Henry Rubinstein has been in my life for over 36 years.
He has been my Doctor when needed as I was in a very bad way from a injury and I would travel from my home in Northbrook, Illinois to Kendall Florida to be treated with dignaty and a great deal of comfort when I suffered a serious Lumbo Sacral Injury and could not get proper care in my home city. I was recommended to Dr. Henry when I vacationed in Miami and had such relief that I would make several trips back to see Dr. Henry for relief.
At the present time I am enjoying to see his success helping a number of Physicians who are in difficulty in there practices.
This is encouraging for me to see this wonderful man with the knowledge he has been practicing.

NANCY has always made me feel like I’m her ONLY client. Even though I hear her phone(s) ring during every call! I haven’t waited more than 15 minutes for a direct returned phone call from her, EVER. From the initial consultation she has always shown complete professionalism. I can tell she genuinely enjoys helping.
She’s handled every matter I’ve thrown to her extremely fast and with the utmost professionalism. I’ve also caught emails from her in the extreme early morning to the late evening to quickly handle issues. Over the past month I’ve grown to trust Nancy as family although we have yet to meet in person. She’s represented me as the title company for my recent home purchase, to review/correct all loan and contract issues, and to protect my rental security deposits rightful return.
I live in Cape Coral and was skeptical to hire an attorney so far away, but I assure you not to hesitate because of distance. Your initial consultation will show you exactly what I’m talking about. I had the privilege of working with Ms. Campiglia last summer. A group of us homeowners used a go fund me account to hire her for her legal services and it was so refreshing to speak to a lawyer who really knew her stuff. Our initial consultation was eye opening as we learned things about HOA laws and the State of Florida laws that we never knew about. Her advice was spot on and her method to get results was amazing. She is calm, but persistent. She was available almost 24 hours a day for us and didn't try to nickle and dime us with billing for quick responses or questions. It truly was refreshing working with her and if you are having any HOA questions, concerns,or problems, RUN don't walk, RUN to Ms. Campiglia. These HOA issues can get harrowing and stressful on residents, but Ms. Campiglia was the the mature adult in the room who knew the laws and had the answers. I used Sean to help me upgrade my OTH discharge. On our first visit, Sean was extremely professional and caring. He listened to my story with full attention. We went over my medical, mental and personnel records and made a timeline from when I first joined to when I left the service. Eventually, we put together a well designed case to submit to the Naval Discharge Review Board. I was not expecting it, but Sean was able to upgrade my discharge to full Honorable from an OTH. Even after opening up his own firm, Sean stay true and kept me up to date on my case. I cant thank Sean enough, it has been a long journey but I finally got the discharge that I truly deserve. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs help, it was a blessing to have found and worked with Sean.

Sean represented me for a Navy Performance Board of ROTC disenrollment. He understood my case and help prepare for the case. The process and long but he never failed to communicate with me and work through every process very thoroughly and in the end, he helped me get back into the Navy we won the case together! Sean was an incredible advocate for me. I felt lost and helpless in my situation before I met Sean. He was patient and understanding at times when I was emotionally charged. I retained Harriet after hearing multiple times from others how my case could not be won. Harriet agreed that it was a difficult case but decided to represent me with my wrongful discharge tort claim from the State of Washington. To make matters more complicated, I was a probationary employee with no rights. I had only worked 4 months for my employer before they separated me from employment. I was impressed with the letters she wrote the opposing party arguing discrimination. They were, in essence, legal memoranda with the law cited and legal authority provided. At first, I thought that all I could get was the termination or separation removed from my file in exchange for a letter of resignation written by me to be placed in my personnel file. The bottom line was that due to Harriet's help, not only did they agree to change the separation to a resignation, they agreed to give me monetary compensation, provide neutral references if asked and to refer all future calls about my separation to the personnel office. All that after only 4 months of employment! Harriet literally worked magic!

Harriet was very effective for me. Not only did she help in a personnel hearing. She was very good at gathering information, researching, and advising me during the process. She pointed out the ups and downs of going into a hearing. It ended up going much as she suspected. The personnel hearing resulted in a favorable outcome. I was on paid administrative leave for 10 months before hiring Harriet.
My situation was very complex with hundreds of documents and emails showing what had happened. Harriet was able get her head around the situation in a short amount of time. Harriet understood school budgets and school laws. Within three weeks of hiring Harriet, she wrote a 16 page letter to the district and their attorney which convinced the district that they didn’t have a case. Harriet worked tirelessly on my behalf. I would get emails from her at all hours of the night and day. she was always available to answer my questions. She ultimately brokered an agreement that allowed me to return to work. Harriet isn’t much for pleasantries or small talk. If you are looking for an attorney that is going to counsel you and make you feel good, she probably isn’t for you. If you are looking for someone who knows the law and knows how to deal with employers and their attorneys, she is a great choice. I would wholeheartedly recommend Harriet.

