Drew talked to me and consulted with me for at the end of his exhaustible day, guiding me with navigating through a case that his firm could not take as it required other type of law expertise. However, he still gave me name of other attorneys who could potentially help. I'm so grateful for his humanity especially when there's little out there to aspire to. I called Drew's firm to request a PI case representation. Though he could not take my specific case which is a defamation case, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave names of other attorneys who would hopefully be able to help me. I thought this was extremely kind and selfless in this era of no billable minute left unaccounted for. I was pushed around by so many scam firms as a business owner. Drew was a refreshing difference. When I first approached Mr. Gilbert to take my DUI case, he advised me that he typically doesn't do criminal law. However, upon my insistence he agreed to take my case. No only was I charged with a DUI, it had special circumstances that could have ended not so favorably for me. Mr. Gilbert not only did a full investigation, but also consulted with experts. Mr. Gilbert was able to reduce my DUI charge to a Negligence charge. Mr. Gilbert was professional, effective as well as making sure I knew how my decision to allegedly drink and drive could have had more dire consequences to not just me but to others. I recommend him with out hesitation and should you find yourself in a situation, criminal or not, where you need representation hire Mr. Gilbert!

I hired Emma Flynn to review a contract that covered my purchase of the business assets of my former boss. Since I was technically starting a new business, the main thing I needed was protection from any claims against the former business by the IRS or other parties. The contract had to be ready to sign in a short amount of time and Mrs. Flynn delivered. She ironed out what was basically a rough draft, adding language and clauses that would protect me and removing anything that was superfluous. Her communication was timely and professional. I was able to meet with her to discus the details of my contract and follow up emails were answered immediately. Her bill was clear and negotiated up front, making it easy for me to know what to expect and focus on giving her the information she needed to assist me. I contacted Anderson Law Firm right after my car was hit by an uninsured motorist. They assigned me to Robert and I'm extremely happy they did. You wouldn't think that your own insurance company would completely fight against an accident that wasn't your fault and drag out the case as long as humanly possible but Robert fought very hard for me. All I had to do was focus on getting better and Robert and his team handled the rest in paying my medical bills with the settlement and I even had done left for me in the end given how much my medical expenses were. In the beginning, the accident I was in, I felt I was being taken advantage of working on my own with the other parties insurance company. Asking Shauna Martin for help was the best decision I made. When I was hurt five years ago by doctors that I trusted in Casa Grande, I had no idea who to turn to. I read about Dr. Shah and Kyle Shelton online and met them both. I could tell right away that Dr. Shah, with his medical knowledge, was able to figure out how the medical malpractice happened to me. From that point forward, I knew I was in great hands. Kyle and Doc have treated me like family. I spoke with Kyle on Christmas one year, just to talk about my case. Kyle and Doc told me that they only take the cases where doctors clearly broke a safety rule and where someone has been seriously injured. I had a bicycle accident due to a neighbor's dog(s) charging me in the roadway causing a fall and significant damages to me. The neighbors are very nice people, but I decided to pursue a claim with their insurance company. I thought about trying to pursue my claim directly with the insurance company but decided that was not wise.
Since I did not have a lawyer, I used AVVO to find Dave Brassfield who had a strong numerical rating and outstanding personal recommendations. Additionally I could find nothing negative concerning his practice.
Dave was very professional and was able to achieve an amazing settlement in which the net proceeds were about 6 times the amount I thought I might achieve on my
own. And he handled everything quickly, professionally, and without hassle.

Arron was amazing and the process was quick and easy. I really had no worries the entire time, which after having a wreck is honestly, a huge relief. In my case, thank goodness, my wreck was not very extensive but no matter the size, having that happen to you can make you feel very unsure and worried about the future and how it is going to impact your life. Luckily for me, I never had to worry that my case was being handled. First off, I need you to know this is the very best law office in the entire Butte County area. They are extremely courteous, polite, professional and business oriented. Stewart is very upfront about what he thinks and never ever tells you what you want to hear. Brutal honesty is his policy. I had a very stale case that had been basically sitting for almost 2 years. I contacted Stewart and he informed me that it's not gonna be an easy settlement. However in the end he ended up getting all my bills paid, medical, MRI's, loans and still able to put cash in my pocket. I had an attorney before and they never returned calls, never answered questions and acted as though I was causing an issue when I did call. I never experienced this with Stewart's office. Mr. Galbraith did a great job of advising and representing me after I was hit by a car while I crossing a major street in a crosswalk. In the big scheme of things, this was minor, but it did keep me out of work several weeks and involved the need for physical therapy and I very much appreciated a professional advising me on this journey. Casey Stevens was my personal injury attorney for a fatal car accident that my 12 year old and I were involved in. It was a devastating experience and my son and I both sustained serious injuries.
