I was referred by another happy client that Ms. Cooper had helped. It was easy to get an appointment and she explained the whole bankruptcy process well. When we went to court to file (back in 2010) she was the most organized lawyer there. The other ones were fumbling with all kinds of folders and she had everything in order for her clients on her ipad. Well into our bankruptcy, the car that I had involved in the bankruptcy was totaled in a storm and she immediately filed the motion where we could substitute another title so I would not be without a vehicle. At the end, when the trustee was still subtracting payments from our checking account she went to court and got an immediate refund of all over payments. (We received the refund the same day she went to court). We were well represented throughout the whole process and she was always compassionate and sympathetic. Any time we called with questions we always got a call back.

Even though my legal problem was outside Mr. Goldsmith's normal area of expertise he still took on my case, brought in excellent outside counsel and with the incredible help of his assistant, waded through very complex Medicare, Social Security and other bureacracies that would have sent me to the funny farm. I have known Rand Hoch for over 16 years. I have used him as a Private Mediator when I handled defense cases for 3 years and claimant's cases for the past 13 years. I hired Jane to help me collect a large judgement that was awarded to me in GA for a construction job that went awry. I am not sure that 4000 characters for this response would be enough to explain my case and what Joseph (Yosi) Avrahamy did for me. It was a very long and complicated matter. Yosi represented me in an employment case against a major police department that I worked for. The allegations consisted of harassment, failure to promote, discrimination and retaliation. Fighting my particular law enforcement agency is one of the most difficult battles that one can take on. They don't play fair and will stonewall and lie at every turn to win. My case was no exception. However, Yosi was unphased by all this and stood by me from beginning to end. He believed I had a good case and never wavered in his support of me. The battle was long and I always felt that I was a part of the process. Yosi kept me informed every step of the way, which is huge when you are going through something as stressful as a lawsuit. Many lawyers do not do this. I know because I worked around a group of lawyers before I found myself in the precarious position that I was in. Yosi is the exception (in a good way) not the rule for most lawyers. And finally and most importantly, Yosi never made you feel that money was the most important thing to him in the case. By this I mean, that he actually made you feel that what happened to you mattered while also trying to win your case for you and achieve a satisfactory monetary outcome. In the end, my police department settled out of court with me. Something that they do not do unless they think that they could actually lose and lose big. They are very stubborn that way. It was Yosi's expertise and past victories that made them think twice about trying the case before a jury. I would highly recommend him. He is a great lawyer, but more importantly, he is a great person.

I retained Robert 6 years ago for an appeal of a case which had dragged on for 5 years. He won the appeal handily. The case was remanded back to the lower court and Robert assumed that litigation as well, as he was familiar with the case. Robert brought the case to a successful conclusion, although it dragged on for another 5 years. Robert goes above and beyond the normal Attorney/Client relationship with constant communication and personal support.

I have known and worked with Robert Rivas as President of Final Exit Network for the past two years. Final Exit Network is a 501 (c)(3) organization, devoted to providing mentally competent persons who become members information on how to end their lives peacefully, painlessly, and quickly when they are suffering from an irreversible medical condition that is more than they can bear. We also offer a compassionate presence to any member who chooses to end his or her suffering. Authorities in GA, AZ, and MN have brought charges against our volunteers and Final Exit Network as violating their laws against assisted suicide. We believe, and we publicly state, that we do not violate laws against assisted suicide. Robert has lead our defense teams in all three jurisdictions, as well as personally argued on behalf of our volunteers and the organization, and has brought us to victory in GA and AZ. I was very impressed with both Mr. Rudolph's depth of knowledge as well as his professionalism and kindness. This was quite a convoluted mess of a case, one with several outside hearings going on at the same time, sometimes interfering with the matter at hand, but once Mr. Rudolph took the time to research the validity of my concerns, he never wavered in his confidence and trust in me. He figuratively then literally stood by my side as my advocate the entire time, most impressively during mediation where I tended to get a bit heated. This case is just now coming to a close (1yr, 7 months since filing) with my desired results. The charged party used delay tactics in order to have me give up. Mr. Rudolph dealt with each delay in a calm manner, letting them know his client (me) would not back down, and finally resulting in a satisfactory settlement agreement. I recommend him without reservation.

Erin Hardister is without a doubt, the brightest attorney out there. Because of her, My Boys will now have the opportunity to go to college. A simple "Thank you" to her in no way would suffice. She is VERY bright, and I Thank God that she's not like other attorneys out there who're just out to get a big lump sum of money and put no effort into it. She is not a 9 to 5'er like most that have represented me in this case that's dragged on for more than 7 years, and I've had some with more than 20 years under their belt, but that means nothing if you're scared to rebut the state and stand up and actually talk to the judge, versus being a scared puppet. I mean, what attorney would send you an email at 10:00pm, OR be willing to take your phone call? This case started in May of 2012. I've had several attorneys. I hired her mid April of 2019, and YESTERDAY, May 1st, she did what all those other attorneys didn't and couldn't do. My Boys are My Absolute EVERYTHING, and because of her, they now will have the Opportunity to go to college. I have no doubt that regardless of whether it was Family Law or Criminal Law, Erin would be on her game......I can truly see her one day being a judge, and a fair one at that, but I'd hope that she'd stay as an attorney so the smart ones that hire her can actually get the help and JUSTICE that they (and their kids if they are in a Family Law Case) deserve!!! In just a couple weeks she did what 3 others couldn't do in 7 years!!! God Blessed My Boys and I with finding and hiring her!! I mean He truly BLESSED My Boys and I cause as previously stated, she's not a 9 to 5'er........she's all in looking to and hitting home runs!!! I hired Mr Norman for a DUI issue I was involved with in the MD court system. He immediately told me he was not familiar with the judges in my county and didn't specialize in my specific type of case. He then offered to help me locate someone who was. I retained his services anyway and he appeared to work twice as hard as the oposition lawyers to compensate for his lack of comfort in that particular area. By the time we went into negotiations he knew the issues better than the other law team.
He went out and researched the issues and reported back to me with options. He brought in experts he found to bolster my case. He was willing to go to court if necessary, which many lawyers are not willing to do. I was impressed with his work habits and straight shooting approach and appreciated his honesty.

Attorney Itzkowitz represented me in a federal suit I filed against some major American corporations after I was raped on the grounds of an American owned hotel in the Cayman Islands 20 years ago. I made the biggest mistake of my life one night and was pretty sure that I had destroyed my career and my life. Know what sucks? Getting divorced. Know what sucks more than that? Throwing $300 at an attorney for a 20 minute conversation who's the supposed "ferrari of family law" and not getting anything out of it.
I walked into Mrs.Beth(I call her Anne Coulter)'s office, and was in tears over the stress of the beginnings of a divorce, and as a father who can't begin to talk about his kids in any legal form without crying and being overly passionate, having an attorney who matches my intensity so I don't fly off the handle and use four letter words in front of a judge that I shouldn't, is an absolute blessing.
Beth has, since day one made the entire process a walk in the park. Every single thing that my ex's "bus stop lawyer"(ive learned in big cities the lawyers who advertise on bus stops are generally the worst ones, and the ones who do little to no advertising and let word of mouth do the talking are top notch). Everything that was thrown at me, she bounced it right off of me and almost gave me no reason to even open my mouth. Above everything...above her intensity...she is an incredibly honest person...