Not what I expected. With the recent passing of my father, i sought out a local attorney to begin the probate process. On a recommendation, I contacted this office and was passed to Sanchez for handling the probate. We met and discussed Dad's estate to include owning two houses, one here in Florida and another one in a different state. I filled out an inventory sheet showing Dad didn't have many assets but those two homes. Sanchez presented two alternatives for probate that I should consider. I chose the "Summary" route since Dad's estate was small. Alvarez said okay and NEVER mentioned that I should go with the "Formal" route. Then when it came time to transfer the deed for the out-of-state house, they charged me another $560 for necessary documents that should have been included in the original probate which I had already paid. Alvarez stated if i had gone with the "Formal" i wouldn't have incurred these additional fees.......then why didn't he say so in the beginning? He responded to my question by telling me he recommended the 'Formal' which is not true---if so, why would I have not followed the "expert" recommendation? Needless to say, when it came time to transfer title for the house in Florida, I sought out another law firm which went very well! Another attorney suggests I notify the Florida Bar of this unprofessional service.....we'll see.....

When you're dealing with things like DV and custody, the last thing you need is to be used and abused by your lawyer/firm, someone who is supposed to advocate for and care about you.
I was with this firm for about a year. I was forced to switch to 3 different lawyers and was charged each time. DO NOT go with this firm. The first lawyer I had was so cold and gave bad legal advice that ended up screwing up my case. I was with the second lawyer for about a month before they switched me again. Again, I was charged each time for each new lawyer to review my case and to meet with them to catch them up. It was traumatizing because I'm going through a custody battle and DV case so each time I had to explain again about how my soon to be ex-husband is abusing and has abused me and my children. I've also been charged even when THEY had to reschedule a meeting. It was unreal. They called me a couple hours prior and I graciously agreed. Thankfully I watched the bills because they had the nerve to charge me for that call. It seems like they are very scattered, unorganized and greedy. I acknowledge that lawyers deserve to be paid but they absolutely went too far.
One of my lawyers I had literally called me the wrong name in court multiple times. One time mispronouncing it and one time calling me someone else's name entirely. It was humiliating. She also filed papers from someone else's case with my case papers. It was a nightmare! I'm so thankful I left and I now have a lawyer who genuinely cares.

I consulted with Mr. Camp on a very complex former spouse matter, and he was thoughtful, thorough, and very kind. He took extended time to discuss the ins, outs, and loops of a complicated set of circumstances. There are many lawyers who claim knowledge of this area of law, but Mr. Camp ACTUALLY knows it through and through. He is also up to date on Tricare changes coming up in 2018. I am a military reservist and was divorced 17 years ago. My original attorney advertised that he did military divorces in the phone book, and he convinced me he was knew what he was doing. Skip ahead 17 years. I began receiving my reserve military retired pay and my former spouse filed for her portion. The original order was not worded correctly and needed to be clarified. Her attorney reworded a corrective order. I couldn't locate my original attorney, so I spoke to my local JAG office which really couldn't advise me, but said the language in the clarifying order seemed correct as to form. When the pay division occurred I was surprised that my former spouse was getting more money than I was!!!! I began searching for someone to correct this mess...a local lawyer recommended the attorney they consult with on these type of matters...John Camp! Not only is he an expert in military and civil service divorces, he teaches the intricacies of these laws to other attorneys and judges. John was able to correct the clarifying order to properly divide my retired pay. I only wish I had consulted with him 17 years ago!!!! Not all attorneys are equal!

