The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. Kyle's client-centered approach made a significant difference in his case, from a thorough investigation, supportive evidence, and his skillful negotiation helping him achieve a quick resolution to obtain our desired outcome of a withdrawal of the claim. I only had 1 interaction with an actual lawyer before mediation. I didn’t not have to go through court proceedings. The case was handled through mediation quickly. I highly recommend Greg as a lawyer. From the beginning to the end of my DUI case he was available and explained step by step the process. He would answer my questions. Mr Simms has been helpful, up front and knowledgeable beyond my expectations. I am currently struggling to clear my record and mr Simms has not only responded promptly but helped me understand the process in a way that I did not and would not have without his assistance. I’d love to thank Parisa personally again for her patience, tenacity, diligence and brutal honesty throughout my legal battle.
I reached out to Lewis and Dickstein Because of their reputation and our glorious state of Michigan. Parisa Sadrnia was the one who answered the phone after hours and consulted me for long after the initial consultation was or had ended.
I went in and her whole concern and attitude was to defend her client while showing a tremendous amount of patients because of being falsely accused of domestic violence.
There is an old term that we all know “ Pay for what you get”
Parisa is worth every penny and then some, and deserves even more than What the firm fees are.

She is Young, But I will say with her, she spares no doubt To her client that she is 100% there for them. Parisa will not leave one stone unturned that she cannot figure out or gain to help and defending or in your defense, as well as knows the exact approach.
I had a ton of evidence that we could’ve used. The things that we focused on in court because of Parisa‘s knowledge and experience, We did not have to explore half of that.
She obtained things that the government “ Prosecution” Was not aware that we had nor did we have to submit as evidence that we used in trial, which was incredibly damaging to the so-called victim.
I have never heard nor experienced a lawyer like Parisa at my trial with her ability to impeach, discredit, And embarrass the so-called victim on the stand that a panel of six women and one man all came back unanimously not guilty.
Mind you, I have had a criminal history that was in the past levels that were not violent that she navigated around the governments ability to use at trial as well as even setting forth the motion To just use the term victim at the trial, so it could not be said.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to Parisa and her team that also stands behind her because when you hire her, you hire all of them as well.
Every single one of them are a 10 out of 10 and probably the best law in the state of Michigan above and when I say above Jeffrey Figer, which is Hard to beat.
They are 100% again worth every dollar
I am not an easy person to sometimes deal with! But Parisa 100% talk to me at any point of the day or night, calmed me, reassured me, and also was straightforward again which I appreciate more than anything about the potential seriousness of the allegations that were against me.
She never lied to me. She never promised me anything nor did she ever tell me with everything that I had that I was OK or good and she could get it done.
She kept it 100% with me, She is one of the most straightforward, honest people that I’ve honestly genuinely ever met.
I am a finance manager at a local car dealership, I can tend to feed and read through a lot of the BS.

I have had the fortunate luck to have found Charles Nucciarone of Manassas Law group to help me with an unfair (in my opinion) traffic citation. I was impressed with his organization, promptness, and his phone etiquette. He sent me links that I to access along with clear instructions on what to send and what to do. I had called 2 other firms and there was considerably lower professionalism and surprisingly their costs were considerably more. I do have my own experience with the levels of legal professionalism having occasionally served as an expert witness in malpractice suites. I highly recommend this firm.

My son was taken from his mother by DCFS I didn’t know this happened until 4 and half month after he was placed in a strangers house ! And this was the second DCFS case the first one I was the victim that didn’t press charges or show up to the case because my logic was I was the victim in that case so how do I need to show up ? Well I was very wrong and my rights to my son were limited to 1 supervised visit per year! So for 4 years I was basically paying her to see my kid and I was paying large sums of money to do so. When I showed up to court, the court provided me with so free but terrible lawyer I left court and was reaching out to her and her office with no response calling 4-5 times a day for over a week and that wasn’t gonna work! So I literally meet or had phone conversations with every attorney that deals with these type of cases and I only had a good feeling about Matt so I retained him he promised to get me full custody of my son and we came up with a solid game plan and instructed me every step of the way he was also was my therapist and a very patient friend because I too was in the system when I was a child so I was very hard to witness my child going through the same traumatic situation , Long story short Sole physical custody and the mom only gets a 4 hour visit per month this was my dream and it’s a reality now !!!

Very thankful for the time and attention on my case! My case is very complex and multifaceted. Attorney Matt has remained unfazed and calm throughout this whole process even when put in situations he was not prepared for due to DPSS changing things up on the spot at the last minute which was out of his control. Recently, our family was thrown into a situation that required us to seek professional legal support. Marshall Breit came highly recommended as the only lawyer with whom we should consult. Interestingly that referral came from a member of our local district attorney’s office.
Immediately, we were impressed with Marshall’s attentiveness and responsiveness. Marshall took all the time we needed to fully understand our options and possible outcomes. He was highly proactive, but also responded immediately anytime we reached out for information.

