I was in a wreck and not only was my husband injured, but my new Jeep was totaled. The insurance company wouldn’t pay for my Jeep because of “depreciation”, and I ended up getting sued by the finance company! Evan went after them for me and got the whole case resolved. Had their case thrown out of court. He didn’t even charge me. I would definitely recommend Danno Law Firm in Kalispell if you have an accident or a problem with an insurance company.

I was attacked and bitten by a vicious german shepard while at a friends house. I hired Evan Danno, who tracked down the owner of the dog and filed a claim with his homeowners insurance company. Evan and Kimber took care of all of my medical bills and the entire claim. My hand was permanently deformed from the bites, and they had the insurance company pay for all of that, plus my fear and emotional distress in the settlement. This is the “go to” firm if you need a personal injury lawyer!

A couple years after my dog attack, I was rear ended by a truck on the highway and my whole right side was injured. My truck was out of commission. I hired Danno Law Firm again. Evan and his paralegal, Kimber, got me a rental truck for over a month, got my mediccal bills paid, required the insurance company to pay my lost wages periodically, and got a good settlement for my pain and suffering. They were both very compassionate and helpful in dealing with my injuries, hospital and medical billings, and the three insurance companies involved in the case. I didn’t even have to go to court. They were on top of my claim from beginning to end. Thanks also for helping me deal with the emotional pain and suffering, and for answering all my questions. After being recommended to them and hiring them to do my trust work,
I was startled to learn how truly fine and caring this law firm is.

Probably one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. He really is a godsend.
Originally, I had an older lawyer, and he was not doing a good job at all. Three years in court with no results. I fired him and Hired Richard.
In less than a year Richard got the 4 unit apartment building transferred into my name that my mother had left me in her will. He really took it to the opposing council at trial. We are waiting for the Judge's decision now. I feel optimistic about the outcome. So glad he was recommended to me. He is worth every penny

I was referred to Richard by my mother’s previous attorney. When I called him, I needed a legal guardian for my elderly mother to make sure another family member was not pressuring her to do anything against her will. She needed objective legal advice and Richard provided her with that.

Richard was able to work with my brother and I during a conservatorship proceeding regarding my mother. We were at conflict with her second husband. Richard was able to deal with my brother and I as we got emotional during the negotiations before we went to court. He helped us come to an agreement that was agreed to by both parties before the courts were involved. Richard also really seemed to be cognizant of the cost and in my opinion tried to keep it as low as he could for us. This was appreciated.

David Urban helped me with a marital agreement, as my wife and I pursue our Estate Plan. It was necessary for my wife and me to each have our own representation creating the agreement. David worked with me and developed a solid agreement that my wife approved and passed it to her attorney for review. David was extremely reasonable in his pricing. He was very easy to work with and we had to go back and forth on a few issues. But overall, my experience with Urban Law was excellent. I would highly recommend his firm. While my wife and I have a different estate attorney, I would contact Urban Law in a heartbeat for any other legal needs.

David was terrific to work with and did exactly what we asked him to do in a timely manner. He has strong expertise in estate planning and gave great advice regarding our specific financial and personal goals. I lost my father 2 ½ years ago. My family needed an Estate lawyer to help us as we had no idea where to even begin the process. Contacted three highly regarded local attorneys for guidance around settling an estate with out-of-state assets and residency. One office didn't return my call. The second office cancelled our initial consult on learning of out-of-state assets.
Merv personally contacted me back for details of the estate situation. He followed through with a thoughtful and professional (free) consult despite clear evidence I'd instead need to use an out-of-state attorney. He patiently answered numerous questions, put me at ease, and provided counsel that aided me immensely.

My father, now deceased for close to a quarter of a century, was meticulous. He spent months looking for an estate lawyer he could trust. He settled on Merwyn a year or so before his passing. He did not have a large estate but he was particular about how he wanted it passed on especially how he wanted it set up for my mother who survived him by more than a decade. Merwyn was successful.
It was only natural that my wife and I used Merwyn to establish our trust a decade or so ago. And just this year we had our family trust reviewed and updated to ensure our estate would pass to our direct descendants with as little as possible ending up in federal or state coffers. Neither my wife or I will be around to see how we succeeded, but I have faith, based on my experience with my parents estate, that we will meet our goals with Merwyn’s help.

Alexandra worked tirelessly once my father became terminal with cancer. He left behind a 2 year old son that we needed help with - figuring out all of the logistics and such. One look at their website and you will feel at ease before you even pick up the phone. Dealing with attorneys can be very scary, at least it was for me. Recently, I hired Counselor At Law Mr. Noel Lawrence to assist me in settling a matter with a company that takes advantage of senior citizens.
Because the seniors are not expected to live a long life, the company overcharges the seniors. The company is counted on the seniors to "kick off" soon, thus the company can keep the property and funds of the seniors. This is not true.
Mr. Lawrence knows his way around a courtroom. He went after the company with an intense professionalism. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Lawrence as a Counselor at Law. I found him to be extremely helpful with my situation.

I hired Denise after having a poor experience with a lawyer that was recommended through family. My father had passed away without a will and I needed to become the representative of the estate. After waiting 4 months on the other lawyer and taking time off from work to travel to Massachusetts to meet with him I hired Denise. In less than 10 business days she had me appointed as the representative of the estate. I also had to go through probate court for a license to sell my father's home and she handled that process even faster. You always hear stories that Mass probate court is a nightmare but Denise made the process seem easy and seamless (although I am sure she had to jump through hoops to get everything done so quickly). We conducted everything via phone, email and mail. She made a very emotional and stressful process manageable.

I consulted with a few different attorneys in Franklin & Crystal was the only one that made me feel as if she really was listening to what I was saying. The others, for the most part, made me feel as if we were being timed & I had to race through my situation.
I hired Crystal after about a month when I was ready to file for divorce. She walked me through all of the scenarios & her paralegal gave me a bunch of information to help me when I needed to refer to if I needed it, which I found so helpful.
I’m still going through the divorce process but they’ve made me feel like I’m not alone.
Crystal is a straight shooter which I like. She doesn’t charge for every little thing and she genuinely wants the best for me & my two kids. I can feel that with every conversation I have with her. I can’t imagine going through this process with any other attorney.

Cannot give enough credit or positive feedback for Mrs. Etue and her staff, especially Erin. They are what a lawyer should be when it comes to truly knowing and advocating for their client. They took the time to truly get to know me, my situation which two previous attorneys had blundered horribly, and then on principle, dug in and scratched and used their extensive understanding of the law to clear the minefield my ex had laid out. They saw the truth, dug hard to get the facts and evidence to support it and overcome opposing sides efforts to conceal and hide crucial materials. I had almost been broken by the process and stress, but they gave me a glimmer of hope, then fed it and worked so hard to stand up to the opposing side, and now, we clearly are in an incredible position to get the results we sought and then some because they fought the right fight and took a stand against an opposing side based on values and principles. You cannot go wrong hiring Mrs. Etue, just be honest, forthcoming NO MATTER WHAT, because they are the poster child for integrity and can handle anything put forth as long as they aren't blindsided.
