I can score Kevin Kalajian top score in every phase of him helping me with injury accident in Fresno in my RV when I was traveling Solo Fulltime cross country.
He answers the phone. returns calls promptly. replies to emails promptly. experienced with the other insurance company. experienced and knew his way around my med insurance provider and medicare.. He completed all the paperwork that I couldn't have done.
He kept me updated of status and explained everything in Laymans terms . was not condescending. He facilitated a satisfactory settlement while avoiding a trial. I tried 3 other law offices and never got past the call screeners. Kevin listen to the whole problem of 3 month trip interruption in a hotel in triple digit temps in fresno not knowing anyone. all this was smoothly accomplished remotely as i was still traveling 2 months before the 2 yr statute of limitations was up. I called him April 3 2023. He was my last attempt to try another referral.. and he was a blessing. He worked hard for me but made it look easy. My settlement will help if I ever need further PT or cover diminished value if needed when sell my RV. Plus pain and suffering. He dispersed my settlement to me promptly after he received the funds.
Also. He seems very ethical. he did not send me around to doctors trying to beef up my injury claim. I Can't say enough good things about this smooth settlement experience with Kevin Kalajian.

Timothy was amazing. I called him on the phone and he told me some really funny jokes. I knew this was the lawyer for me. We met at a poolhall to discuss my case. I offered to buy him a drink, but he politely declined. We ordered some pizza, and the waitress got the order wrong and brought us buffalo wings. I was pretty mad and was about to complain but Timothy told me to relax. It's evident that he really respects people. I gave Timothy a high five and he told me about some great movies. We also talked a bit more about my case. In the end, Timothy said that he couldn't take my case for personal reasons. I was a bit saddened by this but I understood. I appreciated his professionalism and thought it was a great experience even though I did not retain him. I highly recommend him.

Christopher Cazares is the best military lawyer I could have hired. I was facing a drug court-martial as part of a “drug ring.” I watched Christopher outperform every lawyer in the room, including the senior prosecutor. His confidence and experience were levels above what I could have hoped for. After several days in court, my case was ultimately dismissed and I have resumed my career as if this investigation and court-martial never happened. I had both Christopher and a military appointed lawyer and the difference in experience was night and day. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I only had a military attorney. Several of the people in the ring went with just military attorneys and they either plead guilty or were found guilty. Christopher gave me confidence in my case and would always check up on me during this long process. He was calm and gave me good advice that lead to my innocence. He was well worth the money and I would hire again.

First of all, I'm not a big fan of lawyers. When I got into a car accident coming home from California seeking out a lawyer was not even a considerstion. When I first saw a doctor April was whom my doctor referred me too. I was still skeptical.
Fast forward 9 months and having April Bonifatto on my side was absolutely the right decision. She is professional, caring, and has integrity in all she does. I would say we need more lawyers like April. But, if they were all like her I'd have to give up all of my lawyer jokes.
April put me at ease after our first call. She kept me updated throughout the process and always had what was best for me in her mind. She made sure to negotiate with the insurance companies and medical providers for what was best for me. I was recently charged with a DUI in Maryland.
My questions and concerns were heightened even more, as I am an out of state resident (WV), and did not know what to do.
Mr. Phillips is excellent. I was able to pay a $300 fine and complete online courses, thus, not serving anytime in jail. I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

After being charged with a boating under the influence charge with a .07 breathalyzer reading, I was told by the magistrate I could face potential jail time. Hiring Arnie was the best thing I could have ever done! He worked tirelessly to find issues with the DNR's statement, the sobriety test results and the overall charges. Mr. Piereck became my attorney rather last minute to a very complicated case. The states attorneys office at the last minute decided to dismiss it, but Mr. Pierick was extremely helpful and informed on all of my options moving forward and as to why the states attorney’s office canceled.

Mr. Geller accepted my case after others declined to take it on. After I explained my situation (what happened) Mr. Geller pretty much did all the driving from that point forward. He kept miscellaneous costs to a minimum and was very flexible with scheduling. We did most of our communications via email and phone, which was very convenient for me. His office is conveniently located downtown and next to a parking garage with ample parking space so when I had to come in, I had no issues with directions or finding parking (rare for downtown). I was referred by a friend that went with a different firm and was unsatisfied of how they were taking long and handling his case. Then when he went with Felix my friend told me how good and fast of a job they did.. he was impressed!!
So of course I met up with Felix and his team and they showed a lot of concern because I was in pain. I hired Mr. Elwell after getting arrested on DWI. I was referred to him by a trusted friend who is experienced in DWI cases. I proceeded to have him handle my DWI case, as well as my ALR case. After the ALF hearing, I received notification that I had won the case and my license DID NOT get suspended after hearing from multiple people that those cases are almost impossible to win. As for the DWI charge, Mr. Elwell also got the charge dismissed. His office was always timely in keeping me informed about the case. They were very professional and reliable.
