It is with pleasure I write this review of Atty Leonard “ Lenny “Isaac. I’m not sure any amount of words will do justice for how I feel about the professionalism and knowledge that Lenny utilized while handling my affairs. He is absolutely one of the finest Attys I’ve used over the last 35 plus years in business. He cares about the client. He fights hard to protect his clients and in this case successfully saw my situation to the desired conclusion. I can say with great confidence that anyone who makes the choice to hire him will never regret it. My case was against an insurance company that was not dealing fairly and resulted in the need for Legal representation. I’m sure the process would not have been handled as efficiently as it was with Lenny had I used another law firm. Thank you Lenny.

I got to know attorney Rapice when i was searching online for legal help for a tenant landlord case. When I called him, he was super attentive and spent so much time to hear my case, he then provided me with the most honest evaluation of my case. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to help me settle the case with the defendant. He had numerous phone calls with the defendant's lawyers and could successfully negotiate a settlement at a much higher value than I expected. The best thing about him is that he is not there to waste your time or drag your case through court, he is here to HELP YOU! Richard reached out to me as soon as I posted my question and asked that I call him for assistance. He was able to provide me with as much as guidance as possible. Richard successfully put my mind at ease after providing me with a few different options and paths I could take. Although he was unable to represent us due to the distance he provided me with potential attorneys that could assist me in my situation. Richard was still reaching out days after he gave me another attorney's number to confirm we have been receiving assistance through that other avenue! I am very pleased with his concern and empathy.

I was rear ended while sitting at a stop sign and my car was totaled. I had no idea what to do being this was the first accident I had been in since I was a teen and I'm now 62. I was told to look for a lawyer, I had asked around but none were forthcoming, so I looked online and Christopher Dolin was the first lawyer I found. I read his reviews and something just felt right about him. I'm glad I followed my instincts. Being I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to these matters, Chris was very patient with me and he explained everything in detail. My case was solved in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the results. Having been involved in a motor vehicle accident, I knew that I needed an attorney. Unaware of the response it would yield, I went online, filled out an inquiry, and submitted it. It was a kind of pseudo- questionnaire requiring me to provide the details of my accident and a description of the injuries I’d sustained. My hope was to be contacted by a reputable counselor, one specializing in personal injury, the law of torts. Expecting nothing in the way of quick results, I was surprised when I was suddenly inundated with calls from a host of attorneys, most of whom sounded like they were more interested in dollars and cents than they were about my welfare. Now, some may consider my attitude a bit persnickety, but I was completely turned off by the manner in which I was dealt with. After-all, I wanted someone to represent me who was just as interested in my welfare as they were about filling their coffers. At any rate, what I decided to do was plod a serendipitous course and look in the phone book to find a lawyer, one in close proximity to my home. Today, I’m grateful that I did, for in pursuing this course I crossed paths wit Chris Donlin, Esq, a lawyer who answers my calls, responds to my texts, and, perhaps most importantly, takes time to answer my questions. I was impressed with Chris from the first, for as we talked via phone he spoke to me as if I really mattered; like he was concerned about the effects of my traumatic experience; an experience that left me hurting, both physically and mentally, and not a little bit confused. Then, too, once we’d met face-to-face, Chris exuded sincerity, emitted professionalism, manifested an uncanny grasp of personal injury law. It was these factors, among others, that indicated to me that in choosing Chris for my attorney I’d have a counselor who’d heard the clarion call for justice; the call for not only fairness and equity, but the summons for compassion, the demand for concern, the dictate for an in-depth knowledge of personal injurty law. Thus it is that I have no qualms about saying Chris Donlin is an attorney par excellence, one who has arisen at a time when mediocrity emerges with the frequency of the sun’s daily rising; a time when many, no longer walking in bright halls of integrity, now trudge through dark dungeons of greed. But having eschewed a mediocrity-laden, quick-buck mentality, Christ Dolin is a cut above the rest. In fact, he’s time and time again shown me that he intends to live out the promise he’s made to all of his clients: “. . . to relentlessly fight to help every client get back on his or her feet as quickly as possible and get the compensation they deserve”. While representing me, Chris has done not one iota less than that which he’s promised, and I don’t believe he ever will. I am quite impressed with Chris Donlin, as a legal scholar, a gentleman, and as a human being.

I recently used Lisa for a personal family case. Lisa was very professional but also made me feel like a friend. My husband and I had had individual estate planning documents (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Medical Directives) drawn up during a period when we lived out-of-state. When returning to CT, it was high on our priority list to identify an attorney with the right expertise to assess the adequacy of what was in place and develop whatever changes/additions necessary to conform with CT statues and be as prepared as possible for Probate. For us, not only were we seeking an individual with extensive experience, but we also felt the need for a personal connection; an attorney who could inform, explain and make recommendations in "laymen's terms" and give us the confidence that everything that we needed for our particular circumstances would be prepared promptly and for a reasonable fee. Staff personality was also important. Not to be cliche, but Gerald Shea and his team "checked all the boxes." Two weeks from the time of our initial (free) consultation, we had fully executed, complete documents in our hands. During this process, we learned that our prior Wills were deficient, lacking the details that would have distributed our estate to the appropriate heirs according to our wishes as a blended family. What peace of mind this has brought! We also know that Gerry is there for us for any future questions we may have and/or if there are legal changes that require updating.