Tracy was a God given angel to me and my family. I was charged with false allegations and sent a TPO. After consulting with Tracy, she handled the case and told me to not speak at the hearing. I am normally a very strong willed person, but she went in and got the JOB DONE. I was awarded fees in the hearing. She proved that this plaintiff was a liar and acted upon malicious and retaliatory purposes. Not only did Tracy admonish the plaintiff, the judge did as well given Tracy's arguments' and defense strategy.

My husband at the time literally stole my inheritance. When I confronted him, he attacked me, I fought back and I got charged with battery because he called the cops first. Then he did a a TPO and barred me from seeing my children.
With all these charges, Tracy was referred to me by a good friend. Once she was on the case, everything turned in my favor. She was able to give me custody of my kids while I had a TPO on me which never happens. She also got my battery case dismissed. My husband told me he wished she was his attorney and said that will be our family attorney.
All I can say was she was a rock when I was at my lowest point and she got me through it. Her knowledge of the criminal justice system and TPOs are amazing. If you hire her, you will not be disappointed.

I was in my cell never been to jail before. I was scared in an unknown space. Disconnected from my world and my freedom I didn’t know what my future was going to be. On rock bottom. I was called for an attorney visit a very energetic bubbly blonde woman with a MCM bag begins to speak to me I automatically felt safe she told me her creditials and I automatically had a little hope. Tracy was humble, fun and energetic. You wouldn’t know how big of a deal she is because she is so humble I can’t come up with any other words to describe her. She got my TPO dismisses between me and my wife she was diplomatic with my in-laws she even came to my divorce hearing to make sure everything was safe. She works tirelessly and ethically. My Mother hired Mr. Carron on my behalf and he turned out to be the best lawyer that I ran across in many years, he will give his input on things that may be better handled in a different perspective then yours and consult with you before making any changes that you felt strong about. After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. We contacted many many appeals attorneys and it became a coin toss between Mr. Carron and only one other attorney. We did not hire him, but we're hoping we made the right decision. Mr. Carron was very knowledgeable , responsive, caring and listened to any concerns or questions we had. We would HIGHLY recommend him if you are in the unfortunate position to need an appeals attorney.

Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. In fact Dana had handled some cases like mine. So he began looking into this for me. We have been corresponding for several days as he was doing research for me. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. My heart sank if I hadn't gotten so many bad answers in the past by professionals who really had no clue & didn't care enough to do some research i would have been able to file a claim. So unfortunately we couldn't continue with my suit at this time. But Dana reassure me he will look into extensions for this deadline & if he can do it he will get a claim filed in my behalf. So this is why I say he is 1 in a million a rare breed because who does that for people? Spend days trying to help them even at home going far beyond what he needed to. So I do know that with Dana Carron not only do u get a smart guy who works hard you also get a guy who gives a damn & actually cares for his fellow man. So thats a win win. .....

Before introducing himself, my first impression when this attorney showed up in the darkest, saddest, must unjust moment in my life as an adult woman, was: Who is this? He had no smile on his face. I was falsely accused of a crime I didn’t commit all because the other party wanted my house. I was arrested on false charges and lost my career. I met with many attorneys but when I met with Shane, he already had the affidavit, knew who my case was assigned to, and was negotiating with the prosecution to not file. I haven’t even hired this man yet, and he was already working to get this resolved. He listened to my story and believed in my case. At one point a deal was presented and I didn’t know what to do. Shane said the easiest thing for him would be for me to accept, but that’s not what I hired him for, I hired him to do what was best for me and that’s exactly what he was going to do, so I didn’t accept. After 10 months of my case getting pushed back, no charges were filed and my case was dismissed.
Shane works hard for his clients to get the best outcome possible. No matter how early or late I emailed him, Shane picked up and responded. Shane will be the only attorney I will use or recommend to anyone. If you’re reading this review and are in a bad situation with the law, no doubt Shane is your best option and will take care of you.

Unfortunately i found myself on the wrong side of the law in benton county after taking necessary action to defend myself and a third party. I was arrested and wrongly charged with a malicious amount of felony charges that i was innocent of. Long story short, shane took the time to listen to my side of the story. Although he was skeptical of the case, he accepted my case, and believed my side the story. Had i been charged with all 12 felonious accusations, i have no doubt i would be sitting in prison right now. I took a huge loss. Lost my home, business, assets, and nearly my whole mind funding my fight of being wrongly accused in benton county. I never spoke a word to the judge. Less than 10 court dates later, charges are dismissed, and my case is closed. Theres no question who to call for a high level case. He has my vote every time. He is worth every penny, becuase he earns every one of them.

