Just be careful have Browning law Handle your case I had a rear end collision the other driver was 💯 at fault totaled my car and had them take my case.Thinking Alan was working my case I was wrong for thinking he would personaly be working on it he spent possibly 10 min on the case. His legal aids all 5 I had to reexplain my case to everytime they switched on me one of the switches took almost 5 months without anyone dealing with it.I explained to the first one that my personal health insurance had been billed by the hospital and didn't feel my insurance should be footing the bill.This was overlooked all the way till closing after agreeing on an amount I would receive I was asked to stop by and sign a settlement check only after signing was I informed that they had missed the 8000 to the hospital and my settlement amount would be less than the amount quoted.They took it upon themselves to call my insurance and have them cover 3000 of the bill to the hospital.than when I asked them if they would take less just like they expected all involved care providers to do so I could see the amount of settlement that I was supose to they of course would not even consider it all and all was worst customer service possible would never recommend them for anything.

I have dealt with many legal firms over the years for various matters, but Mr. Hales tops the list. He is very down to earth and demonstrates that he cares, but at the same time he is extremely professional and formal when formal is a necessity. I have added his information to my contact list database because I would not hesitate to call on him, whether my needs fell into his field of practice or not, I would trust his recommendation.
Simply by way of information, we hired Mr. Hales to deal with a matter pertaining to the disposal of our timeshare, which he handled most efficiently and made sure any instructions as to our roles and responsibilities in the case were clear and concise.

A few months ago, I was faced with two tickets that would affect both my record and insurance prices for my trucking business. I decided to hire Olivia to see what could be done to lessen the charge. She worked diligently and effectively with the prosecutors. One ticket was reduced from 3 to 0 points. Last year I completed a job for my flooring company and our policy is 15-30 net days to get our invoices paid. One general contractor that hired me to complete the job started delaying the payment once the invoice became due. After weeks and months of false promises and evading, I had to contact Olivia for help. Olivia took her time out of her weekend to hear me out and draw up a plan. It was my first experience reaching out for an attorney for a real problem. Olivia sent them a letter so the invoice would be paid. Within days, I already received a phone call from the contractors company, that they can send out a check. I initially consulted with Frank but had another Lawyer on retainer. As my case was underway and not going well, i soon realized i had chosen the wrong Attorney. I had been charged with Reckless driving, I kept being told to take a deal. I had done nothing wrong and stood strong told Joel I did nothing wrong. I felt he kept trying to convince me to take a deal. So I hired a real attorney his name is Zander Engerman and needless to say I won in trial today. If I would have listened to him I would have plead guilty to something I didn’t do. Please stay away from this law firm because prior Scott Erickson threw me to the wolves and now one of his colleagues was doing the same thing. If you can hire a real attorney and stay away from this firm.

In going through an unwanted divorce as Defendant, and soon to be ex-wife making fantastic claims, I was very fortunate to have Jill Bolton represent my issues in the divorce. Jill stated her expectations for the outcome of my divorce at our very first meeting. I honestly didn't think what Jill expected was possible.
Not only was it possible, it is exactly what happened.
In reading other testimonials about Bolton Law, you will notice that everyone calls her Jill. Not Ms. Bolton, or generically Bolton Law, but Jill. That is because you develop a personal relationship with her, even in this professional circumstance. Jill is open, warm, friendly, present, and above all else, extremely gifted in Law and the legal application of our rights under those laws. Jill is tenacious, informed, and pro-active on our behalf. The MyCase portal that she and my assistant Alexis in her office use, is up to the moment with developments and information for quick, easy, and confidential communications between us. Alexis is also extremely good at what she does and reflected Jill's ethos and approach to my divorce case.
Jill's fee schedule is worth every penny and then some. You pay as you go, and get billed monthly, which is convenient, and to my surprise, was a lot less than I expected. Most people like me say "I can't afford an attorney". Trust me, you can't afford to NOT have Jill as your attorney.
As a side note: At one point during the divorce, my ex told me that I had the best attorney in the Inland Empire, and "How did I get her?" My ex could only have come to that conclusion from her own attorney group. To the best of my knowledge, our divorce has been her only interaction or point of reference for legal services for the course of her life. I have secured the services of my ex's legal group in the past, and considered them to be very good, and am happy to report that for our divorce, my ex retained them first.
The point being, Jill and her staff are respected at a level of competence and tenacity by her peers that I find comforting.
My divorce was emotionally devastating at the very least, and Jill understands that. By her very nature, she was empathetic to my distress and sorrow. I never felt like I was "just another client" or source of revenue. She cares and it shows.
In closing, I can't thank Jill, Alexis, and Bolton Law, enough for their handling of my case. I will refer anyone that I come in contact with who needs legal representation to Jills' office.
I will also use Jill in any capacity that she practices in, for any future needs I may have.

