I used Ken , when i was in my 20's and have recommended him to my father who passed away in 1981 and many friends too many to count and I heard my friends passed his name to their friends and family members. In 2012 my husband and I had 2 family members who died and Ken did all the work for both of them . He is very fair and reasonable in his prices, so I highly recommend him for all your needs. Mr. Kalls helped me keep my house and my car! Gave me a lot of information so I knew what I was getting into. But he made the hole process real easy, one flat fee (reasonable) and it was over in a couple of months. Plus, he was really understanding, which was nice, since deciding to file for bankruptcy was such a hard decision. Would definitely recommend him to a friend.

I retained Ms. Jones as my attorney in 2009, and she has been nothing but consistently excellent in every aspect of our relationship ever since. When I came to her, I needed help fighting a long term disability case against my employer who happens to be a rather well known and powerful corporation. Ms. Jones made me feel comfortable and safe from our very first meeting. After having been put through the wringer considerably for some time dealing with the issue on my own, I was mentally exhausted, emotionally defeated, and entirely convinced that I couldn't trust anyone. I was also convinced that no one would want to fight for me because of the bigness of who I was up against. Ms. Jones immediately set me at ease. She both listened and heard my entire story. She asked very specific and detailed questions to make certain she knew all the facts; she took time with me in order to get it right without rushing me through or implying I should speed things up. She ALWAYS returned my emails and calls without making me feel like a bother. She never failed to answer every question and address every concern. Most importantly to me as a client, she NEVER spoke defeat. If she ever had any doubts, she didn't put them on me which I appreciated very much since I had enough to worry about already. She was honest and realistic, she didn't mince words, however, she was always hopeful, always optimistic, and always of the mind that we were going to come at the issue from every legal angle available to us. In short, we weren't going down without a fight. For someone who had the fighting spirit beaten out of her, to have found a lawyer who had enough of it for the both of us was a blessing! I brought Jami a disability case ... My disability insurance carrier suddenly decided I was OK and could go back to work and simply stopped paying after 7 years! In Michigan TWO appeals within the insurance company itself are required before you can dispute the company's actions in court. I thought about trying to handle the appeal(s) myself (I'm a former media pro with heavy writing experience and pretty much an expert researcher). In the end, I brought the issue to another attorney who had helped my wife get her SSD benefits, who in turn referred me to Jami. After meeting her and discussing my case, I decided that the issue was far too complex to risk trying to fix without professional help. One of the best decisions I ever made! Jami handled the appeal and it never even got to the second "internal" insurance company review. My benefits were FULLY reinstated as a direct result of Jami's involvement. And she's been with me ever since assisting with other problems with the two insurance companies I currently have to deal with. I just wanted to say to anyone else out there who is in need of an attorney that Robert Rowling should be your choice. I knew I was in for a long battle and Bob made me feel from day one that everything would be okay. The kindness that was shown to my by Bob and his entire staff was astonishing.
I was a wreck emotionally and in physical pain throughout the entire ordeal. Rowling & Associates always had a way of making me feel like they had my back. Thank God the doctor's assistant at a spinal surgeon's office thought to pull me aside to tell me of an attorney that some of her patient's had used when she learned more of what was my case. The Workman's Compensation firm was Young & Perez out of Whitehouse NJ and over the course of my time under Robert Young's care & guidance I was able to receive temporary disability during my extended period of treatment & an extremely fair settlement at the closing of my case (a journey & final outcome that I would have never been able to achieve on my own) making the severity of what I had gone through so much more bearable thanks to his extreme knowledge & constant assistance...a task for which I will always be grateful. There were continuing issues with my divorce that continued for 10 years. My original lawyer was no longer working on these issues. I consulted 2 other lawyers to help solve the outstanding issues. I hired one of them. A resolution required me to go back to court and I wanted a lawyer to help me with this. Both attorneys contacted recommended an adversarial approach. After 10 years, I just wanted to end it.

When my father began losing his health, it was a very stressful and sad situation. My father was no longer able to make decisions based on his illness. One of my friends told me that I would need to become his legal guardian so that I could begin to make decisions for him. I really didn't want to go through the process but his health began deterring more and more everyday. I turned to Corrine for help. When I was hurt on the job, I didn't know what to do. I immediately thought that my injuries would heal quickly and I would be able to continue at work. I took a half day and thought I would be back to normal the next day. I didn't think I had a case because I made myself feel that it was my fault. I've been fortunate to have Doug as my attorney since 2002, through various on-the-job injuries. She explained the fees which I thought were more than reasonable. All through the process I was kept informed by the staff in her office. My father had passed away and I have two other siblings in the family. I knew we had to go through probate on my fathers estate. Mr. Weiss and his staff helped us get through this difficult time. The process did take awhile to get through because as in any family certain individuals want certain possessions of the estate and also did not want for my family to be reimbursed for taking care of the livestock and the farm after our fathers demise. Mr. Weiss is very knowledgeable of the laws in probate and was very efficient in getting my family the reimbursement of taking care of the livestock and the farm and seeing that the siblings of the family were equally distributed the remaining assets of the estate in a timely and sufficient manner.

I was injured back in 2013 working for the Port Authority. The Port Authority refused to admit that it was a workers compensation case resulting of work related injury and refused to pay for any treatment and out of duty sick days for over three months whatsoever. This case when on for 11 years with the Port Authority fighting every inch of the way. Refused to show up on court dates for 11 years.
On 05/24/2023 the Hon. Maria Del Valle Koch, Director and Chief Judge of Compensation
Order Judgment and approved settlement on the Respondent. In light of all the credible objective medical evidence introduced at Trial, the course of authorized treatment prescribed by the treating doctors, the opinions of the examining doctors, and the subjective complaints of the Petitioner, together with my experience as a Judge of Compensation, this Court finds, as a result of the compensable work accident of December 14, 2013, the Petitioner, has suffered a partial permanent disability of %75 of partial total, orthopedic in nature, of the lower back, neck and left foot.
And the Port Authority appeal, the judge decision.
And it went before the appeals court which was denied.
Then they appealed it a second time before the Supreme Court and was denied once again on September 25,2024.
So you can see all the time and hard work Craig Livingston (that showed up on court dates) and his incredible staff put into this case.

I have never ever needed a lawyer however upon my first conversation with Mr Bucklin he explained in detail how the process worked. It took me a bunch of phone calls and horrible consultations before finding Ms. Jones to handle my worker's compensation case. I live in a smaller town where almost all of the attorneys who will talk to me about a work comp claim will set up a meeting for a lawyer who is in Baltimore in their office. The local lawyers don't take these cases, except this firm. I think they are the only ones who actually handle the work comp cases without shopping it out to another lawyer in the city. Not only did I get local service they are good lawyers too who handle a lot of different stuff.
