This was my first time having to hire a lawyer and my husband and I did considerable research before hiring Scott. I was skeptical that we would find someone who genuinely cared about my husband and I and our kids and who didn't just consider us another number. From the initial consultation, we immediately felt at ease and that Scott would make sure that we received the best possible outcome for our case. Scott was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process of helping my family through a tragic Medical Malpractice claim. His integrity, compassion, and knowledge and ability to guide me through the complex process are the reasons why I would whole-heartedly recommend Scott.

Matt and the QLG team did an excellent job handling my matter and obtained an excellent result. Mr. Quick was kind enough to spend ten minutes to advise me on a legal matter I had regarding a collision and insurance problem that did not ultimately require legal assistance but did need some brief guidance. He was clear that hiring an attorney would not be of value at this point but was generous with good advice on what my next steps would best be. So glad I contacted him and if I ever do need an attorney in his field of practice I would contact him instantly for his intelligence, expertise, and basic generosity.

I contacted Matt Quick after my first lawyer failed several times to respond to my inquiries. From the first day we spoke, until the case was completed, Mr. Quick was responsive, sympathetic and extremely professional. In addition to keeping me well informed, he explained all of the legal and medical issues in plain English. I also know for a fact he spent many hours dealing with insurance representatives who were "less than cooperative."

I recently came to a final settlement, a year in the making, which almost ruined me; financially and emotionally, but for the steady, professional guidance and advocacy I received from Nate.
From the moment I reached out to him (referred by a trusted, long-time friend who is also an attorney) I was treated with respect and compassion.
Throughout the year; from my week in the hospital, to having to find a new place to live while rehabilitating my injured arm, to navigating credit agencies that threatened to ruin my credit without immediate payment; Nate took as much off my plate as possible, but also always presented me with choices; leaving the decision with me, at each stage.
Nate negotiated earnest money to pay for immediate expenses/bills, wrangled with hospital billing departments, the insurance staff, and basically helped me to be free to take care of my own business (and I had a lot to keep up with), providing me with a relatively smooth ride, in what could have been an absolute catastrophe.

I was in a coma for 4.5 months. During that period, Mr. Buckley was able to produce money for my wife to pay for my bills. I have had the pleasure of working with Luke and his team for 2 really bad car accidents (9/2015 and 1/2016). When I first met Luke I appreciated that he listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and did not give me the typical lawyer pitch on how he could help me get a large some of money. Instead Luke told me exactly what the process would look like, realistic timelines as to how long the process would take and even step by step directions on what I should do if I chose not to use a lawyer. Frank helped me deal with my personal injury case related to a car accident I experienced while riding in the vehicle of a friend. As soon as I left his office I was relieved that my part in this was basically over - I didn't have to worry about insurance companies anymore. Have known and worked with Jason as will as Hupy and Abraham for years. So many Personal Injury firms are nothing more then mills (all hype no actual action).
Jason and the firm have always been there for all of us who ride. Not just handling PI case he and the firm have been helping the Motorcycle Rights movements for years. Be it bankrolling one of the biggest Motorcycle Awareness campaigns in the county, actually attending meetings/conferences leading his and firms knowledge.
There's no way I can give hard number of Riders who have made it home to their love ones. Because of actions/work of Jason and Hupy and Abraham, S.C. sure it's in the thousands. After my crash Attorney Abraham and his team took immediate action to preserve and record evidence from the scene. The team's accident investigator came to my hospital room the next day to answer my questions and address concerns I had about how the police investigation was being handled. With that visit I was confident Attorney Abraham and his team were devoting the resources needed for my complicated crash investigation. With that weight lifted from my shoulders, I was able to just focus on the many surgeries ahead to be able to walk again.
Attorney Abraham's team was great at keeping me informed with every aspect of the case walking me through everything that came up. Whenever I wanted to talk to him personally about questions my call was either taken immediately or returned the same day.
During my hospitalized for three months, he and other members of my legal team would call to check how I was doing and if their were any needs or questions.
When I had to give a statement or deal with insurance investigators Attorney Abraham answered all my concerns before the meetings. As well as having someone from the team present with me.
I recall while in hospital struggling with how to share some disappointing information with my family. I turned to Jason for advice, he was very compassionate and treated me like a close friend, pointed out somethings I was overlooking and took the weight from my shoulders. He even offered to be present to explain things to my family and answer their questions.
When it came time to settle the case he was very effective in getting more than expected using some creative legal procedures.
Never was there a time that I didn't know what was going on with the case. When decisions had to be made I was always given options. When I asked for his opinion he shared it with his explanation supporting it.
I refer anyone who is looking for a personal injury Attorney to him, knowing he will treat them just as I was treated.

