My wife and I were referred to Joe by a financial advisor who had referred several people previously to Joe. He endorsed Joe highly. We enjoyed Joe personally but I was initially surprised by the cost of having our family trust and will restated. I even returned to my advisor to ask him if the service really was worth the cost and time. He reassured me and we pressed forward. I am so glad that we did! Due to the thorough process he took us through, we now have a plan that is customized for us with protections that we had no idea even existed. My mother and I hired Joseph after my grandmothers death, and again after my grandfathers death to help us navigate the legal system in regards to wills, etc. He has been incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and considerate of us the entire time. Wendy was excellent. I wouldn't have prevailed without her. There is still another issue on my journey in dealing with the discrimination against by my employer that I am attempting to resolve on my own. If I am unsuccessful in my attempt to resolve this on my own then I intend to re-hire Wendy for her further assistance. Her office is extremely busy, so patience with her schedule is necessary, but well worth the time.

Ms. Earle has demonstrated her excellent skills both inside and out of the courtroom. Her communication skills have been excellent. She answers every question, and remarkably, often states the exact code or statute applicable in support of her answer. She is absolutely focused on the tasks at hand. As a type A personality myself, I can assure you of the thorough, exacting, accurate, error-free, complete, and timely work products she provides. At the same time, while she is very personable, there is no "wasting" of time to "pad" the billing and charge more in fees. I have never felt any of the fees charged have been unreasonable or exaggerated in any way. Before hiring Ms. Earle, and with an awareness she has a litigation practice, we questioned Ms. Earle about her experience. We were amazed at the amount and variety of cases as well as the levels of courts she has had very successful experiences with. Wendy replaced an attorney who did incredible damage to our interests. I didn't realize the true extent of the damage until hiring a thoroughly competent attorney, Wendy Earle. Our unfortunate situation would have been entirely different had Ms. Earle handled the issues in the first place. Lesson well learned but at a severe cost both financially and emotionally as the other attorney was well paid for her incompetence. Michael Johnson was able to take on an extremely complicated case on short notice and complete what was requested in a reasonable period of time. I had spent a bunch of money with another law firm who kept saying they were doing things but never actually doing what was asked. Michael picked up the case and was able to figure out what was going on and complete what was requested in the amount of time requested and did it for an extremely reasonable price! I've had over a dozen attorneys to date and definitely the best by far! Highly professional and recommended for anyone that wants to make sure they're getting the most value for their money!

My wife and I hired Michael to facilitate the adoption of our grand-daughter. A few years prior, we had a different lawyer help us establish guardianship of her and we were not at all pleased with that lawyer so, needless to say, we were skeptical of lawyers prior to meeting with Michael. In our first meeting, Michael told us what to expect in this process from beginning to end and stated his fee up front and advised us to expect a few other court costs as well. Everything he said on day one is pretty much how the entire process unfolded. No unexpected charges or unexpected hoops to jump through. A lot had to be done to accomplish the adoption, but none of it was unexpected. Also, Michael was very patient with us, answered phone calls or returned them promptly and always answered emails promptly. For our needs and expectations, Michael was and will be a great asset. We plan on using him again early next year for some estate planning. Highly recommended.

Mandy Davis of this law firm handled the sale of my property in salmon, idaho, for alliance title.
Her failures to inform us of essential information resulted in weeks of delays and a sale price reduction of thousands of dollars to keep the buyer. It took dozens of emails & phone calls asking her what forms she needed with her replying with only the generic title, which we ultimately had to determine on our own. She lacked common knowledge about probate laws and refused to do anything to help us or figure it out herself. I don’t know if she is a lawyer but i will pass this on as a complaint to the state bar association about this law firm.