Mr. Camp is truly an AMAZING attorney!!! My husband, who was a retired Federal Civil Service Employee, filed for divorce after 40+ years of marriage. Because my husband was a Civil Service Retiree, Mr. Camp came highly recommended from the office of another attorney where I had previously sought advice. His experience and knowledge of the Federal Civil Service Retirement System is very extensive, and he was able to tell me of my all entitlements within the hour of our consultation. He quickly went to work on my counterclaim for the divorce, and in two weeks we were in court for spousal support. The outcome - I was awarded a substantial monthly amount. I could not have gotten through the complex situation surrounding the divorce, and then the difficult time of my husband’s death, without Mr. Camp being there every step of the way. Mrs. Bunn is an excellent Attorney. She was the difference between me going to prison for over 28 years in my court martial case for several crimes I did not commit. Mrs. Bunn is a Pitt-bull in the court room; she knew UCMJ laws better than the entire Fort Bliss Prosecuting team! Mrs. Bunn never sugar coated anything. She is 100% honest and tells you everything to your face. She always replied within couple of minutes during any question I had, and my trial took a little over 2 years! I came to Sherry for some issues i had in the military, she worked with my budget and worked morning, noon, and night to get all of my questions answered no matter how big or small they were. She explained things to me like i was an adult and was very reasonable with her fees. it felt more like a donation than a charge. Robert is the best attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meeting. He answered the phone when I called and always got back to my e-mails. He got some negative items off my credit and got my credit scores from the 500 to over 800 I can actually qualify for a home loan now. He even got me some money to help me pay for my sons collage I cant say enough about how he has changed my life! Robert is amazing and has the knowledge and expertise necessary to help you.
He is fantastic at stopping debt collectors that are conducting intimidating and abusive tactics and performing illegal practices to collect consumer debt.
I was injured in 2014, as a result I suffered a financial hardship and couldn't pay my creditors, I had lost everything by 2017, surrendering the last item I couldn't pay and was basically homeless staying with freinds.
When I returned to work, working for financial recovery and to gain the basic necessities to survive I was defeated by an attorney of law representing a debt collector because I chose to go it alone without representation, that was in 2020.
In 2021, a year later I was served again by the exact same attorney representing another debt collector.
I could hardly believe what was going on and felt that the attorney was actively searching my name for debt and wouldn't stop until every penny I had would be theirs and i would be homeless. I had had enough, my only hope this time around would be representation.
I called Robert Mitchell's office for help, Robert called me back immediately as he knew that there was no time to waste.
He obtained information from me (plaintiff attorney, my credit report and state that debt originated) and a brief history of the debt, he then put my mind at ease and assured me he will be doing all he can to help me.
Within a few days Robert found many problems with the collection lawsuit against me and immediately launched an aggressive countersuit against the plaintiff which not only resulted in a dismissal of the case but a deletion of an erroneous account on my credit report with a substantial monetary settlement in my favor.
I was amazed at what Robert accomplished in a short amount of time, as I had only expected a reduction, a wash or dismissal of the case.
In conclusion, i would like to say that if you are finding yourself in a similar situation or something in regards, please don't ignore or hide from it, don't get the feeling you have no where to turn to, I would recommend you call and consult with Robert immediately, he can be your only hope, the winning edge against the illegal practices debt collectors are resorting to.

Jenice Malecki is an excellent attorney and extremely reliable. My family had a shocking, horrible, and extremely stressful experience that their money, all their savings were stolen all of a sudden. My lawyer, Andrellos Mitchell, is an outstanding litigation attorney. He represented me in a real estate case involving my condominium where the Condo Association and its Management Company breached their contractual obligations after a fire damaged my unit. The defendants hired very large law firms. They tried to get the case dismissed, but were unsuccessful. Mr. Mitchell is ethical, knowledgeable, and aggressive in the litigation process. He fights hard for his clients, but he isn't cheap. In the legal profession, you get what you pay for. While Mr. Mitchell does not make any guarantees of success, he does promise to give you his best efforts and seek a positive outcome for you. All he asks in return is that you cooperate with him, assist him with your case, and pay your bill.

Mr. Mitchell is an excellent employment lawyer. Ignore the fake negative reviews. Mr. Mitchell was hired for my employment case in state government. He responded quickly. We met for a business lunch. He is very articulate and thorough in his interview and review of your documents. He quickly contacted my employer in writing and is handling the matter. I have not had any more harassment at my job to date. In fact, my employer has tried to offer me a promotion.
For Your Information (FYI): The negative reviews are from fake clients.
1. Real clients don’t make “inquiries” when they contact a lawyer. That’s not how the legal business works.
2. Real clients pay money for a consultation fee to meet with the lawyer.
3. Real clients sign a retainer agreement and pay a retainer fee for representation.
4. Fake/Broke clients don’t want to pay for legal services.
5. Google and some other sites allow anyone to make reviews without proof that the person actually hired the lawyer. So the sites can’t be trusted.
6. Fake reviewers are trying to blackmail my lawyer for money. Not going to happen.
7. Don’t believe the fake reviews, Mr. Mitchell is a great lawyer!
