Knowing Malyan Law and Christina is to know you have a good advocate on your side. I had a car accident and even though I handled it by myself, Christina was always a phone call away to guide and assist to make sure I was not being offered a low settlement. She guided me through the entire process without ever feeling pressured I had to hire an attorney.
Christina Malyan is knowledgeable and professional. Even though I wasn't her client, she followed up with me and made sure I was taken care of.
Given the intricacies involved in car accidents, dealing with insurance adjusters, and their games, I will definitely hire her next time and have her take care of it. I have referred friends and family to Malyan Law.

I was referred to Clay for a landlord/tenant issue after sending out numerous emails looking for help. His response to my initial email was very quick, it surprised me. I very rarely write reviews about anything but I cannot recommend Michael Foster enough! I recently had a landlord / tenant issue that I initially tried to resolve on my own. But the other side was being extremely difficult and refusing to resolve or settle the dispute. I ended up contacting Michael Foster. Michael really took the time to listen and understand my issue. He explained all of my options and ultimately was able to get the matter resolved entirely to my satisfaction. I ultimately got everything I was asking for from the other party and I couldn't be happier.

I hired Karen to represent me in my divorce case. I was treated very well by Karen's staff and especially by Karen, herself. Karen provided consultation services to me over 15 years ago and was amazing. She was helpful, very patient and kind during my legal proceedings. In 2012 I went back to Karen for legal assistance. She was unavilable for my court date but provided me with a list of attorney's she would recommend, but she was always available if I needed her help with any of the issues with my case. I retained a different firm and regret it completely. Once the divorce was over and the other firm substituted out of my case, I retained Karen for the custody issues. Karen and her staff are easy to talk to, reliable and very knowledgable about Family Law. Karen has always been fair, not just to me but to both parties, ensuring the children are the number one priority in the case.

Arlene Kline is an exceptional estate attorney! She is representing my sister and I in the probate process of my father’s estate. I found her on Thumbtack. And she called me on a Sunday!!! How many attorneys do you know that do that?! Not many attorneys ever!!!
My sister and I have never been thru a probate process, so naturally we have lots of questions. We’ve sent Arlene lots of emails, and she has ALWAYS responded sometimes even after her work hours. She has also always kept us up to date on the communication she’s had with the PR’s attorney. And she’s done so in a timely manner too.
Arlene is also a very well prepared attorney. At the first meeting we had with Arlene, she provided us with an estate checklist. On this checklist, there were important dates and deadlines that have to be met by the Personal Representative. The Personal Representative of my father’s estate is my other sister. This checklist also explained how closing the estate would work. I found this checklist to be very informative and helpful. She also provided us with all the documents that have been filed with the court to date…something that the PR’s attorney should have done but did not.
Arlene is also a very professional attorney. She has always conducted herself in a professional manner when dealing with my sister and I via email and in person. The documents, letters, consents, etc that she has prepared are done in a very professional manner as well. She has also dealt with the PR’s attorney in a very professional manner when communicating with him. She’s professional yet personable too. Very hard to find in an attorney. She’s very sympathetic and empathetic to your personal situation. She’s open and honest and a good listener too.
Finally, Arlene’s hourly rate is very, very reasonable. I consulted with multiple other attorneys and their rates were at least $300/hr or more! Her retainer fee is also very, very reasonable. It can’t be beat. The other attorneys I consulted with had retainer fees of $3000 or more! Hers only $500! She also gives you options as far as when you pay your bill. You can either pay your bill as she bills you. Or you can pay it after a partial distribution has been paid to you. Now that’s an unbelievable payment schedule! All the other attorneys I consulted with wanted thousands of dollars up front. Then when that money was gone you had to immediately replenish it. There was no willingness to wait until you got paid from the estate. So obviously Arlene is NOT about the almighty dollar. Something you rarely see when it comes to attorneys fees!
So if you want to hire a reasonably priced, professional attorney that’s not just going to take your money and run, then you need to hire Arlene Kline. You definitely won’t be disappointed!!!