Over the past forty-seven years I have had to hire a lawyer at least a half dozen times. I have a very dim view of the overwhelming majority of lawyers. Most lawyers are not worth the hourly rate they demand, and are not professionals. I could continue stating negative characteristics that most lawyers possess; however, the purpose of this review is to define my business experience with Ms. Regina McCrea.
Ms. McCrea is a refreshing exception to the lawyer stereotype. She is a true professional attorney. Ms. McCrea is worth her wages, does not inflate hours spent on task related issues, remains focused on the task at hand, is bright, has an analytical approach, and is excellent at research. Additionally, she communicates very well with the client. She kept my cost down by formulating a strategy that was mutually acceptable, kept me advised of milestones, kept written and phone conversations with all parties brief and to the point. During deposition, Ms. McCrea was the most prepared attorney, which resulted in the opposing side agreeing to a favorable out of court settlement.

I highly recommend Pamela Parkins. I came to her with what we thought was a simple divorce. It probably ended up being one of the most challenging one that took years to resolve. The other party was uncooperative and difficult to deal with at times. This was a very complex since the other party was located in Alaska. Pam handled it professionally and gave me confidence we will get thru this together. She's compassionate but tough when needs be. She always got back to me immediately by phone, email, text and always explained clearly what my options were. I am very glad I chose her to handle my divorce. She stayed by me the whole time. I should have reviewed Kimberly years ago when she helped my wife obtain her green card, (the path to her present US citizenship) explaining every option/risks for each, and all while making us feel at ease with her level of expertise other lawyers we had consulted prior could not match. A friend asked me this week if I knew of a good immigration attorney. I said, "she's not good, she's only the best", which prompted me to write this review.
Other friends whom had used various other attorneys instead of Kimberly seriously regretted their choice based on the poor results they received despite having similar circumstances to ours. We would hire her again in a hear beat!

I came in for a consultation and Sam listened to me and gave it to me straight. This is exactly what I needed. To understand what I wanted to accomplish and how I may need to compromise. He gave me alternative situations and advised me that I may not get exactly what I was looking for because of my situation. But he also explained that what I was looking could be accomplished down the road if it didn’t work now. The consultation was so informative he even told me I might not even need him and I could do it myself. I knew this going into it. (And was relieved to know he wasn’t just trying to get my money. As I’ve heard other previous horror stories from friends and family when it comes to other Lawyers.) However my other Co-Parent had already hired a lawyer, I wanted the peace of mind Sam brought to the table. Also his firms reputation was nice. And it shined through in his professionalism and timely communication. In the end it went exactly how Sam and I discussed it would happen. In six months I will be 50/50 Co Parent. Thank you Sam!!! I went through a high-conflict divorce that involved false accusations and threats around taking away custody. Sam is great. I would not recommend another family law attorney to anyone. My case was quite extensive and very high conflict. Sam got me a result that I would have never expected. I got pulled over simply BECAUSE I have Oregon plates (No other reason at all),,, ZERO problems with my driving. I smoke pot for medicinal purposes from an US ARMY injury from 1974, I'm LUCKY to get a low-dose aspirin from the VA. I had over the 3 ounce limit and they hit me with a felony. I'm not acriminal so that hit me hard, I'm just a 61 year old disabled vet that cant even get pain management from the VA. I've been waiting 10 years for a double broken wrist operation from the VA. Now I have nerve damage and muscle disinagration in my wrist and hand and can sometimes barely tie my shoes. I have Advanced Osteoarthritis as well. THAT IS WHY I HAD POT. At any rate Shane saved my ass from this felony and preserved my 1st and 2nd amendment rights as well in the process. THAT is very important to me as an American Citizen to be able to VOTE and to DEFEND MYSELF ! Those RIGHTS are essential !!! Shane negotiated the felony to a low level misdemeanor with a $225.oo fine and said he would get it dismissed in a few more months. Shane has got to be the MOST HONEST LAWYER (I thought I would NEVER say that about a lawyer in my life) I have ever even heard of. Shane actually gave me a **REFUND** of 80% of my initial deposit. (( *** " I'm sure this was an exceptionally easy case for Shane so This probably isn't the norm" )) But I was FLOORED. He said my case was easy !! I am VERY GRATEFUL to Shane for his Honesty and Integrity and FINE CRAFTSMANSHIP !! Thank You Shane :)
