Jeremy comes highly recommended. I researched multiple attorneys in Clark county and decided on Elizabeth Christy Law Firm because of the great reviews, and I'm glad I did. Jeremy was very quick, thorough, supportive, knowledgeable and responsive during this whole process. The process to which I'm referring is establishing a parenting plan and court ordered child support. The process took about 3 weeks, consultation to signed orders. Attorney Veronis ("Niko") is the BEST! We hired him after my husband was kicked in the head by a horse in a car accident. Yes, bizarre. I didn't know where to turn. My sincere thanks to Nicholas Veronis and his staff for helping me and my family when I found myself in need of a lawyer as a result of a horrific bicycle accident. We were in uncharted waters and had no idea what to do. I was involved in a very serious automobile accident that has required me to have 10 surgeries up to now. If it would not of been for Jeannette and her associates , I don't know what my family and I would have done or where we would of ended up. The Kid that hit me had Nationwide Insurance and believe me when I tell you, "Nationwide is not on your side" when it comes to doing the right thing. They did everything they could to intimidate me and my family. Nationwide hired the biggest law firm in Raleigh , Jeanette never once backed down and made me feel safe. Her knowledge of the law was very impressive, but what was even more impressive was her work ethic and her compassion for someone that was almost killed by someone that was racing to get home so he and his dad could go fishing. She was constantly on the phone with me and or emailing me. I gave Jeannette the nik name of "King Kong Congdon" because she stood her ground for what was right against one of the biggest insurance companies in the nation. I will never forget the long hours of work she put in. I would get emails from her at 2:30 in the morning. Having her on my side made all the difference in the world.
I unfortunately have been disabled from this accident and have now hired her to help get my Social Security Disability. If anyone is in need of a lawyer that wont B.S. you and will fight for you, then do yourself a favor and call her and find out for yourself.

Ryan recently settled a personal injury case for me. I was somewhat hesitant to retain an attorney (as I never had before), but was so glad that I didn't attempt to handle the situation myself. Mr. Lucas helped me win a temporary custody case involving my granddaughter in 2016. My daughter was in an abusive relationship which affected both her and my granddaughter. Mr. Lucas was smart, polite, compassionate and knowledgable. He helped me gain custody of my granddaughter and also gave me advice on how to help my daughter get back on her feet after an abusive relationship. Not once did he falter in his defense and he came extremely prepared to the courthouse. We came out victorious!!!! It is now 2019 and I can happily say that my daughter is doing well, married to a wonderful young man, working hard and we share joint custody of my granddaughter. I was desperate for help trying to obtain emergency custody of my granddaughter, I called every family law attorney in Johnston County and Mr Lucas was the only attorney to call me back. He called the same day. He had me come in and the next day I had my temporary order. After a year and being in and out of court, I know have custody and not just temporary. I have permanent custody of my granddaughter. He was by our side and he kept his word. He is a very sincere and compassionate man. After searching through several attorneys in the area (I lived out of state but my children lived in NC with my x-husband), I came into contact with Mr Lucas. This man took my case, showed me respect, gave me my dignity back and worked dogmatically at getting my kids back from my x who had them for 8 years while I spent most of that time overseas.
My sons were in a very neglectful environment, they were not cared for properly and after 8 years of representing myself in court, obtaining 5 attorneys and firing 4 I was amazed and taken aback by how hard he had worked on my case. He never once gave up or blew me off because my finances were tight.
We went against a family who had money and was well known in the area. Even with the things I had against me Leon respected my integrity and fought for my sons relentlessly....we won.

Jennie did a phenomenal job in representing me on a tricky speeding case. I was pulled over on the end of a downhill slope for going 90+/70 and headed for a reckless driving conviction which could have had serious consequences for me. Jennie understood what was at stake and from the beginning had very thorough explanations and always made my available options clear to me. She tried to make a plea bargain with the prosecutor who would not accept it, and so she suggested that we tried the case in front of the judge. She laid out the facts very clearly and built up the case to the judge in a terrific manner. In the end the judge agreed with her and decided to reduce my charges to a speeding ticket. Jennie is a life saver for my driving record in Virginia. If it wasn't for her, I may not have my license right now. Covington may be a pretty small town, but they still have strict and frequent patrolling by State Police and Local Enforcement, specifically on the Interstate for anyone that knows the area. Nonetheless, I was pinned for a 80/70 that was reduced from an 84/70 on the spot by a friendly and forgiving Officer. Jennie worked with the Commonwealth Attorney directly to allow me to take a driving safety course and avoid negative points on my record by reducing it from a speeding ticket to another type of infraction without damage to my record. She completely got me off this first time and then, flash forward close to 3 years later it happened again, only worse at 90/70, and I thought for sure I was done for considering the Officer did not cut me a break whatsoever. I thought to myself "My luck has finally run out" but she managed to get it dropped to a regular speeding ticket and avoided a misdemeanor on my record and other severe implications caused by a reckless driving ticket/borderline intent to kill ticket (Virginia does not mess around with Speeding).
In both instances, I did not even have to attend the court hearings (luckily so as I am not from that area and can't afford to miss work). PLEASE Do not hesitate to contact Jennie as she will work until you are satisfied and do everything in her power to limit traffic ticket complications. Thank you Jennie.

