simply cannot express in words, how one email to Hackard Law, worked miracles! We had a very messy issue with a Trust, no money to pay for legal fees and every attorney we spoke with turned us down without a retainer. Time was ticking and we began to lose faith. Then I found HackardLaw on youtube. Something about Mike Hackard struck me as genuine. We watched his videos and learned why he is the best in Trust litigation. We gave it a shot and sent an email. The very next morning Mike called us promptly,. He understood exactly what we were going through, he understood why we had no money. He said he could help. The team at Russell and Lazarus transformed a nightmare experience and gave me the ability to move on with my life with comfort and closure. My life was in shambles after being hit head on by a drunk driver. I was stranded without health insurance, a vehicle, or any plan. I had nowhere to turn. First , after going through this workers comp ordeal I would not encourage anyone to try and navigate through that without a Attorney !!! Silberman and Lam got for me exactly what they told me they would ! I really appreciate the service they provided. I would encourage anyone to retain Silberman and Lam if you have a Workers Comp case and allow them to do their work and be patient and sleep well cause its going to be worth it in the end !

I wouldn't recommend another law firm. Bob stayed in constant contact with me throughout my case. I liked that he responded back to my inquiries right away. When he wasn't available to answer my questions his daughter was very helpful in getting the information I needed. He has a wonderful caring soul. Bob handled my case with professionalism and integrity from day one. When we first met he told me to concentrate on getting the care I needed and he said he would handle everything else. He checked in with me regularly to see how I was and to update me on the progress of my case. When the case was settled I was very please with the outcome. Well I got injured at work it took almost 3 months to get any compensation from the company and I wasn't getting anywhere so I had to call an attorney.I gave the law Brothers a shot I told him my situation and Elias said he can help me with my case. I was relieved and it all started from there he was professional, courteous and he did a great job on getting this company to finally compensate me. What can i say, Steven, Alla and Rebecca were all amazing from the start to the end. California is a difficult state to be a medical malpractice plaintiff. You're going to need the best and in my opinion, you could do no better than David Smith. Ours was a complex case, one which other attorneys had rejected due to all the difficulties of prosecuting medical malpractice in California. Once Mr. Smith agreed to take our case, he was like a bulldog! We encountered some serious obstacles and were up against a heartless insurance company law firm that tried to play some ruthless games and (in my opinion) shady legal maneuvers. But Mr. Smith was ahead of them at every step, even as they seemed intent on taking the case to trial. Ultimately, they came to realize that we had a tenacious pro on our side, and they settled.
What I can tell you is that I'm not a big fan of attorneys in general, but we really felt like we had a powerful and effective ally in Mr. Smith. It turns out he's a helluva nice guy too!

Farshad represented me in a personal injury case where the insurance company I was dealing with pushed back when I requested compensation for real costs such as lost income and gas costs for driving to/from dr appointments and treatments. I was recently involved in a very challenging legal matter that I was told was essentially unwinnable by several trusted confidants. I turned to the Osborn Machler firm based on their reputation with difficult and complex cases, and Austin Neff was assigned as the lead attorney in my case.
From the beginning, Mr. Neff and his colleagues concurred that my case was indeed an uphill battle. But Austin immediately began to outline a legal strategy he calculated would maximize our chances of success. What stood out initially to me was his ability to explain complex legal terms and processes in a way that I could easily understand, which helped alleviate much of my anxiety—which, I admit, was through the roof.
As someone with very little exposure to the legal system, much of the strategy Austin constructed seemed almost counterintuitive to me at first. But he was very patient in explaining the reasoning for his approach at every step of the way, as I peppered him with endless layman’s questions about the law. By the time we were ready for the hearing, I almost felt like I had a couple semesters of law school under my belt.
I realize that all attorneys have multiple cases they are working on at any given moment. And I realize that they simply cannot be as emotionally involved in each of their cases as their clients are, of course. But I’ll have to admit that my level of optimism went up a notch or two when Austin looked up from a response he was reading from opposing counsel and paused and stated, “I’m starting to take this personally.”
The hearing itself was the first time I had seen Austin Neff in action in the courtroom. For moral support, the founding partner of the firm, Sim Osborn, was also at the defense table—I felt like I had a whole team behind me. Austin’s presentation of our side of the case was impressive. His arguments were incredibly articulate, nuanced, well-crafted, incisive, and on point. It was a master class in legal exposition, and even to me as a layman it was clear that he had shifted the law and the facts to our side.

I didn’t think it was possible--I remember thinking when the judge rendered her decision, “Wait, what? After a rear end accident I was hounded a couple times a week from the other insurance company to settle. I said my car is in the shop and was for over 2 months and I am in so much pain and going to a chiropractor and a physical therapist weekly and until all this is fixed I will not settle. Nothing I said deterred them from continuing to hound me to settle. I felt intimidated by them and they had me worried so I knew I needed an attorney. I called Habush Habush and Rottier because they had a great reputation. I got in that week for an appointment to see if they would take my case. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Ed Vopal an attorney at the firm. He was a very mild mannered person who was very caring calming in his questioning of me about the accident and that is exactly what I needed. I left our first meeting feeling safe and secure knowing I was going taken care of.
Ed worked very hard on my case and had a huge binder of paperwork involving the accident. He was wonderful on his preparing me for a deposition with the attorneys from the other insurance company and kept me calm in my answers. I could go on and on about Ed but all his office staff was just as wonder always so warm and friendly in their calls to me or when I was in the office. They are a great team. I slipped on unsalted ice in a business parking lot and suffered a serious leg injury that kept me out of work for 5 months of recovery. After reaching out to Habush Habush and Rottier, Attorney Ed Vopal was willing to take my case even though slip and falls are risky and can have a low success rate. He listened to me and he cared about my story. He did everything he could to make things right for me, and was very forthcoming with information. Sid helped me get the results I needed with my issue. I had tried to seek services from a physician who ended up overcharging me for services not provided and mishandled my healthcare.
