Fetterman & Associates handled a case for me 12 years ago. I respected and appreciated how well Mr. Fetterman and his staff treated my wife and myself during our case. I learned of Vito after experiencing a very sudden car accident in which the driver of our vehicle had zero fault in. However because we didn't have adequate coverage, my injuries were about to have to come out of my pocket, that is until my mother-in-law advised me to allow an attorney to look over and review everything before I signed off on anything that pertained to this accident. I had just so happened to have just received a brochure in the mail from Hupy and Abraham, so I gave them a call. They were very sympathetic to my situation and even sent out a representative to my home for my initial consultation. After signing up with them, all of the bill collectors that were hounding me in regards to this accident just stopped calling. It took awhile for the proceedings to be completed, and I was only seeking the medical damages that were incurred from this accident. Well, after negotiations with Vito, I not only got my medical bills paid, but I had enough left over to pay some additional bills , as well as to take a trip to the Islands for a few days. I was so satisfied that I hired him for another accident where a driver rear ended me and totaled my car. Needless to say, that he did the same thing for this case. However, what did take me by total shock was that, during his negotiations, I assume that he didn't agree with the finalized amount. I say this because he called me and said that we had won "x" amount of dollars but after paying everyone that needed to be reimbursed, I would only be left with a very small amount. It was at this point that he told me that he would make sure that I got at least "x" dollars back, even if it meant that the difference would have to be taken out of his fee. I had never heard any attorney offer to forego their own fee. This meant that he would have just done all of that successful work that he had done for absolutely nothing. How many other attorneys have you heard say something like this to you? Of course, from now on, Vito will be my go to guy if I ever need help after any type of automotive accident. He truly earns his living and has shown me what a loving and genuinely concerned attorney acts ike!

Sean took my case ,which was anything but a sure thing. He never gave up, keeping me up to speed the entire way. Mr Phelan called routinley to keep me informed ,as well as to check on my health, and made himself availiable to me without wait any time I needed him. Mia Frieder
Mia worked on a car accident case for me from 2014 to 2017. I had numerous treatments and in the end had to have major back surgery. The insurance Company never made me any offer of settlement. Mia was able to obtain settlements from three different insurance Company.
I can cannot say enough about Mia. You could not ask for more in an Attorney. Mia is a caring person and puts the client first. She takes time to understand her client’s needs and works one on one through out the process. She keeps you up to date on your case at all times. You are never left in the dark as to the status of your case. From day one she was like a very close caring friend and remained that way over the (3) three years she worked with me.

I then hired Ron Hilley who got me a settlement many times the amount that the first attorney said my case was worth. While my workers' compensation case was going on, Mia Frieder told me that she thought that we could sue the building for my fall. The building owners would not settle without a lawsuit. Paul Matiasic represented me in an accident case where I almost got ripped off by the insurance company. The case took a little longer, but Paul and his team (Justin White) never gave up on me. They called/email every week to make sure I was feeling okay and gave me the status of the case.

I found Mr. Matiasic online and he was the only one of three other lawyers who responded wanting more info. The others did not want to persue the case, thinking it hard to prove. Mr. Matiasic was the only one who asked to meet with me personally to discuss the case and it was only with Mr. Matiasic asking questions and explaining to me the what we needed to prove, that I was able to give him the solid information (photos) that resulted in a successful settlement. In my injury case I had hired 2 other attorneys, who did not return my calls or take interest in my case. I was miserable with my injuries, trying to recover and the people I hired to protect my rights. Mr. Dickinson took my case in the direction that was needed. He is a man of action and true to his word. Mr. Dickinson and his team were responsive to me and let me know what steps were being taken and what was needed from me. He did not allow the apposing attorneys take the lead in the direction of my case; he truly battled them on the legal front. My case was unique in that is was both workers compensation and personal injury. His recommendation for a workers compensation attorney to assist was and excellent choice as well. In September of 2019, I had the please of meeting Stephen as a referral for being an excellent personal injury/accident lawyer. After our first meeting/consultation, I immediately felt at ease and comforted to know that he was going to come to an expedient and positive resolution of an otherwise unnecessary accident.
This accident could have been completely avoided altogether had the driver of the vehicle that literally ran over the front of my car, hence not paying any mind that I was parked stationary, directly behind him.
As a result of same, the front end of my car was ripped away and crushed, also causing 2 herniated discs, for which I had to undergo months of rehab treatment and pain management/several injections in my back.
After several months of treatments, diving a crippled vehicle, Stephen was able to come to a superior resolution, which in turn paid all medical expenses, car repairs, etc., leaving me at the end with no liability. I was more than happy with the results, as a matter of fact, extremely impressed by his professionalism, perseverance and follow through, to ensure that I got maximum results and 100% liability remained on the driver/fuel truck at fault. He is extremely thorough, well versed and has excellent negotiation skills! He was also able to save the extreme court costs that would have been incurred if we had been forced through the process of mediation, multiple depositions and trial.