We had wills that were 30 years out of date and 2 states in arrears. Arlene provided suggestions to what we needed, turned our request around within a week, was accommodative to our schedule, and took the time to explain why and what we needed. I have had to work with a lot of lawyers in the past for various things and Arlene Kline stands out to me as the best lawyer I have ever worked with. I don't say this lightly. She has taken her time after hours, not paralegal time to prepare documents herself at a very reasonable and fair rate, she is honest. Something very difficult to find now a days. Our family had an emergent need for preparing of wills, healthcare proxy and power of attorney documentation our parents. My wife and I are retired, and have moved to the area from out of state. I also have an LLC. Mrs. Caisse and her office provided me with updated Wills and Power of Attorney documents and LLC documents for Massachusetts. She also set up an Estate Trust. All work was done in a very professional and timely manner, and I found Mrs. Caisse to be wonderful to work with. I met Despina Kyriakidis in late 2020 after my dad had passed away, and I was identified as his personal representative. I shortly found out that my dad's estate was very unique and challenging -- it involved multiple accounts and various small properties that were in joint ownership with others who were also deceased and never retitled or transferred properly by deed. It took 2 years to complete the probate of this estate, and I never would have been able to know what to do without her advice. Her assistance and knowledge were invaluable, and I highly recommend her and her firm!

several years ago I received advice to start a trust for my wife's grandmother and part of that advice was that I didn't need a lawyer to execute it or implement it upon grandma'so passing. last year grandma passed away and my wife and I found ourselves lost and overwhelmed with all the paperwork and legal matters. Oliver is an excellent trustworthy attorney who is willing to help people out and is pro family. Unlike an other attorney that was appointed by the court (C.d.C), who is all about taking children from families. He is not that kind of person. A few years ago I realized I didn’t own all of my driveway. I contacted Jordan for help. I felt I had a good case to at least obtain an easement for the portion of my driveway I had been using since I bought my home in 1987. An easement is an easement but with Jordan’s expertise I was able to negotiate a deal with the vested owner and obtain fee title for my driveway I’m for ever grateful to Jordan and would highly recommend him!!!

Coming from a family of attorneys who died with elder abuse and fraud connected to their deaths and estates, I have been beside myself dealing with corrupt and incompetent lawyers in the last several years. Out of the hundreds that I have connected with, I can usually tell in a matter of minutes what they are about, especially since I have a degree in psychology which helps me read people a little bit better. Joel has given me endless hours of free help and is the most compassionate, competent, caring attorney I have found since dealing with the probate nightmare you hear about too often with lawyers contributing to the abuse of seniors out of greed. Joel is the exact opposite and has so much compassion that even though he's on overload usually with trials and pending litigation, he picks up his phone and takes the time to listen and help. If he were like most lawyers out there he could have charged me thousands of dollars for his time yet did not. We need more attorneys like him out there to make up for the rest. I saw Gena after a negative experience with another lawyer who overcharged me, convinced me, with insufficient explanation, to draw up a trust that was not practical for me, and then shunted me off to his lackeys. So I was on high alert when I first met with Gena. But what a pleasant surprise! Gena is knowledgable and will spend a full two hours or more with you on your first visit to learn about your situation and your needs, and to answer whatever question you have. If you propose alternative viewpoints, she considers them thoughtfully and points out your options. She does all the follow-up meetings and discussions herself, and she has innovative and creative ideas. Plus, she is just a nice, interesting, and thoughtful person! Craig amended my current will and trust. He asked specific details and questions in regards to my document changes. He let me know about the "Letter of Intention" which I have not heard of previously from this law firm. I live outside the area and I had a house in Dixie County with code violations and an unresponsive tenant she was able to. In short order, clear up the problem with the county, evicted tenant and make sure the house was cleared out and free of code violations, set me up with a local Real estate agent.and was very thorough and diligent through the entire process.

When I came to Jennifer I was an emotional wreck. My husband had just died with no will and massive farming debt. We had been together for 27 years and I was lost. I had 4 grown stepsons that had never been completely on their own and felt they we're entitled to everything except the debt.
