September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

If you don't mind chasing after people then they might work for you. But they think it's normal to emphasize that they're going to call you right back right now even though they (apparently) have no intention of calling you back that day.
After I followed up at the end of the day with the person who was supposed to call me he said he didn't have my contact info and (apparently) had no idea who I was. So it sounds like he was never informed about me to begin with, so I would have never heard back.
They tried to apologize and tell me I should still talk to them. At first I didn't want to but I decided to give them a second chance just to see how their legal advice sounded. That was two days ago, they just ignored and ghosted me.
That's not the kind of respect most people are looking for from an expensive professional. There are a lot of highly rated lawyers in Philadelphia, you don't need a primadonna.

I recently retained Mr. Lindsey's service for a rather complicated traffic violation. Throughout the process, he was very attentive as well as empathetic to my situation. An amicable resolution could not be reached verbally, and we were forced to have a trial. Mr. Lindsey was professional and argued my case flawlessly. His ability to make an argument in the courtroom was very impressive. I must also add, since I am from Maryland and the citation was issued in Virginia, that Mr. Lindsey is very well versed in legal codes for both states, and with that knowledge, was able to negotiate an outcome that was beneficial to me. I am pleased that I selected him to assist me, and, though I hope I don't have a need for him again, I would not hesitate to retain his services again.

I am incredibly thankful for Andrew Lindsey representing me in my case, my ultimate decision to go with him was because he went through a similar case and has great experience with criminal defense. I hired Josh after my first DWI. He was very considerate, professional, helpful, and just made me feel at ease with the whole process. Ultimately due to some personal circumstances i wasn’t able to finish the case with Josh. I can only begin with Josh is an amazing attorney. I recently found myself in need of serious representation and came across London Defense and I am sure glad I did!
From that first phone call Josh accepted my case and assured me that he would handle everything from that point forward. From handling court appearances and filing motions all while keeping excellent communication with me every step of the way.
At one point during my whole ordeal I even considered accepting the prosecutions deal and he told me to stay the course and fight for a win. We ultimately ended up going to trial and he was amazing! From prep to in the courtroom A++ a true professional. It only took a matter of hours (even on a Friday) to have a NOT guilty verdict on both charges and the case was dismissed.
I cannot recommend Josh and London Defense enough and his name is the only one I would put out there if anyone ever asks me if I know a great attorney. He is the main reason my life returned to normal after a terrible ordeal I went through.

My wife and I have been living in Melbourne for over 10 years. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. During the month of May my next-door neighbor sold his house. We greeted this person and even helped with some of his landscaping since he didn't have any lawn equipment. I had also informed this neighbor that the fence which runs along the property line was in severe deterioration and ask if he wanted to share the expense. At first he seemed reasonable then when I approached him to discuss getting prices, he became very aggressive and belligerent. And even complained to some of our neighbors. My wife and I decided to foot the bill for the fence after getting all the surveys completed and having the construction approved by the HOA. Once this was completed our fence contractor came in and ran a string-line that designated the property lines. the fence would then be constructed 4-5 inches inside the property line on our side. The neighbor went ahead and sabotages the line by cutting it down and this is when this neighbor became unruly. End result is there was a stand-off at the fence where he was video taping my wife and I doing lawn maintenance and I confronted him by taking away his cell phone, I was arrested. I contacted Jason Downs who reviewed our case and after much investigation and Jason's expertise to showed evidence that not only is this person unstable but repeatedly pulls stunts like this from his previous address. My case was dismissed, and my wife and I are forever grateful for Jason's support. I would recommend Jason's firm to anyone who has ever unfortunately had to deal with circumstances like this.

I knew I needed the best, and not some commercialized firm with five attorneys working under the attorney that made a name for themselves in the past. Mark and his office saved my life. I had a very high profile case and the Government was hell bent on destroying my life and imprisoning me for a very long time. I was innocent and this was my first time being arrested. Before I hired Mark, The Government refused to give me bond and held me in jail for over two years. The jail treated me horribly and I was always in the hole. Before Mark I had four different lawyers representing me. I let go of them all because none of them fought for me, I was just another number to them. One lawyer only visited me once in six months, stayed three minutes, and didn’t know my name. Another lawyer refused to believe me and wanted me to take a plea to go to prison for ten years. Three months before my trial I hired Mark O’Brien and my life took a 180 for the best! Unlike every other attorney Mark and his team made sure to pick up the phone and answer all of my concerns. He visited me in jail consistently and he talked to the Warden multiple times on my behalf. I was treated with respect at the jail for the first time. The guards no longer harassed me because they knew Mark would step in. Mark and his team communicated with my family constantly. Mark made sure my suit went to the dry cleaners to assure I looked good every day in court. Mark only had a couple of weeks to prepare for trial he exposed every lie and trick the Government did against me and totally destroyed their case against me. I was released three months after hiring him, right before Christmas just like Mark said I would and spent it with my family. I was in jail for two and a half years due to bad representation. One of my previous attorneys event contacted me afterwards and said “I understand why you fired us, only Mark could have gotten you that kind of outcome.” Mark freed me and prepared housing for me until my family was able to pick me up. When the police heard I was released they were so upset and embarrassed, they tried to arrest me again ..twice, but Mark put a full stop to that and I’m free because of him today. Mark and his team are truly the best! Take it from me I have had many lawyers. Even though I was innocent the other lawyers were scared of how many resources the Government were using against me and didn’t want to do the work to get the job done right. Without Mark I would have went to prison for a very long time for something I didn’t do. He is simply the best and I know this because he helped so many other inmates in jail get justice as well. Federal inmates weren’t going home if they didn’t have Mark as a lawyer. I recommend him highly.

Family hired him to help my brother he took the money then swapped him out he wouldn't do in person inspection of evidence for the case he begged my brother to take a polygraph test in which he passed and he still failed to do his duty my brother is 1000% innocent and if wasn't for him telling my brother he was getting released he wouldn't have signed a improper plea agreement this guy Rob us of 160k plus other fees wouldn't recommend ever he filed no motions he completed no depos he was asked numerous of times to file motion to incur cost for private investigations, officers in the case resigned due to investigations, the prosecutor destroyed evidence that was known tore up unwarranted phone with amicable evidenc even had the known suspect stating what the detectives did and done, phone bills was altered as well as videos was altered my innocent brother was sentenced to 7yrs for something he didn't do and a person he never saw nor came in contact with which is RIDICULOUS Look at case number 162019cf009692 in Jacksonville fl Duval County ALL FACTS