I would highly recommend Mr. Pagliarini as being extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family for over 20 years and will continue to do so. He treats you like a person and not a number. A few years ago, I was rear ended in a motor vehicle accident which hurt my neck, shoulders and back. Unfortunately, my insurance company was the same as the driver that hit me. I reached out to a number of different attorneys before retaining Jeffrey Marquart. When explaining the details of my accident most were not interested due to nature of the case or never returned my calls.
Not only did Jeff return my call, he spent about 35 to 40 minutes on the phone with me and answered every question I had asked. During the initial office consultation, he was not only extremely knowledgeable in product design defects but also extremely professional and friendly putting my wife and I completely at ease.

No one knows what happens in next movement
On way back to home from work I & wife met with an car accident (with no fault).Car totalled and we injured severely, ended up in ER.

Adam and the entire team at Zayed Law Offices were fantastic throughout my entire case. You can tell that they truly care about you as a person and not just your case. When I first met with Adam about my case he made me feel comfortable and seemed like he honestly cared about my health and stress. He didn't see me as just $$ like most other offices did. My husband was hit by a negligent young driver. The insurance company for that driver was a bottom of the barrel outfit that didn't even want to accept fault even though the police report said it was her fault and a completely independent witness said it was her fault. We were referred to Jonathan and when he met with us initially he told us that the claim should be resolved pretty swiftly, but warned us that the insurance on the other side was substandard and that waters could get choppy.
That insurance company tried to low ball us from the beginning, but Jonathan made them pay for it in the end. Their offer didn't double after we hired Jonathan, it didn't triple, it went up about five times. It's not that we wanted a big pay day, we wanted fair compensation for all of my husband's injuries. His rotator cuff was torn in that crash, and that's not small potatoes.
I would hire Jonathan if you want someone that's going to deal with you directly, talk to you straight so that you can understand what's going on, and someone that's going to fight with all he can to hold the responsible parties accountable.

I was hit by a young driver that failed to yield making a left turn. Liability was clear from the start. The policeman wrote her a ticket, an independent witness called the cops and spoke to the officer at the scene, and they totaled out my baby (favorite car) right away. But when it came time to take responsibility and to pay for my medical bills, they offered far less than the total bills, from the ER trip.
That's when I called Jonathan. He met with me and laid out a strategy to fight for me so I got what I deserved Well, that insurance company went from bad to worse. So Jonathan sued. We went through the litigation process, depositions, and all of the discovery process. After the case was put on a trial calendar and ordered to mediation, we walked in with a $ 0 offer. That's right, the insurance company pulled the little they offered me shortly after the wreck. But Jonathan was just getting to work.
Jonathan fought for me, worked the mediator, and insurance defense attorneys to the point of no return. He explained to them how they faced serious bad faith if they did not offer me the policy limits for the claim. By the end of the mediation, I had received an offer for the full policy limits of $ 25,000. A few weeks later, I go an offer for the full policy limits of my underinsured coverage, $ 30,000 more. He went from $ 0 to the maximum coverage, the hard way. The long way, and the right way.
I wouldn't have gotten anything close to that amount without Jonathan's help, his knowledge, and his willingness to fight for my justice. I never wanted a handout, but I didn't want to be shorted. Jonathan got me what I deserved, and I've already recommended him to family and friends, who have been just as pleased.
