I was very impressed with the Silverman Law Firm. Corey Silverman was extremely detailed when customizing my estate planning to meet my family’s needs. We currently have one child and wanted to make sure she was adequately protected, but also wanted our estate documents to include any future children. Corey was well versed in this subject and helped my husband and I think of situations we wouldn't necessarily have thought of. He also explained each document thoroughly to ensure that we were in full understanding. My husband and I decided to offer our son as part of his graduation present, a will... This may sound extremely unusual I can admit but if you think about it, they are legally adults and most likely leaving home for college. What if, God forbids, something was to happen to them? How many of us have taken the time to ask our children if they want to be cremated or buried? DNR? How much information can we get if them end up in a hospital because of the privacy/ HIPPA rules? What about their bank accounts/ credit cards/ loans? Completely unnatural for a parent to think that something tragic could happen to our adult children but trust me, the peace of mind that Henry provided to our family is priceless.

When I heard that my mother-in-law might be eligible for VA benefits, a friend suggested calling Shepherd Elder Law Group. They were able to provide me with all paper work that was required, a list of items that would be needed and then explained how to obtain needed documents. After paper work was completed, we had a meeting to check that all was done correctly, so that process would not be slowed down by missing or incorrect documentation. The benefits were received very quickly and I could not have done it without them.

My wife and I realized that our home somehow wasn't included in the name of our trust. The original work was done by Mr. halls law firm several years ago. As in most things, several laws had changed, making our trust somewhat ineffective. After consulting with Mr. Hall, we decided to completely update the document. We are now up to date with all of federal and state changes in relation to all of our needs. We want to especially thank Mr. Hall and all of his associates that worked on this project. Our home is now included on our property deed in the name of the trust. We highly recommend Mr. Hall and his firm. They also treat you like family, and take the time to discuss all issues in language we could understand. Five stars doesn't seem to be a high enough rating.

I was a client of a very well known reputable estate planning firm in town ( Phoenix) for 6+ years.
I sought to have my Trust reviewed after my Mothers passing as we had experienced a number of issues with her Trust. I researched many local attorneys and came across the firm of MHK. I am very happy with the decision to meet with Mr Hall.
Mr Hall was immediately able to review my then current Trust and point out major areas of concern!!! I found him to be very knowledgeable. A true blessing for me. I am so grateful to Deeb Elder Law. My mother had always been a very independent (read stubborn) lady until COVID 19. She was so ill and was hospitalized several times, but amazingly recovered. Still it took so much away from her mental and physical capacity. It also required her to move to a long-term care facility.
I live in another state (Michigan) and dealing with all my mother’s needs was a logistical and emotional nightmare. Deanna Bundy is an outstanding Bankruptcy Attorney. We handled the entire process via eMail (never met face-to-face). She sent me an information packet that contained everything I needed to do -- including credit training, documents required, and the whole process. She was there for me by telephone at every step of the way. If I got her voicemail, she called me back within 2-hours -- WoW! After the initial hearing with the Bankruptcy Trustee, the Trustee had a few questions (normal), and we handled those expeditiously. She sent me the final discharge notice the DAY she received it. The whole process start-to-finish took 4-months -- exactly 117-days. Anyone who tells you they can do it faster than that probably does not know what they are talking about.
Deanna Bundy is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and VERY Professional. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a competent Bankruptcy Attorney!

Mr. Dube' represented me in regards to my being sued by my brother. At our mother's request, I had been appointed Trustee of my brother's Special Needs trust for the previous 7 years.
My brother has had a 60 year history of mental problems…diagnosed with manic depressive, obsessive compulsive disorders. He had been in and out of mental facilities for the past 40 years.
Sadly this suit was depleting my brother's trust (his only means of support). Mr. Dube' stood by me with level headed advise and respect for my decisions.
Mr. Dube' saw me thru the emotional ups and downs that were ever present, as is the case with most all legal entanglements. His fees were surprisingly reasonable due to his level headed handling of issues.
His demeanor was one of respect for all involved.
His gift is keeping our legal responses from fueling an already difficult situation. If what you want to pay for is a glitzy office and original paintings on the walls this is not an attorney for you. Mr. Dube' avoided a hostel environment where ever possible ~ knowing it would do harm to all involved and serve only to fuel higher attorney bills. Yet his strength was brought to the surface when needed to represented me with dignity.
I can not recommend this professional more highly than letting you know that I will continue to recommend Mr. Dube' to my acquaintances and friends.

After contacting other attorneys who wanted to charge me a consulting fee, I was referred to Alexis by a friend. I never really have understood a consulting fee. I feel the purpose of meeting with an attorney is an interview process to determine whether you believe that person would be a good fit and to decide if you choose to hire them or not. After contacting Alexis I made an appointment with her. Alexis is very friendly and outgoing. She's easy to speak with and communicates very well. During our meeting Alexis explained the benefits and protection that a trust provides. She outlined the entire process and disclosed all the cost involved. At that point I decided to retain her services. Alexis and her staff were in constant contact from that point on via email and they were always available by phone as well.
Planning and forecasting your future needs is not as simple as you made think until you have to do it. Alexis and her team clearly understood this more than I and were prepared to guide myself and my wife through it simplifying the process and easing the stress.
I always have a feeling of confidence when dealing with professionals and Alexis did not disappoint. I would highly recommend consulting with Alexis to see what she can do for you.

My wife and I were both overdue to have our estate planning looked at. We both have children from our previous marriages, most of whom are grown. The last time I started this process with a different attorney, I was basically just sent a long questionnaire and told to get back with them when I was done. I hired Beth to help me negotiate the terms of an uncontested divorce. She walked me through the process and negotiated separation terms with my ex's lawyer, as well as prepared all of the forms and paperwork I needed to file with the court.