Attorney Sobin recently represented me on my motor vehicle accident case, and I have to say that his work ethic combined with his empathy was extraordinary. He treated me as if my case were the only one on his desk, which I know was the farthest thing from the truth. Attorney Sobin was always available to answer my many, many questions and never once made me feel bad about my inquisitive nature. He managed to seek out little details that I think even surprised the opposing attorney! At times I was unsure that I wanted to follow through due to the long process, but his confidence in my case kept me going. Ultimately, it paid off! Where to begin, because I didn't when I got arrested and falsely charged with a dui. I called a couple other lawyers and firms and didn't have any good feelings about who I talked to, felt like they just wanted my money. Tamar gave me excellent advise and made me have no worries proceeding forward with her representation. We went to several hearings with the outcome still wanting to charge me with my crimes, but Tamar took no for an answer she knew something wasn't right with how everything went down that night for me. After a few months and a couple hearings later my case we dropped and only a small fine was acquitted towards me, she saved my future this is something that could of greatly affected me and ruined my life in many ways. I'm very grateful for Tamar's efforts, professionalism, and kindness I highly recommend using her in any situation you may have.

I was referred to Tamar by my custody lawyer Anthony Solomine for a unjustified dui pullover. From the moment I consulted with Tamar I knew she was on her game and the lawyer for me. The night after I hired her she contacted me and had already been in touch with the PD and DMV for my case. She went above and beyond what I expected from any lawyer on a case like this. She was very thorough and always prepared. Getting me sentenced to the least possible charges with this case. I plan on keeping Anthony and her as my lawyers and already have referred her to several people. We hired Tim and his firm to help on a managed care dispute where we felt we were owed a significant amount of money and were having difficulties resolving it independently. They handled the case impeccably. Their inside knowledge of the company and the people involved was instrumental and helped expedite things. They researched our claims thoroughly and put together a case that was almost impossible to dispute. Most importantly, they were appropriately aggressive and achieved an extremely favorable outcome for us but did it in a way that allowed us to maintain a cordial continuing relationship with the company. We have dealt with many lawyers and many firms and this was one of the most satisfying experiences I have ever had. On a personal level, Tim was a pleasure to work with. He is calm, reassuring, does not patronize, lays out both the good and the bad, is timely and stands by his work. Everyone at the firm was professional and always helpful. Martha’s in-depth knowledge of environmental law and issues and her skills as a litigator saved our organization on several fronts. In conflicts with municipal and State agencies over environmental pollution claims, she was adroit in developing defenses that resolved those issues as well as forestalling future claims. She was equally adept in the court room, securing a solid win for us when litigants attempted to shut down our entire operation. She then guided us through the arduous process of obtaining local, State, and Federal permits for site improvements in State and Federal wetlands. She is skillful in her field of law, and pleasant to work with…a winning combination.

I am one of the officers of the Metacon Gun Club in Simsbury, CT. Several years ago the club was subjected to an intense attack by some of our neighbors who used every avenue possible to shut us down, including lawsuits at both the state and federal level on environmental grounds. The club retained Martha to represent us and after a long and exasperating battle we prevailed in both cases and are still operating to this day. The suit in federal court was even appealed and we survived that also. Martha's firm was able to tie our case to a recently-won Supreme Court victory in the environmental field and the group that had won that case took the lead in defending our case also, which saved us a lot of money. Without the services of a very knowledgeable and energetic attorney our club would surely have been shut down. We had to deal with local, state and federal agencies on matters of safety, design, operations, and environmental stewardship and Martha was invaluable in helping us navigate the difficult and sometimes exasperating path through all the requirements and regulations that are in effect these days. She was able to guide a bunch of laymen through a very difficult battle and kept us on the path to victory with grace and humor, which helped a lot.

We are owners of two properties that were once used as gas stations; we never owned or operated the stations. Both properties have/had environmental issues relative to the past uses. Vincent first saw me talking to the prosecutor in the local court house about an unfair violation ticket given that had consequences i would unlikely get out of, especially on my own. Mr. Fazzone saw me and felt the urge to come up to me, not only calm me down but kindly explain how he could help. He gave me his card, i called, the rest was history. He went above and beyond to fight for me countless times for nearly a year before finally WINNING my case! Kerry is awesome, plain and simple. He responds to phone calls and text messages promptly and even outside of normal business hours, he is very understanding and does not judge you or make you feel like crap and has been very understanding in a situation where anyone else would have gotten fed up and just stopped dealing with me. Kerry is very knowledgeable, articulate and appears to be highly respected in the courtroom. I hired Beth to represent my college child for an on campus incident. She was forthright, professional, honest and compasssionate at every phase. Attorney Jennifer Rossi recently represented me in an issue that had me at odds with the State of Ct Health Dept. The State either wanted me to fix a “problem” with a job I performed many years ago or hand them my license to do business in Ct. Atty.
