I was referred to Tracy by a corporate attorney and I am writing in now to express my sincere thanks to Tracy for her outstanding lawyer services on my case. I had a complicated civil court case related to custody that went on for far too long in the county court (it was so very stressful) and then resulted in my needing to file bankruptcy (which just added to even more stress), following also an appeals filing to the custody case, as well. Steven represented me in a difficult case related to breach of contract in a sweat-equity partnership agreement. As a young doctor I was seemingly powerless to defend myself against the firm for wrongful termination, to recoup unpaid wages, and to recover value for the sweat equity that I had invested for future partnership.
Steven carefully listened to my impression of the situation to understand my specific problem. He reviewed all of the documentation I provided. Then he began to focus on what my objectives were and my specific needs. We discussed options and the implications of each.
Steven’s organization of the presentation of my case was excellent. It was concise and logical – and even though it was complicated, it was easy for the judge to understand. He encouraged me to present the evidence in first person. When contradictory positions were presented he quickly and effectively diminished their truthfulness and validity rendering them unimportant.
We received judgment in our favor. In the courtroom Steven made it look easy.
I’ve heard it said that, “If getting judgment was easy getting settlement won’t be.” Ours was no exception to the cliché. Steven continued to exhibit excellence and methodical effectiveness as he undertook the actions to gain an effective settlement. The defense feinted appeal, dropping their case at the eleventh hour due to his posture and continued pressure. Nonetheless we were required to conduct an asset seizure to satisfy the award. Throughout the defense’s façades and charades he assured me that the legal process would prevail. Thanks to him it did. The intimidation, slander and deep-pockets of the firm were no match.

Mark did a great job creating a consulting agreement for me. Not only does he know his IP law, he also has the depth of technical knowledge to go along with that. Mark is very easy to work with and is not afraid to pull in outside expertise when required. On my project, he brought in another lawyer who regularly creates agreements like mine. The result was a meticulously coherent and thorough, extremely well thought through agreement. Mark also did a good job with my trademark application. Ana and the Wagoner Firm stepped in to help me with a breach of contract matter. She met with us and reviewed the contract and helped us gather all the evidence we needed to show that this commercial installer was in breach. She spoke with the company's attorney for several months and kept pushing for a fair result, when at first the company denied everything. Ultimately, we get the result we needed and then some. The full purchase price of our contract and and additional sum to get the required permits for the work we were having done.

I am a Veteran who was referred to The Wagoner Firm via the SBA/VBOC because of the firm's support of Veteran Small Business owners. I had the opportunity to work with Ana Galeano in a recent commercial real estate transaction in excess of $1 million. I was purchasing a major property in Schenectady, NY and needed an attorney with experience in real estate. Ana provided me with an opportunity to speak with her extensively at no charge to discuss questions and issues prior to my decision to retain The Wagoner Firm to represent me. One of my biggest concerns was the timeliness that was required due to tax incentive deadlines. Ana and her associates worked feverishly to meet the closing deadline. Many individuals at the closing table commented to me about how it was the quickest commercial transaction they had been a part of. This was even more impressive when you consider the uniqueness of the closing and several unpredictable complications that arose during the closing process. The transaction involved tax issues and a transfer of agreements with the local metroplex authority. Throughout the deal, Ana was very responsive and always made herself available through the critical period of negotiating contracts and closing the deal. In fact, she was available on weekends (without charging extra) and went above and beyond on many occasions to ensure the deal closed by the tax deadline. It involved a large number of parties (buyer, seller, tenant, bank, lender's counsel, brokers, agents), and Ana was very effective in communicating with all parties, including the attorney for the local authority. In addition, Ana has been responsive and available for post-closing matters, such as obtaining appropriate insurance, providing property management contracts, and guiding me through general issues with the property. I am a lawyer with over 35 years of experience. Andrew has helped me with a number of cases. I can tell you from experience that Andrew is a really great lawyer. To be an effective lawyer, you need to have the ability to present great papers and arguments to the court. But you also need to have the judgment and morals to decide what is the best course of action for a particular client. This includes considering what is the best way to approach a case with the resources (money) your client can afford. Andrew has both of these skills. All lawyers do not have them. They can tell you what the law says but they don't have the vision to plan out the best solution for a client. Andrew has no idea I am writing this review and he did not ask me to do so.