I am a high school teacher working with a student who is facing court proceedings for a minor infraction, and had no support from his family who now live out of state and told him to leave, go back to Salisbury and not to come back until he had completed his community service and the final court date. The student's parents are undocumented and this 16 year old had a tough life growing up with dysfunctional parenting. I took him in temporarily and with the help of my mother, a retired teacher, we have been looking at ways he could avoid going back to his parents' who don't really want him there. With little money as a school teacher (!), Mr. Morris was kind enough to give me some direction that was VERY helpful. I will never hesitate to use only Jeff's legal services in the future if I need them unless he refers me to another attorney. I highly recommend this attorney who is very knowledgeable on many topics and also has a heart. You always hope to find an attorney with heart when you are facing a difficult situation. I recently utilize Mr. Kutteh to represent me in a personal injury case. I was able to schedule and get in to see him soon after the incident and what I immediately picked up on was his kindness. You will not find a better Attorney. They will hole your hand the whole way. I had an attorney in High Point for 2 yrs I knew there reception after getting the run away. I chose Mike Lewis he down to earth and if I called five times a day. He would always call me back. If it wasn't for Mike Lewis helping me I would not have gotten my disability. I trusted Michael Kornbluth with my future, career and livelihood. I met with several other attorneys before Michael and knew they could never handle my case. I was rear ended by an uninsured drunk driver at 50mph. Injured and unsure of my options I found Andy Dimmock who repeatedly told me to focus on my recovery and treatment and he would take care of the rest beginning with ensuring my bills were paid via PIP and he would pursue my own insurer for uninsured motorist coverage. As expected I was still receiving treatment a little under a year later at which point Andy informed me my insurers had forwarded the full amount of my policy. I learned the game changer was managing to get my blood sucking chiropractor to provide a detailed assessment of my injuries before and after my accident for my insurers to settle the claim. Meanwhile my chiropractor was simply milking all the PIP and more by having me see him 5 times a week!
Andy managed to stem the flow of projected medical fees by getting this claim finalized early and well before my chiropractor and physical therapist sucked the claim dry.

November 1998, Im five years old nearly killed in an auto accident. Lawyer #1 takes the case... Four years pass... little progress and some sort of conflict arises, and he withdraws from my case. Mid 2002 lawyer #2 takes over... Once again little progress... November 2002 lawyer #2s law practice is purchased by Andrew and his business partner. August 2003, Andrew has my train wreck of a case straightened out. Andrew did more for me in a week that lawyer #1 was able to do in four years! I came away with over $5,000 more than I would have had it not been for him! I was born with learning disabilities. We were able to use the settlement money to pay for a tutoring service. That tutoring service was a huge help with my education. To this day when I tell people about my education the story involves "learning to even read was hard...then I went to(institution name)".(Institution name) would not have happened had it not been for Andrew. Even after the tutoring service was paid for, I still had more money than I even would have had he not taken over! Present day, I am now in college. The settlement money that i had was a huge help in avoiding taking out student loans right in the beginning of school. I don't know where I would be today had it not been for Andrew!

I hurt my low back while working. At first my employer agreed that I needed treatment but eventually they sent me for a Independent Medical Evaluation. Mr. Buffington was very helpful with our process, and we felt very comfortable with his services. We first thought that he was asking for too much paperwork, but at the end, the big list of documents that he required for us to have ready, was very helpful. We think that if it wasn't for all the evidences that Mr. Buffington asked us to have ready before our first meeting, our case would have probably taken longer. The immigration agent ended up asking for more evidences after all, but with the help of Mr. Buffington, and the letters he wrote to the immigration agent in our behalf, we were able to get my green card in less than a year.
