me with my contract dispute and settled the case for a 7 figure amount back to me. The case just ended 2 days ago. I am writing to tell everyone how wonderful my experience has been with her. I can not thank Sarah enough for what she did for me during the litigation. The case lasted about 10 months. She was pleasant, honest, humble, sharp, smart, organized and responsive during the whole process. Her hourly rates were low comparing her service level. Bob Christie is a great attorney and an even better person. I have worked with him twice.
The first case Bob, defended the City that I worked for against a lawsuit. He was able to get the case "dismissed" after the Plaintiff rested. He did a great job during the trial and was I was very impressed with him, as an attorney and a person.
I was so impressed with Bob that I employed him recently on a certification hearing. He was again very impressive in this hearing and he won this case as well.
Both times I worked with Bob he was always the most prepared attorney in the room.

Ms. Johnson helped me when I had a dispute with my literary agent. I felt I could no longer effectively communicate with her so she stepped in and helped out. Ms. Johnson reviewed my contract, clearly pointed out its inconsistencies and what we could do to come to a resolution.