I never thought of calling any other law firm then Hupy and Abraham after a 19 yr old man totaled my Road King and put me through 3 surgeries and ongoing pain. They have your back from day one and you can concentrate on getting better while they deal with the hassles the insurance companies hand out. Margie Soehl is a top notch savvy attorney. She was recommended to us by a former client. She was not only legally savvy but also sensitive to my spouse's needs. The Plaintiffs Law Firm proved to be an excellent firm. They were very professional; calls were returned in a reasonable amount of time; everyone used the same terminology and gave the same answers; and during the length of my case, there was no turnover in the office (which says a lot).
Mr. Frazier would respond via phone, fax, email, or text; thus, the firm is up to standards with technology. Mr. Frazier's availability is rated as excellent. My concerns were always considered "important". The pleasant attitude and willingness to follow through ensured that everything was being handled and Mr. Frazier's knowledge of the law lessened any apprehension about my case. He was always upfront and the attention given to my case proved he cared. Mr. Frazier is also a family man and that was impressive.

I had a very rocky journey after my automobile accidents where I fired 4 attorneys before hiring Luke because the previous ones treated me like a number on their worksheet. Some of them did the wrong work and some of them just did not bother to work on my case at all. I also asked a friend to give me a personal injury referral before Luke and little did I know I was mocked as "a troubled client" for hiring 4 attornies without bothering to understand my circumstance. Our personal attorney recommended Mr. Walton after I experienced a fall in a D/FW area business. Historically, "slip and fall" cases are not lucrative/successful in Texas, but Mr. Walton and his staff felt that my case was unique. We proceeded to consult, gather information and proceed after I was released from medical care. Then Covid happened. It was frustrating for everyone, as the legal system came to a halt. Walton and his staff proceeded by gathering information, exploring options, and ultimately reaching a settlement that was satisfactory to me. I was interduce to Mr. Lavorato from a very good dear friend of mine. I explain to Mr. Lavorato my situation a little over phone to him, he ask could I come into his office and meet with him. Just walking into his office gave me a relax feeling, I have a conversation with him and he stated that he would have to run this across the other members of the staff and will get back with me, and he did the same day. I was fighting this for four months and everyone kept on closing the door in my face as if I done something wrong. Mr.Lavorato said something to me that really set me at ease, he said (I don't like to see when someone do someone wrong) He never pointed that finger at me he just listen and took action. If I ever need an attorney again I will seek his advise and direction. He is the best.

I don’t know that I can accurately put into words the amount of gratitude and respect my husband and I have for Chris Lavorato, but I will do my best. I am so thankful for an amazing, honest, caring, and talented person such as Chris and his ability as an attorney. He is so professional, and I’m just grateful that I am no longer being put in a bad or dangerous or abusive situation where I was being unfairly attacked, treated, and harassed in a professional environment ALL THANKS TO CHRIS intervening as my attorney.. I find it very odd to see the less than happy reviews for Sawaya. My experience was top notch.
I was hit by a car an now I walk like an Egyptian. Well, not exactly, but the long story is tedious and irrelevant. What matters is that I needed legal counsel to manage my claims process with the insurance companies. I was assigned Zach Elsner and Erin Threadwell as my legal team, and could not be happier.
Folks, these things are battles, and not the type that are won in days or weeks, but months, and sometimes years. Zach and Erin were perfectly communicative when I needed to act on something, had an update, or just the occasional check in to make sure they know where we all were in the process.
If your hurt, you need more than peace of mind, You need an advocate that is going to take care of business on your behalf. If you need a personal injury attorney, I think that Sawaya is a strong option. Highly professional, and more than anything else, I never felt like they were a bunch of ambulance chasers.
I hope I never have to use them again, but if I ever get rag-dolled by an SUV in the future, I know where to turn.

I contacted Mr. Keith in regards to a law suit filed against my family and my self. He immediately started to work on the case defending each and every member of my family. The Plaintiff almost instantly removed my family members as Defendants upon the overwhelming evidence as of Law that Mr. Keith presented. Subsequently the Plaintiff dropped the case against me.
Initially I thought the case which took over a year was going to be very expensive, but found Mr. Keith to be very reasonable and yet very informative, well manner, very professional, and a true defendant of my interests.
