i hired Timothy Healy's firm for my criminal case.
I was recommended Duncan Lewis by Jason Benjamin who had represented me in my divorce and I trusted his opinion.
I had a review hearing for an old Physical Control charge coming up and I had had very traumatizing experiences with this court and jail. I was convinced it was just not a smart or safe idea for me to show up alone and was I very nervous. I hired Duncan as recommended and I'm so glad I did!
He validated all of my concerns and worries, and addressed everything I asked about. To me, he seems like a very understanding, agreeable and likeable man. He showed up early and handled things ahead of time so I was in and out of that awful court in 15 minutes flat! I could not have asked for a better outcome that day. I can’t Thank Dave Kramer enough for defending me on my case! My ex falsely accused me of domestic violence and my Kids were my witnesses. Police didn’t want to listen to me, Plus they wouldn’t interview my kids. Worse part My ex attacked me! Police will never really listen to us men! Even though my kids said to the officers my mom was lying! It didn’t matter at all.
Dave Kramer fought for me and told me We will win this and you will get at least 50/50 custody, plus we will get these bogus charges dropped!
I Prayed that I would be Free of these bogus charges and have my boys. At the end of the day, Dave kept his word I have my Boys 50/50 and proved my innocence. Charges Dropped! Thank you Dave!

I was charged DUI and was very much worried as a family man. After seeing Kramer’s experience and initial meet with him, I gained confidence but was very nervous until the case disposed. Kramer explained the process well and and given the clear options at every stage. Patience is the only key we should keep throughout the time. He changed my case to Reckless and made sure i am not receiving any other sentencing, he really made it. I would highly recommend him for any criminal charges and he would do wonders.

I have had several lawyers over the years, from criminal defense to family law. Shaun has always been clear on the expectations of the three cases I have had with him, and bottom line is that he has WON ALL THREE CASES for me. Shaun is always VERY fast with getting back to me through email and text message. One last important issue that makes me give Shaun Khojayan a 5 star rating is that he always answers my questions without eating up my retainer (as long as it is a simple question). lawyers I have had in the past are not about wining my case. This man is truly a savior, I was charged with federal bank fraud and multiple identity theft charges and was facing forsure jail time. If you are in need of consistently aggressive, calculated and very professional advocacy, Wallin and Klarich is the law firm that you should go to. I understand, it is terrifying to be in a situation wherein you are accused specially if you have not have not had experience with the legal system before, so looking for strong lawyers will be your best defense.
Our story with Wallin and Klarich started when we had a serious accusation thrown at a family member. I called them on a Saturday evening, left a message; I immediately got a call from Jonathan Lynn, one of their senior lawyers who made an appointment with us even on a Sunday. He then referred us to one of the partners of the firm, Matthew Wallin, and after our first meeting, we knew that we were starting off on the right path in having this firm at our side.
Matt was always there for us. I know he is a top rated lawyer who handles a lot of cases, but he never made us feel that our case was any less serious or less important. He was always prompt, detailed, pro-active and he was always respectful. Contrary to what a few negative reviewers post here, this firm never made us feel that our case was about money first. I actually had to ask them several times to review the retainer since I really felt that they were spending so much time on our case vs. what we were paying for. I was pulled over for doing donuts in an empty dirt lot, and the police officer told me I would get something in the mail. Almost a year later, I got a court summons telling me I was to be charged with misdemeanor reckless driving and vandalism. Adding insult to injury, the DA’s office made me court date AFTER I had moved out of state for school! After consulting with and retaining Matt Wallin, I could not be happier with the outcome. He represented me and kept me updated with all relevant info, and was very professional. Mr. Wallin eventually got both charges dropped and the case dismissed. Considering I could have been facing jail time, a nasty fine and a license suspension, this could not have gone any better for me. A big thank you to Mr. Matt Wallin and the entire team!

I had a DUI case and a resisting arrest charge. Although this was my first offense, the city where I was pulled over and ticketed is known for being very strict. “Exceeds expectations” does not even begin to capture the stellar work that Mr. Aiken has done for my family! Mr. Aiken was the second attorney whom we saw for consultation before choosing an attorney. I hired Mr. Wallin to handle a very important matter. He came highly recommended and the recommendation was correct! He has over 30 years in practice, including time as a prosecuting attorney. All the DA's and judges know him and respect him. That is just who you want reprenting you. He was thoroughly prepared, had spoken to the DA in advance and my case took all of ten minutes for the judge to follow the recommendation of the DA and find in my favor. I highly recommend calling Attorney Eric J. Mikovch should you find yourself in a situation where you need a defense attorney. I initially called his secretary for an appointment, and he called me back in under 30 minutes and asked me questions to obtain all the information he needed. He recognized how upset I was and offered to meet with me during my lunch time that day. I had intense fear and anxiety, and he reassured me that everything would be ok. I hired him on the spot to represent me and, he won my case for me. Between the time of initial contact to the end of my trial date, he stayed in contact with me via phone and text, replying back to me immediately with answers to my questions. A lifesaver may seem to be a strong word, but it is not when you are facing a felony record for life any potential jailtime. When facing a serious case which could have resulted in a felony record, out of talking to at least 10 lawyers, Mr. Masorti stood out the most. His intelligence, grace, and dedication will protect you all the time at any time. He will do work without ever giving you tension, with you not even realizing the work he is putting into the case. Out of multiple charges that would have made me a felon, Mr. Masorti was able to get everything downgraded to one single misdemeanor charge, that after one year of the ARD program (pre-trial invertion, probation) that only required a court check in online once a month, would get expunged. He stands out in my mind as THE most impressive lawyer I have ever met. You cannot go wrong and will never question your decision in choosing Mr. Masorti.

Ross Kofman responded to my online request for a criminal defense lawyer first and gave me immediate relief when I explained my situation to him. He told me most of the charges were bogus and would easily be dropped. Fortunately after 3 months of being in limbo, going to court dates once a month merely to hear the judge say, I see you've been making your check in appointments, good, come back next month, the case never went to trial and I was informed today that the charges are being dropped at my next court date. Lawyers are not cheap and not so easy to get on the phone after you hire them because sometimes their days are packed as they are always in court, but don't let that put you off from hiring these guys. They got me waived of quite a few bogus felony charges. They do their jobs well. I originally spoke to Ross and thought he would be my lawyer but Brad Leventhal showed up at my first court date and he did an excellent job with the proceedings, encouraging me assuring me that this would pass and it would be okay. These guys were half the price of the original lawyer I went to who wanted 20,000 upfront to cover the whole pretrial and trial. Thosev other guys told me it would be over by Christmas, for that exorbitant fee. Fortunately I went with these guys and only paid 10,000 because there was no trial and here we are right before Christmas getting dismissed. So relieved. Thank you guys. They saved my life any my wallet!! Five Stars!

Mr. King is a stellar attorney!! I consulted Jeff when I was made to show cause for false official statement and fraternization and was immediately impressed by him. If I could give Angela 10 stars, I would. She is absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a lawyer in the Lake County or Sonoma area, I highly, highly recommend her.
