No joke, this is the best lawyer you will ever see in a courtroom. Just brilliant. And it’s really fun to watch. I've worked with a number of attorneys, and been to court with attorneys in business litigations. I have seen Mary Schultz try cases off and on—a lot of lawyers and others in the court system come to watch when she’s there. Amazing presence. Never overdone. Not hard or demanding--She just gets people. You can tell she loves what she does, and who she represents. I can't convince Mary to represent me on our business matters, because she only wants to do medical cases now, but we're fans for life. Absolutely recommended. You’re going to trial? Without peer.

I was injured two years ago in an accident that in no way was my fault. I was taken to the ER and immediately told I would need surgery. I didn’t have health insurance at the time and was worried about how I was going to pay for all of these unexpected medical expenses. During my hospitalization my husband contacted the Joye Law Firm. One of the best decisions we ever made! From the very start the truck company, driver, and insurance company involved claimed that even though a part of their vehicle had fallen off and hit me, it was not their fault. They denied any wrong doing and did not feel that they should be in any way responsible for me or my medical costs. It was a fight right from the beginning and not something myself, nor my husband, would have been able to handle on our own. We were faced with every hurdle you could possibly imagine: evidence getting thrown away, records and logs not being made available, doctors stating I was fine despite still suffering a broken bone that nobody thought needed to fixed. Seriously, you name it and it was an issue for us. The Joye Law Firm was there with us every single step of the way! They constantly were looking and fighting for what was in my best interest. Without their help my medical bills would have not been covered and I would be in serious financial distress, I would still be in need of a second surgery (in pain everyday as a result), and a host of issues I’d still be facing; in other words, I’d be in a completely different situation then I am in right now. I thought that I could deal directly with the insurance company regarding my accident that caused injuries. My brother who is in insurance told me to hire a good lawyer to represent me. This occured after being frustrated with the other persons insurance adjuster. I couldn't have found a better one in Mark Joye. He was kind, personable and offered great advice. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. His first concern to get me the medical treatments to help me get better. Which I definitely appreciated.

They say three times a charm. I was involved in a slip and fall in Utah however I live in the state of New York. I was required to be represented by an attorney in Utah. That made things extremely hard . Trusting people you never met and just holding on to their words. I had two previous attorney's who just didn't want to put the work in and kept using the fact that where I lived made things harder. After they both dropped me I called around and came across Gabriel. I knew after the first conversation he meant business. Was this case going to be a challenge bc of living across the country and depending on zoom calls due to the pandemic yes but him and his team proved to me that they were in it for the long hall. I admired the way he looked at this case. He was always confident, honest and knew how to speak to me when things would got difficult. Gabriel is a 10 star attorney. I have been searching for help with a troublesome situation I encountered with the University Neuropsychiatric Institute, Mobile Crisis Team. Gabriel was not like the other lawyers who I had brief phone conversations with. Gabriel gave great attention to the matter I proposed to him, and discussed with me the possibilities. He didn’t feel however that he could take my case, but left me feeling a level of comfort I have not received from the various attorneys. I have worked with many attorneys. Most work well, bill semi-honestly and most are afraid to go to trial. Gabe is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has no hesitation pushing issues through to trial. There is not a glimpse of intimidation where most attorneys will do whatever it takes to avoid the complexities of litigation and trial work. That being said, if it is in a clients best interest, Gabe will settle and avoid trial but he has no fear. He is aggressive and will get you the results you would expect from a high profile law firm without the high profile law firm prices. I would recommend Gabe to anyone for anything, but especially for litigation/PI and Medical Malpractice issues. I have not had to use Gabe for medical malpractice or personal injury issues for myself but I have referred people who did and they were very happy.

I had never been involved in anything court related in my entire 60 years. I got injured quite significantly & had no clue how anything worked. I am so glad Lauren was my attorney. October 2017, we were rear ended which forced us into the vehicle in front of us. After trying to deal with their insurance and ours, our son's father-in-law referred us to Clark Richter. As far as attorney's go John Lawlor is an knowledgeable;e, professional and respectful as they get. I was told by a friend that Steve Hoskins was a good attorney. I called when I had my accident, he held my hand throughout the whole process.
