Attorney Readyoff represented us in a LL/tenant matter (as property owners) and we are confident his careful and measured approach was crucial in the matter being resolved quickly and without complication. I was angry about the issue we brought to him, and without judgement of my emotions, he suggested a solution that initially seemed very procedural to me, but we fully committed to his recommendation. Once he started the process, things changed drastically with the tenant. In ways, it appeared very little happened, but it made all the difference: we regained possession of the property. He never personally contacted the tenant and reminded us not to engage them. Such matters are never comfortable, but Dan's professionalism and graciousness toward everyone made things manageable. I really respect the way he handled this matter, and I appreciate the outcome. We are grateful for Attorney Readyoff's help.

Alan Harrison has done several utility patents for me in the field of ophthalmic multifocal lenses. Not only all of my patent applications were successful and patents were issued. Within the last 12 months I have filed 2 US utility patents applications; the first patent letter of allowance we have received the letter of allowance from USPTO in THREE (3) months, the second patent was issued in 6 months. Attorney Donohue provided my wife and I services for the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. The sale of the previous home was a standard transaction. The purchase of the new home was complicated to say the least. Attorney Donohue was able to clearly layout all of our options at each decision point throughout the process and we were able to complete the purchase of the home of our dreams. Atty Klein took on a High Profile case for a family member and was able to Succeed in the best possible outcome for our family. Communication is big for me and although he has lot on his plate he made sure to be easily accessible via in person and phone. Atty Klein allowed for our family to communicate with him via his personal cell at any time of the day and night to answer questions and advise on what to do in times where our backs were against the wall. I would also like to Thank Atty Klein's Secretary Ms. Mary who goes above and beyond to keep clients updated when Atty Klein is not available. I have had a mental health condition for over 25 years now and because I often refused to take my medication I racked up a pretty extensive criminal history. A rap sheet. When I received charges of Robbery, Threatening, and Assault I feared I would be doing some more jail time probably like a year or so. Fortunately, a bail bondsman recommended Attorney Klein to my wife. We had a consultation with him. After reading the police report and asking me a few questions Atty. Klein immediately noticed that there was no Robbery and no way that a judge would convict me on that charge. Right away he was going to take the felony out of the equation. He also said that because there were mitigating circumstances he could probably get the two misdemeanors of 2nd degree Threatening and 3rd degree Assault reduced to probation. I was confident in his ability after speaking with him and seeing some of his testimonials on the wall in his waiting room. So we retained him. In the first meeting with the prosecutor, the prosecutor brought to the surface that I had fourteen convictions. I was worried, but confident in my counsel. Atty. Klein did just what he said he was going to do and he got the Robbery charge thrown out. So now we were left with two charges, one of them being violent. Atty. Klein told the prosecutor we could settle with a short amount of probation. I was still a little worried that the prosecutor might not agree to my Attorney's proposal but Atty. Klein informed me that the prosecutor was considering it based on how the victim reacted. So we had to wait longer while the victim's advocate did their job. It turns out God was with me because the victim did not want to condemn me but just to see me get some help. So when all the dust finally cleared after long continuances do to Covid 19. Atty. Klein did exactly what he said he could do in his consultation and the Robbery charge was dismissed and I was able to plead out to two misdemeanors and ended up with a short probation. At the time I was eligible for a public defender, but after years of dealing with court system I know that had I chose to take that course my outcome would not have been as good. A public defender also known as public pretender in the incarceration system and is a state's attorney just as a prosecutor is a state's attorney. In my experience they are just there to facilitate ease of operations between the judge and the prosecutor and the accused. They don't take the time to really hear you out or fight for your case. If you are facing charges spend the money and hire a good private attorney because in the long run you'll be glad you did. And if you need to hire a good private attorney hire Atty. Klein in Hartford. He is a powerful lawyer with almost 50 years of experience. He was able to keep me out of jail and he can do it for you too.

Steven Allinson is a highly professional Attorney who advised and represented me throughout the Probate of my sister's estate. Mr. Allinson was very knowledgeable and explained clearly the various facets of the process. He was always very responsive and kept me informed of developments notwithstanding the added challenges of Covid and my being out of state. His fees seemed very reasonable and he provided helpful guidance that enabled me to complete some of the more straightforward steps on my own. In addition, he recommended a very responsible CPA to prepare taxes for the estate. In short, it was a real pleasure working with Mr. Allinson, whom I wholeheartedly recommend.

Lillian Miller was recommended by a friend to do estate planning for me. She did a great job. She met with me and my two children, where we discussed our situation and our needs. She listened very well, and took the time to understand us. She asked many questions, so she could get a clearer picture of what I would like to accomplish and avoid in the event of my death or incapacitation. She spent a great deal of time explaining to us what our options were, and what advantages or disadvantages there would be depending on the choices that were made. She was prompt in returning phone calls or emails. Her fees were reasonable. I would highly recommend her as an estate planning attorney.

I was injured on the job in January 2016. Adam came to my home as I was disabled. He explained the application process for me to apply for SSD- and told me that as with most people, I would probably be initially denied. I was and Adam went to work on my appeal process and kept me informed every step of the way and was the most responsive Attorney I have ever had, answering any questions I had, often on the same day. His two para-legals, Nancy & Brittany are also top-notch.. what a team! Well, while it is not the norm, I was approved for my SSD benefits some months after my appeal. My boyfriend found Katie and Robert Fortgang on this website. They were both very helpful and very straight forward no funny business. If I had questions or concerns Katie came back with quick thorough answers through email or by phone. They made the whole process very easy. I retained Attorney Feldman for the negotiation and handling of the sale of our property in Hamden. Since I had already relocated overseas most of the transaction happened over phone, Skype and e-mail. He did an outstanding job assisting me during the negotiation phase with the buyer through drafting the contract and closing. I feel I got the best possible advice and could trust him 150%. Communications were efficient and clear. No surprises. I can recommend Mr Feldman without reservations.

My child has a learning disability and after being denied by the school board that they would not place my child out of district to be educated to accommodate his educational needs I needed help in getting my child in a school that was appropriate for him. I spoke with Attorney Keller and express my concerns on the denial and how i felt about my child being in a school environment that i did not feel safe about. I felt Attorney Keller understood exactly want i was seeking and what was appropriate and right concerning my child. She was right there from the onset of my case to the end. Very well prepared proactively communicated with me on an ongoing basis. I was so Pleased in the way she communicated to the board of ed my feelings and thoughts on there denial. Before Robin the school my son was attending didn't provide appropriate support and continued to say "no" to everything I asked for. Now my son is in an appropriate setting, with an amazing team, & amazing education plan. This is because Robin provided data supporting counsel and didn't take " no" for an answer.
