Where to begin?! In June of 2019 I was placed in a very scary legal situation during my professional career. I reached out to Attorney Mark Sherman and his team to help fight for me and get me through. Both Attorney Mark Sherman and Attorney Amanda Telesco were nothing but phenomenal. From the moment I called the office I felt at ease. They were kind, compassionate, understanding, non-judge mental, and most of all realistic. I made several trips to the office in Stamford. All of these trips were welcoming and helped put me at ease. Mark and Amanda sat with me, went over all the details of the case, explained everything to me, and assured me they would do everything in their power to fight for a positive outcome. As we all know, the legal system is slow. But during the 16+months I worked with Mark and Amanda, they kept me abreast of the entire case and the direction it was moving. I received phone calls, emails and at one point they even met with me in my area of the state. In September of 2020 I received the call that I had long awaited. Attorney Sherman called me and informed they fought hard and the case resolved in the manner we had hoped for. In an instant, my whole life changed for the better and I felt like my old self. Mr. Lepore is the definition of an excellent lawyer. My father passed away in 2019. My cousin, a local lawyer, who drafted my father's will, claimed he didn't remember he made it.
Faced with obstruction, I did my research and found that Mr. Lepore is highly rated. I was not disappointed. The process was needlessly long because of my cousin's lack of cooperation, and delayed because of the Covid-19 crisis, however, I was armed to the teeth in proof and with Mr. Lepore's dedication, knowledge and skill we were able to honor my father's final wishes and have the Probate Court rule in my favor as my father's only child, executor and beneficiary.
I recommend Louis Lepore wholeheartedly. A quiet man, he has a keen analytical mind and a determined sense of dedication. I will be making an appointment soon to make my own will and estate planning.

Ms. Palmbald is a lawyer who specialize in the estate. She is detail about explaining the specifics, and the choices between a will, and an estate. Ms. Palmblad parperes all paper work, and will mail the form to your doctor, bankers, friends, and etc. to sign. You can call her anytime of the day if you have questions, she is very helpful. She does not give you an answer if she does not know but she will check into it, and get back with you. Very professional lawyer, I had recommend her to a lot of my friends about how important it is to have an estate done. The money I paid her was worth every penny!

I turned to Bob DiOrio to help me through a very emotionally charged custody relocation case, and Bob represented our family interests in both a professional and personal manner. I had an impossible case where I lost terribly every time I went to court. Eventually I would run out of money and then I would have to represent myself until I had enough money to get another lawyer. This went on for 10 years. Finally I met someone who was friends with one of the most powerful lawyers in Philadelphia. Through him, I was referred to Robert DiOrio. When I went into Mr. DiOrio's office, I could not see my children at all. I was only allowed to speak to them on a speaker phone with my ex-husband listening. This went on for about a year. He had gotten an Emergency Custody Petition that was granted without a hearing. He had used this tactic a total of four times and the order of his choice was signed every time without a hearing. I had been a full time mother with small children. I never guessed that I would lose my children when attempted to escape my abusive marriage. Later I found out the 94 percent of women who leave their abusive husbands lose custody and most of them are given supervised visitation. When Robert DiOrio heard about my case and saw the court order, he was outraged. He took my case to court and I got custody of my children. I went from nothing to everything. Lawyers in the past told me the best I could ever get was joint because you can't go from nothing to everything. Robert DiOrio did and he won. Since that time, we were in court again and Robert Diorio won an even greater victory. I respect him and am so grateful for the time I now have with my children. I never want another lawyer.

Mark simplified a complex matter for me. He was willing to take a few minutes to review a legal document I was served with and spent another few minutes on the phone with me discussing it. He cut through a confusing document, drawing my attention to areas of the document I didn't realize I should be concerned about while alleviating my concerns about some of the major concerns I had.

It had been well over 2 yrs since the death of my mother and no settlement was made. Granted Covid delayed it about 6 months but PA Dept of Rev approved everything in Sept 2020. I posted my concern here in mid May and Attorney Coulter answered in an intelligent and meaningful way which made me feel I would be in safe hands to contact his office. (Previously contacted another probate atty who was extremely sub par and out of desperation decided to pose my concern to Avvo which thankfully lead me to Attorney Coulter). He immediately got results and a settlement statement was drawn the following week. The ‘opposing’ attorney did not answer my four calls in April nor did the executor answer my email requesting an update. Being from out of state and not having any contacts to guide me, I am truly grateful to Avvo and the attorneys who responded. But should you be in the same predicament with that feeling that you will never see your rightful inheritance, I urge you to contact Attorney Coulter. I received my disbursement this week so the entire process took about 40 days. Without Attorney Coulter, I truly believe I would not have received my inheritance, it was that bad.

I went into Jana's office on the first visit feeling nervous, unsure of what I was going to do, and knew NOTHING about the divorce process. I left her office with a plan and a better understanding of how the divorce and child support would work out. I knew without a doubt that she was the one that I needed to help me with my divorce. Debbie handled my best friends Last Will and Testament prior to her passing. She and her husband had recommended Debbie to me after the sudden unexpected passing of my Dad. I interviewed several other attorneys over the phone that seemed to be monetarily focused. I chose Debbie to represent my Dad's Estate due to her extreme compassion during an emotionally and stressful time.
Although, a written Will was not created prior to his passing, he did express his wishes to many other family members. Unfortunately, his widow did not concur.
Debbie explained the Texas probate process and each step involved in disputing an estate without a Will. She constantly side noted difficult legal verbiage to layman terms ensuring the understanding of my responsibilities. She was the perfect mediator for this extremely tense and sensitive situation.
