While waiting to see if I would be charged on false allegations made by my daughter against me (together with her lesbian lover), I had a couple of other criminal attorneys representing me pre-filing who were taking a wait and see approach--not a good idea. My child welfare attorney told me to hire Greg. I did. Greg delivered. Big time!

I hired Mr. Ferbreche to handle my husbands criminal cases. I had spoken to a couple of other lawyers in my search for the right one for us and after the first consultation with Greg Ferbrache I knew he was the one. He was extremely knowledgeable in the law and after he had a couple of days with our case he knew the case well and started working to get us the very best outcome possible. In the end the case closed much better than we expected. While the case was going on he responded to our calls and text in a timely manner and answered our questions in simple terms so we could fully understand everything. He was in tune to our personal needs to get things resolved so we could get back to our lives again. We are both very pleased with the outcome and would hire Mr. Ferbrache again if ever the need arose.

Back when John Middleton helped me there wasn't anyway to write "reviews" and when I ran across this I decided to do so. Without going into details of how when & where John Middleton was a blessing. He did what he said he would do and it was a benefit to me forever. I had occasion to have a need for other attorneys - in fact approximately 7 - in various other matters and of them John Middleton & 1 other did as they represented and no games, no nonsense and above all he represented ME and never cut deals for his benefit with the opposing side regardless. That is a huge "plus" to look for in any attorney.

Words alone cannot express my gratitude to the entire Passen Law Group team. They took a very difficult time of my life a guided me to successful resolution.
After being rear-ended in a car accident I began having physical difficulties with speech, headaches, memory, taste and ringing in my ears. While in the Emergency Room it was discovered I had incurred a severe traumatic brain injury called a subdural hematoma.
While recovering after brain surgery, it took me some time to be able talk and communicate clearly again. During that time a lifelong friend encouraged I contact the Passen Law Group. I knew I needed help communicating with third parties legally involved in the aftermath of the car accident. Because I was unable to leave my home during recovery, Mr. Passen willingly came to my home and clearly explained a recommended course of action. Mr Buting has been worked diligently on all of our cases all the way thru the process with superb results in all cases. He pays particular attention to details and stays one step ahead of prosecutors by knowing what cards to show and when to say NO. Mr Buting was superior to lawyers we had used in past cases. Mr Buting covered areas on our cases which in the past other lawyers had little experiance how to research and lay out defenses . Mr. Noerrlinger is a top lawyers if you ask me. He was my lawyer in case where I was innocent and it involved multiple stolen fire arms. We went to trial and on day 1, by the time he was done questioning the states witnesses the judge had ordered an acquittal and dismissed the case!!!!!!

I was initially assigned a Public Defender who had a very pessimistic outlook on my case, and was going to leave me in jail for several weeks. I immediately declined the PD and hired Justin A. Barrett. Not only did Justin have me released that very same day, but he was able to negotiate a much better plea deal than what I was told by the assigned PD.
Justin was very honest and realistic the entire way through my case, and he was able to have a Motion passed for an Early Release from my sentencing, and never hesitated to go to battle for me. The guy has a heart of gold, and brass you-know-whats, and he will stand up for your rights because he actually cares about his fellow human beings!
I highly recommended Justin because he is passionate, intelligent, and thoroughly knows Law; nothing gets past him!

Bill took ample information over the phone, then gave me his email address. I sent him more detailed information and documentation pertaining to my legal issues via email. I could tell right away that bill had read through the material thoroughly and he was quick to come up with a plan of attack on my behalf. I felt quite confident that Bill would win my case all through the process and when it came to for him to step up to the plate, he did so witch complete and utter competence and commitment to the task. Doug was upfront with me from our initial consultation and saw my cxase through from beginning to end. Unlike many other criminal defense attorneys, Doug doesn't try and pull this "extra fee required if you are held to answer after your Prelim Hearing." When he quotes you your fee, that is the fee regardless of whether your case goes to trial or is settled beforehand. Doug gets the job done and is nothing but honest and upfront with his clients all the way. I highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in legal trouble here in Santa Barbara.

I hired Nathan to handle my case when I was wrongly accused of a first degree felony. This was the best decision I ever made. I was terrified because I had not even had a speeding ticket in years, had never been charged with a crime, and was facing 99 years in prison for a crime I did not commit, but Nathan was very reassuring. When I went for the first court hearing and checked in with the court clerk, I said that Nathan was representing me. All of a sudden everyone - the clerk, the DA, and the judge - perked up a little and seemed noticeably nicer to me. To me, it looked like they all knew and respected him. When the clerk called my case, the judge told me to just stay in my seat while he, Nathan, and the DA talked privately. The next thing I know, the judge called me up to the bench and told me he did not find probable cause for my arrest, my bond was terminated, and I was free to go! The DA dismissed the charge the same day. It was the weirdest experience, but am I glad I trusted Nathan!
Nathan definitely knows the law backwards and forwards and works really hard for his clients. I am really grateful that I found him because he believed me and diligently defended me. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a criminal defense lawyer - you need an attorney like Nathan in your corner.

Attorney Nathan Hennigan came highly recommended to my family, and we are so glad we contacted him. We did a phone consultation & face to face with Attorney Nathan, and we felt very comfortable talking to him, he has excellent communication skills, and we worked out a payment schedule and we hired him. We discussed our case with Attorney Nathan, and he discussed what he thought best/worst scenario could happen in court. Attorney Hennigan helped us get bail when we thought none would be offered to us, and then in court we were offered a Motion to dismiss all charges (which is nowhere close to what we thought would/could happen). We thank God for working thru Attorney Hennigan to get us this great results. We are very pleased with Nathan, as our Attorney, his knowledge, professionalism, promptness, communication, and people skills can't be beat. We do not live in Houston, TX, but Attorney Nathan kept in touch with us as needed even on a weekend. We will forever be grateful for his services. My boyfriend and I worked with Kayla Taggart. I can not say enough. She was awesome from start to finish, and I would definitely use her as a an attorney if I need to again. Long story short, my boyfriend was facing a residency restriction, based on an event that happened ten years ago. I was calling around to different places in Appleton and Green Bay with the no luck. I then called her law office. The secretary that answered told me that she might have someone to help us. I talked with Kayla and she said that she would be interested. We met with her several times. She read through the material that we gave her and she also did some digging to get us the background that we needed to be successful. She also coached my boyfriend through the process. This made both him and I more comfortable. She was positive, but didn't sell us a dream. She covered multiple scenarios and how we would tackle each one. As someone who has been involved with attorneys in the past, this is by far the best one I have ever had. If you are ever in a pickle, give Kayla a call. I hired Terry to represent me after my DUI arrest. Leading up to my trial I was incredibly nervous but Terry helped subside those fears . He rocked it at trial and I couldn't be happier with his representation. It didn't take long for the jury to find me not guilty and that is due to the work Terry and his staff did on my case.

Metrixell was a great lawyer as she knew my whole case, what the best approach would be and she made me feel at ease on my court date.