Over the past 12 years, I have modified my childrens’ custody on multiple occasions. In 2018, I switched to attorney Jill Bolton as I honestly needed a more thorough and aggressive engagement in my case than other family law lawyers in Coeur d’Alene could provide. The change both in the law office and the courtroom was noticeable. The MyCase client platform kept me informed of my case progressions in real time. On January 4, 2009, I was wrongfully tased by a Fruitland Police Officer as my roommate and I removed his drunk and violent girlfriend from our house.
The Officer arrived on scene and without saying a word, he pulled out his Taser and shot me! Fifty thousand volts violently ran through my body for five seconds...but that wasn't even close to being the worst part. Five days after the incident, the Officer filed "Battery Charges" against me in an attempt to cover up the tasing...and for the first time in my life I needed legal help.
After a lot of wasted time and money...I simply believe my first attorney was afraid of the fight...and that's when I was referred to Jack Van Valkenburgh. Denny is superb. I could just end it there, but I'll elaborate. Denny has always been super responsive, often responding the same day. When I need a contract reviewed or other legal assistance that needs to happen quickly, he has been incredibly responsive. On other items that I simply need to make sure myself and my company is protected, he is thorough, deliberate and accurate. He is also a teacher too. He ensure I understand what we are talking about and they why's. HIs advice and guidance is second to none and I consider him a big part of my team.

I never seen an attorney so talented with her words and just total bada** that at the end of my review hearing, I actually felt bad for the prosecutor. During the hearing, Prosecuting attorney reminded me of a 4th string rookie quarterback playing his first NFL game and gets destroyed in it~~ Jessica was throwing them objections after objections then blitz. I'm pretty sure that the prosecuting attorney cried himself to sleep that night... real talk. She is like a wonder woman. you wonder where that punch came from. (you know... since she is so tiny and reserved) I learned that she is quiet and reserves her energy and focus because she is about to "#micdrop" in the courtroom.

I would recommend Jessica if you are looking for a great disability or personal injury lawyer. She literally wrote the book on disability and will not stop pursuing a disability case until she is out of options or gets her clients benefits; usually the latter. He represented me in an EEO dispute with my employer. They were playing very dirty & trying to destroy a professional reputation I spent more than 10 years building. The employer used lies, manipulations such as pressuring my subordinates to file complaints about me or loose their own jobs to create a reason to fire me because I refused to participate in the illegal & unethical business practices my superiors were demanding I participate in.
Mr. Beckham worked tirelessly to protect my job & my reputation by hitting the agency & the corrupt leadership from every angle possible, to include involving Congress & other federal officials in the matters that pertained to my employer's deliberate violations relating to federal laws & policies to include their attempts to force me to misuse taxpayer money.
Without Mr. Beckham's foresight and preparations of ten steps ahead of their next moves, I would have been another statistic of the whistle blower that got stomped by "the man".
But I am not, in fact I was compensated for the hell they put me through, the lies in my records were removed & the actions taken by this attorney had far reaching consequences for the leadership members who perpetrated this attack as the agency has now three years later been cleaned out of most of the major players at that federal agency.

I was lucky enough to be represented by Mr. Beckham in a criminal appeal (along with several other people he was representing in similar cases). I had been fined and sentenced to jail time beyond what was allowed by the law. Mr. Beckham did not stand for this! I learned, though my experience with him, that he is an honest and hardworking attorney who fights to get the best possible outcome for everyone he serves. He definitely proved this by the work he did my case (and from what I saw him do at the Court of Appeals in the other cases he argued on the same day). I was amazed when he prepared a 25-page written argument, on my behalf, which turned out to be irrefutable! And, when it came to the oral arguments in my case, he did an outstanding job when he took on the 3-Judge Panel at the Cheyenne River Sioux Court of Appeals. I originally had made an appointment with a different attorney, but when I read the reviews about Ms. Penton, I decided to meet with her first. At our first meeting she used the word "ethical" and told me that even though initially, my divorce was to be amicable, I was ultimately her client and ethically there would be things she could not disclose to my then spouse.
As it turned out, my divorce ended up being extremely harsh and drawn out due to my spouse. Ms. Penton helped me navigate the convoluted judicial system and my spouse's attorney's filings. There were times when I didn't think she was listening, but then she would use what I told her in filings and in court. I felt very protected and well represented by Ms. Penton and her assistant.
Both Ms. Penton and her assistant were empathetic to my situation and showed much needed support.
The final thing I would add which really stuck with me and prompted me to write this review was that there was not ONE person from the gentleman who served my husband to any person where her office was located who had a negative thing to say about her. As I sat in the lobby, trying not to look upset, these individuals would come up to me and say that "Ms. Penton is very good at what she does" and that she would take care of me. I would recommend her to anyone going through a divorce or other legal matters in which she operates.
