Jim Penney has successfully assisted with multiple unfortunate civil issues encountered here in Southeastern Arizona.
In a government position, a female co-worker made bogus accusations that she had been sexually harassed. When it came time for the deposition, she suddenly had a severe case of amnesia and in fact became quite angry when Jim caught her in her insatiable scenario of lies.
At a retail store, a female manager kept using unwelcomed words of endearment such as “hon, daring, sweetie…” when we were not dating. After multiple requests to stop such conduct, termination was the ultimate punishment. Jim was able to obtain a “Right to Sue Letter” from the E.E.O.C.
An H.O.A. President felt it was OK for females to enter the Men’s shower facility unannounced. An effective but diplomatic warning from Jim took care of that problem.
Another employer felt it was appropriate to terminate an employee for reporting serious health and safety issues on the job site in addition to known sex offenders hanging out in the children’s area. His representation earned an unemployment insurance claim.

My case was already complicated by the time I met Attorney J. Dan Clark. He successfully settled my case in mediation and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. There was a substantial hospital lien which Attorney Clark was able to resolve as well. Chris and his Para-legal Ashley were great to work with. Most of our contact was with Ashley who handled all questions and advised us as the case progressed. Chris was great at the deposition and the pre-deposition set my wife's mind at ease since she has never been in a legal setting. The mediation went well with Chris there for us. I was referred to this law firm by another lawyer. He felt that Chelsea's firm would be a better fit for my case, a fall injury on private property. I have to say, from day one, that this firm was helpful and everyone I dealt with was polite and very caring. I would recommend Chelsea and her firm to anyone.

The most proactive & professional attorney. Greg Zele is the attorney you would be stupid to not hire. Cant say enough about good things Jeff Berman and his firm. I had an issue where my rights were violated while I was visiting FL. I had actually consulted informally with an Attorney I know in my home state who advised me "there may not be anything worth pursuing and while what happened was wrong, I may just have to let it go". Well, Im happy I decided to consult with Jeff. He took the time to really examine what occurred and he agreed that my rights had been violated and action should be taken. Not only did Jeff take the case, he pursued it aggressively and with passion. I came away very impressed. My goal with my case wasnt necessarily a monetary award as much as it was holding the other parties accountable, but the monetary award Jeff was able to obtain was definitely a pleasant surprise. I hired Amy in 2015, after a jeep ran his red light and crashed into my car and totalled it. I had a massive concussion and extreme vertigo for months afterwards. {... also having had a crippling injury from years prior, that no doctor or surgeon could correct at that time...} the man's insurance company decided, because of my prior injuries, to offer no more than a 'penance' settlement.

Jason Sandene assisted me with a car accident settlement recently. It was complex and could've easily gone to trial, but with his and his team's support, advice, and effectiveness, I received what I believe was a better settlement than had I done it on my own. Jason Pearl has been a go to several times for injury claims. Unfortunately, myself and my family have been prone to a long line of accidents. Including one that nearly took my life by a drunk driver. I have never dealt with someone who is more compassionate about his clients then him. He listens to his clients instead of talking over them and always puts the ball in their court and gives them the final say. He advises his clients honestly of all possible outcome based on all possible decisions. The one time I didn’t use him (at my wife’s insistence) it turned into a three ring circus and I had to do the attorney’s job for them. His office staff is just as phenomenal as he is. If you are injured in any way I strongly suggest you speak with Jason first. He won’t necessarily paint you a rosy picture but will give you honest advice which is highly unusual this day and age. I was in 2 automobile crashes in 2011, neither of which were my fault. Both parties were found at fault. I was injured in both of them, but the second was much more serious. I found Don by searching on the web. There was no way I wanted to hire one of the attorneys who inundate our airwaves. Don's site is very informative and easy to understand. After talking with him after my first accident, I was impressed that he does virtually everything himself. He did a wonderful job taking care of everything. I had only been released from my accident 2 weeks when I was struck by a car that ran a red light. I again called Don to represent me. I won't go into any details of injury or settlement, but I do want to say how pleased I was with Don. He stayed on top of things and answered my emails promptly. He would even answer if he was out of town to let me know he got my message and would get back to me about an issue as soon as he could. What else can I say? If you need a personal injury attorney, Don Harvey will exceed your expectations. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, Don will be my only choice.

My husband and I met Mr. Crowe a couple of years ago when my husband was involved in a hit and run accident on his Harley Davidson. Someone hit him and left him laying in the road. I contacted a random attorney that I googled in Conyers, GA where we live. I explained to him what had taken place and shared my concerns with him regarding all of the medical bills that we were facing and all of the Doctor's appointments and physical therapy appointments that we were looking at. From the very beginning, Mr. Crowe was helpful and walked us through everything that we were dealing with. He was so knowledgeable and agreed to meet with us immediately. He even drove out to our home. A lot of Attorneys are arrogant and are only interested in high dollar cases. I never got that feeling from Mr. Crowe. The name of the Law Office that he practices at is Tolliver and Gainer. They are located in old town Conyers. The entire staff has always been friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family right away. Mr. Crowe was able to obtain compensation for my husbands injury even though the person that hit him left the scene of the accident. Matthew, took an my highly complicated case. (I had previously hired, several other attorneys from T.V)., and they failed to get me any results.

Myrlin was invaluable in helping me through a difficult time. After my cycling accident, caused by an uncovered man-made hole on a city road, I suffered a serious shoulder injury. Because of the accident, I needed shoulder surgery. To my amazement, the city did not take responsibility for the uncovered man-made hole in the road. On Halloween night, 2013, I was struck by a car while crossing the street in a crosswalk. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and diagnosed with a fractured scull and a broken leg. When I returned home 3 weeks later I called Mark Iezza to represent me with the person that had hit me and his insurance company. Mark and I met on Thanksgiving day, and he got right to work.
The insurance company told us that the claim was not worth the maximum allowed settlement, so before there meeting to present there official offer, Mark called the head of the claims department (who ho knew) and explained that he had plenty of documented evidence to support a claim for the maximum payment. Soon after, Valentines Day, Mark called me and said that the Insurance company was going to settle for the full amount we were asking for, $3000,000.
After The lawyer's fee and medical expenses I received a check for over $181,000 in March of 2014. From the time of the accident till the claim was settled was less than 4 months. The money made sure that I did not suffer financially from this ordeal.
