What can I say about my experience with the Eltringham Law Group... there is so much! I absolutely had an amazing experience with them! When I got into my car accident, living in Florida, I was extremely skeptical about reaching out to a lawyer because of how sketchy and unprofessional they usually are down here but I am definitely glad I did. From the first point of contact, to the constant communication through email and over the phone updating me every step of the way to the last and final steps of the process was beyond professional with superb customer service. The one thing that intrigued me the most was that they do not advertise on the radio or TV, which means they solely rely only on referrals by word of mouth. I hired Tim when my disability carrier was stalling in paying my disability claim. I am an attorney, and had years of experience hiring and supervising other attorneys. I reached out to other attorneys I knew in Denver for a recommendation for this type of case, and heard back from two whose opinion I most respect that Tim was the right choice. Ryan went above and beyond on my case. He spent copious amounts of time researching all aspects of my case and when we went to trial his hard work was exemplified. He was extremely respectful during our court case but was still authoritative in his manner of speaking.

This was my first ever car accident. I’d never gone through this experience before and boy, was I put through the ringer. I was hit by a semi truck changing lanes and pushed into another semi truck to my right. I was scared, confused and this was my very first car (which I loved, so I was very sad about it haha). The moment I spoke to the team and to Chris, I felt comforted. I felt supported and encouraged.
The other guy’s insurance company that we were trying to settle with fired and rehired at least 5 different case workers for my case alone. Now the company is going under. Chris. Was. Awesome. They put red tape, hoops and so many other things in front of him and he just led me through it every step of the way.
During this time (March 2019- December 2019) my car was classified as abandoned, had the wheel stollen off of it, the battery stolen off of it, and some of the items inside were also stolen while it sat on the lot. Someone from the tow yard decided to steal the title on the car. I moved states. I got married. I was taking classes. AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS.
So everything that could have happened during this time DID. And Chris was ALWAYS on top of it. He was so communicative and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I could ALWAYS get a hold of Chris at least within the same day and that’s something I really appreciate.
I’m very grateful and blessed by Chris and the team because of the way they “held my hand” from start to finish, even through the absolute WORST parts of it. Thank you Chris!!

Have you ever been hurt? The kind of hurt where you can't walk or care for your family properly?... Well I have. And let me tell you it is scary. And it's even more scary when the reason you were hurt is because someone was negligent. What do you do? Knowing life would never be the same... lingering pain, physical limitations... and what's worse is that it could happen to someone else at any moment. That's how I felt. I walked in to Mr. Musmanno's office not knowing what to expect. I had never met with an attorney for anything and I was scared. By the end of that first meeting I knew everything would be ok. Chris (as he told me to call him instead of Mr. Musmanno) explained everything in plain language. He walked me through all the steps of the legal process. My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.
In divorce, no one wins or loses. My JOD was fair and equitable at the end of the day which is what should have happened. Veronica accomplished that for me with honesty and sincerity from day one.

I am making this review on behalf of my fiancé and She has been so pleased with this law firm so far. From the lady answering the phones to the attorney Adam she has been really taken care of. We were searching online for a great law office to represent her for her needs and we found amazing reviews on this law firm. The reviews we read on Ashley the receptionist were completely outstanding and the whole experience she had with her on the phone was remarkable. She made her the consult appointment, was very caring and sweet when talking with her and seemed to really care about her needs and wants. Assured us if we had any questions or concerns we could reach out and that someone would be there to help us when we need it. She called us a few more times and was just so great again. She had her consult with the attorney a few weeks ago now and she was so pleased with him as well. He was very professional, cared for her and what she wanted and she trusted him very quickly. Jeff Dawson was hired by me for a very difficult personal injury case. Within a few months he organized my case obtained files and referred me to the appropriate doctors. In 2009 I was in a serious car accident where an uninsured drunk driver doing 85mph hit the car I was driving from behind as I was at a stand still on the 5 fwy. It was a nasty wreak. After getting out of the hospital I was lucky enough to have someone refer Mr. Dawson to me. He met with me immediately and treated me like my case was his number 1 priority. He was very straight with me about what to expect with the process. The insurance on the car I was driving was less than great, only had minimal coverage and like I stated the other driver was uninsured so it was going to be a fight. After all the medical treatment I received over the months to come it totalled out to around $38,000 and the policy only covered $30,000. That doesn't even count for the cost of the car and what Jeff Dawson's legal fee's would be. Jeff and his entire staff stayed in contact with me throughout the claim. It I had a question it either got answered right away or at most within 24 hours. They were all on top of their A game! When the case got settled I was worried about getting everything payed because it was way over the policy limits but Jeff said he would work with the doctors and insurance to get it handled. In the end, all my medical and the car got paid. I even got a call to swing by his office to pick up a check. I still have no clue how he did it but he had a check for $11,000 for me. He had explained in the beginning that if I would have set up my insurance differently, he would have been able to get me a lot more. Jeff is one of the brightess persons that I have met. He genuinely cares about your case and how your handling the situation you've been thrust into. He surrounds himself with the smartest people, great doctor referrals and made a horrible situation a lot less stressful. I have absolutely the utmost admiration for Jeff and the staff he employs. I have recommended him to family and friends. I can't give this guy enough credit, simply an amazing attorney and genuine person. Thanks Jeff Dawson!!!

I will keep this as brief as possible. My injuries were so devastating and life changing that I wanted nothing more than to forget about them. This "forgetting" included attempting to ignore any and all aspects of my case. To be honest, I would have quit my case just to be left alone and to be able to move on with my life. It didn't help that, in typical fashion, the defense had done everything in their power for years to blame the accident on me. After years of this and refusing to settle, the case finally went to trial in early 2013. If I remember correctly, it took a couple days of jury selection and on a Thursday or Friday Sean made his opening arguments and began examining expert witnesses. Long story short, when the weekend was over and we came back to court on Monday, the defense was ready to settle! It took a couple days of Sean putting witnesses on the stand for the defense to come to their senses. My life has changed dramatically since then...and for the better this time. To reiterate, I wanted nothing to do with this case for years and IT WAS MY CASE! Sean worked tirelessly for me and my life and I was THE most difficult client to work for. He never quit even when I wanted to. To this day I don not believe I would have won my case with anyone else fighting for me. These days I consider Sean one of my very good friends and I am endlessly thankful for his support.

My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. Our son had an accident after his first week of driving on his own. The person he pulled out in front of was injured and both vehicles were damaged beyond repair. We were suddenly served legal documents and were being sued. Mr. Scott was the attorney for our insurance company.