It is hard to truly capture my full appreciation and recommendation for Attorney Benjamin Wurtzel. Most of us don't think we will need a criminal defense attorney in our lifetimes. I found myself in a situation where life changed in an instant and as a new mother in the midst of a major storm, I was in desperate need of competent and reliable counsel.
The complexity of my case was astounding and I knew immediately after the initial consultation with Ben that he would be unlike other attorneys. The research he had done in a short time frame showed me that he was intelligent and diligent, with careful attention to details. (I spoke with several other attorneys who either rushed me off the phone or seemed genuinely perplexed by my situation - bringing zero confidence in their ability to help).
Throughout the subsequent months, Ben kept me informed every step of the way, often wearing a very patient "teacher" hat, explaining the court and legal systems, since this world was quite foreign to me. I never for a second questioned his allegiance and surprisingly - his empathy (a rarity among lawyers I'm sure). I felt genuine concern and care in every correspondence which, to put it bluntly, brought much needed peace during very sleepless nights.
This peace extended out to my anxious friends and family who also came to trust Ben and his instincts, even through they didn't personally know him. This to me, was priceless.
I now see that an outstanding attorney cares about their clients, is knowledgeable of the law with a track record of success, is highly intuitive and able to both read people and circumstances quickly and is a master negotiator... Ben is all of these things and more.
My case resulted in mostly dropped charges and a no-contest plea, for which I am forever grateful to soon put this season behind me. It's a tough job he has and while I hope I never need his services again (smile) I cannot recommend him enough to others who do.

I reached out to Kelly regarding my wrongful conviction for domestic violence which was preventing me from owning/possessing a fire. If it wasn’t for my love of hunting specifically with my dad I probably would’ve gone on with my life but instead I explained my situation to Kelly, she sounded positive about restoring my rights. I received two citations on my CDL, I called MR. Zatko’s office and the receptionist was super nice and explained what I needed to do since the officer didn’t explain anything to me.
My court date was 11/10 and MR. Zatko called me personally and fully explained everything to me and got my speeding reduce. I will definitely use Mr. Zatko again hopefully I won’t have to.

I hired Robb after having 2 prior attorneys for a highly contested custody matter. Robb took my case on a fairly short notice and immediately got to work. My case had several layers that had to be peeled back and was complex to say the least. Robb was able to get up to speed very quickly on the facts of the case as well as my concerns surrounding the matter. Robb was always prepared for any motions that had to be heard as well as during the trial which was a seven day trial. He truly wants the best outcome for his client and he shows that through his attention to detail and open communication. Geoffrey and Justin and all of the folks at Coffer and Connelly took great care of me and my case. I was wrongfully accused of criminal trespassing, criminal mischief, and there was a threat of charging me with assaulting a police officer. The day that these alleged crimes occurred was the worst day of my life.
I was tased (twice), beaten, and zip tied by APD in my own front yard.
When I was alerted to the potential of a warrant being issued for my arrest, I consulted and then hired Geoffrey and the Coffer Connelly team.
Under Geoffrey and Justins guidance, we allowed my warrant to go through so that Geoffrey and Justin could work with the prosecution to prove my innocence. ( I was nervous about this strategy, but I had faith in their experience) The lead detective on the case was adamant that I was the one who committed the criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
Ultimately- Geoffrey and Justin handled everything. I didn’t have a single conversation with any of the APD staff, even when they continued to call me and attempted to incriminate me over the phone.
Geoffrey and Justin managed to prove that I was in fact, not- the criminal who committed those crimes, by way of my facial hair. (The other guy that the prosecuting team had a photo of, didn’t have the sweet facial hair that I have)
The charges were dropped and the firm is currently working to have the charges completely expunged from my record.
When sh*t happens and you need an understanding lawyer that treats the law “like art and less of a science”- hire this firm. Justin (the ex-APD chief (I think)) did an amazing job consolidating the facts to ease the process of having the charges dropped. Geoffrey and Justin were very understanding of my terrible experience and supported me along the way. We even had a few laughs over zoom! Justin even allowed me to personally call him a few times for guidance when APD wouldn’t leave me alone.
Having Justin on the team is a real ace in hand. His experience and connections with APD made him incredibly valuable throughout the process.
While I don’t intend to get wrapped up in any other criminal nonsense, if I did- I wouldn’t think twice about calling Geoffrey and Justin and the team at Coffer and Connelly.
I highly recommend this firm. 10/10. Do recommend. So what are you waiting for? Better get that retainer in before they have too many clients to take you on!

I was arrested for manufacturing a dangerous drug MDMA greater than 400 grams. It was 4 probes one for the MDMA and one for the money laundering all over the world 130 people were arrested in
16 us cities and Canada , and charged with the RICO Act. They gave me 490 months. I paid Chuck for my appeal. The only thing holding my part of the RICO was the manufacturing of the ecstasy as I was the only Chemist producing (allegedly) one million five hundred thousand pills daily. Mr. Johnson did a investigation from all angles and found the search warrant they used to find the only piece of evidence was a plain sight warrant and on video you could clearly see them remove part of a wall to get to the 5 Rubbermaid storage containers that were all full of MDMA powder unpressed. This proved Illegal search and siezure and I walked away a free man.

In which I got myself involved in and because of being a naïve person that I am wants to help everybody. I fell into a very very detrimental situation that seemed impossible to get out of. With that being said, and a short version of a long story. I was doing a favor to help two people out not getting any compensation in return. I had gotten myself in the most detrimental situation I could have ever imagined I would’ve ever faced in my lifetime. I did not realize at the time the crime that I had committed was a serious felony and I was facing 10 to life. My Father Came into town to post my bond and did his research in finding me the best criminal attorney that could represent my case and that was, Mr. Charles Johnson.
