Alvand Mokhtari is a very personable, knowledgeable, confident, well organized and trustworthy lawyer. He represented me in two cases and was just spectacular in every way possible from start to finish. I have also consulted him on almost a dozen other matters in regards to my business. Mr. Makkabi handled my case with extreme care, especially after my car accident. Even though the accident was completely not my fault, the insurance companies involved were giving me the run around. Kindness goes a long way. Mr. Hilts did not represent me. He did, however, provide a consultation. I was very impressed with the prompt call back. Although he couldn’t take my particular case, he was able to refer me elsewhere. He was very personable, courteous, and respectful throughout my interaction with him. I had a car accident in 2015 that left me injured. I had no lawyer and no reference, so I simply search "attorney" and my zipcode on a search engine and found Ryan. I called him and several other attorneys. He answered my call right away, talked with me for a while and we set up an appointment to meet. I really enjoyed meeting him from the start and hired him the first day. He fought hard for me, never accepting the minimum ... always working for what was truly fair for me and not stopping until I told him I was truly satisfied. I never felt pressured with Ryan. Jim helped me through a difficult situation when my now ex-wife moved out unexpectedly and hired an attorney. Jim gave me sound legal advice and provided prompt responses to her attorney's proposals. When the dust settled I got a divorce. Afterward, Jim helped me re-write my will and clean up all the loose ends of paperwork and things to file that I hadn't even thought of. I had been in a bicycle accident and chose to handle the claim without hiring a lawyer. Everything went smoothly until I was settling the claim some time later. I received a letter with language and twisting legal terminology I didn't quite understand and wasn't confident signing. I called several layers who would only agree to take on an entire case when all I need was consultation for this one aspect of the claim. I found Charlie online, gave him a call, and he reviewed the letter via email at no charge even though I was willing to pay. Charlie assured me the letter was okay and pointed out a few details I should aware of. This enabled me to settle with peace of mind. Pretty amazing. I was visiting the United States and was injured by a car while cycling. Charley and his staff were wonderful at helping me to navigate the complicated American health care and payments system, as well as arranging for every provider to get their appropriate amount.
Charley also provided extra services, like picking up my broken bike and driving it to a shop for evaluation when I was too injured to do so myself.
All in all, Charley was professional, helpful, and respectful in every way, and his staff were great at communicating and helping with all the bureaucracy involved in healthcare and insurance following a serious injury.

I am grateful and amazed how professional and fast Garrett Handy worked on my case. My case was basically lost and only had a few months to start a lawsuit or lose it forever. I went to talk to Garrett. We reviewed my case. He was hesitant to take it since three lawyers took my case previously. The three of them did basically nothing with my case except to keep it in their office forever and I didn't know what was going on. One of those firms was Siegfried and Jensen; they are only known due to advertising, but have nothing close to what Garrett has: Lots of professionalism! After reviewing my case a couple of times, Garrett decided to take my case. He started working on it right away. We opened the case at the beginning of January and we had only until July to win or to lose. Well, surprisingly, five months later I got my first check as part of the settlement. Then in a month or two, I got the rest of the money. I even took a picture with Garrett for my personal file, since this was absolutely a won battle. Garrett, you and your team ARE AWESOME!! Joe and all the staff at Stampone really went above and beyond to make sure my legal matter was taken care of as quickly and as painless as possible. Joe has plenty of experience and it showed when I met with him to discuss my situation. John has assisted me with 2 cases now, a bad hip replacement and an auto accident which resulted in 4 surgeries within about 14 months. John gives you his undivided attention, especially to details both large and small. I am in awe of how he keeps on top of every issue that presents and always kept me informed, always giving me 110% each and every time we spoke and/or zoomed via internet. I contacted this firm after I was in a car accident where an uninsured driver ran thru a red light and crashed into my car and my insurance company said " oops, too bad, nothing we can do you had the wrong type of insurance coverave" this firm was able to help me get money from my insurance company to replace my totaled car and monies to pay for my medical procedures.. If it wasn't for this company I would not have been able to pay for medical attention. I would not have been able to purchase a car to continue getting to work. George Miller responded to my initial phone call within a day, made himself available within the week and continued to promptly respond to my attempts at contact. Upon meeting, George created an environment that facilitated good chemistry between us by limiting legalese, actively listening when I responded to him, asking for clarification if needed and reflecting an understanding of my perspectives. George thoroughly communicated what we needed to accomplish as a team in order to be successful. He was present and attentive during our hearing while sincerely advocating in my best interest. My case was continued and upon asking George if there would be a contingent fee, he answered

I was visiting from out of state and was involved in a motorcycle accident. With all the headaches of dealing with auto and medical insurance I decided to get a lawyer to help me. My problem was I needed an Arizona lawyer to represent me. I was referred Stan Marks. I never had to go out of state to get this handled, everything was by phone or email. First class from the opening greeting. Stan Marks and his paralegal Coleen Chavira are nothing short of everything you want and need in an attorney. Professional, thorough, communicative, easy to contact, and straight to the point - they don't waste your time or theirs. My sister was in a horrific car accident that took her husband of over 15 yrs away from her - the only man she ever dated. Her life changed instantly because a tourist couldn't wait to see the Grand Canyon. I hired them on a blind referral (a friend of a friend of a relative), and never looked back. While the family was working on my sisters physical well being, Stan was dealing with auto insurance, medical insurance, legal 'stuff' and all manner of outside 'noise', and did so with my sisters interest first. He doggedly tracked down monies and resources other attorneys would not even had looked for. Could not have been more pleased with how things were handled and the end result. The only pleasant part of an otherwise horrific experience.

Forget your preconceived notions about attorneys!
I must admit going in, I thought they might be more concerned about getting a case and getting their fee than they were in making me whole again. This was the warning from so many others that had traveled this road before me.
Wrong…
I was a victim of an under insured motorist- damage to my car and injury to my back.
From the first time I met Mark, he was understanding, empathetic, and thorough in explaining the process that we would need to go through to get compensation for the mounting expenses.
He was straightforward and although I was reluctant to get surgery at first, trying all the other methods to get pain relief, Mark stayed with me asking if there was anything that he could do to help as a friend.
Mark and Domenic were able to get me just compensation for the accident all without having to go to court!
Having someone, who understands the process, knows what can be achieved and is willing to go to bat for you, not just settle, best describes Mark and Domenic.
Although I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate asking them to represent me or my family and friends.

Colin is one of those few attorney's that have a genuine interest in his clients well being. Marvin Schulman handled a personal injury case for me. I was involved in an automobile accident resulting in significant damage to my vehicle and injuries to my knee. The insurance company sent out an adjuster the next day who started playing hardball right from the beginning.
