Tyler is awesome. I reached out to Tyler to assist me with my motor vehicle accident injury based on the Google reviews. I felt very reassured I was going to be in good hands based on my consultation with Tyler. He is very responsive. After being rear ended by a hit and run driver I knew I needed someone who not only knew the law but an attorney who was compassionate and understanding. I first spoke with Ann, who has tremendous patience btw, as I am the type of person who needs good communication and she understood that. Ann answered all my basic questions and quickly set me up to speak with Attorney DiBartolo. My case was a slow progressing one, as well as frustrating due to the lack of medical treatment quality. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a physician that works as attentively as John does in law. At times when I felt like my case was going nowhere, I checked for an update and quickly realized all the work being handled behind the scenes. When it was obvious that my marriage was at an end, I retained Judy’s counsel on the advice of another friend who was going through the process. Judy has been practicing in family law her entire legal career and it shows in her level of expertise and experience.
On the first four-way call with my spouse and her counsel, Judy demonstrated her command of divorce law and basically wiped the floor (in a polite way) with the opposing counsel. Apparently, my spouse felt the same way and promptly hired a new attorney.
Fortunately, my spouse was amicable, and we agreed to the terms of the separation. Her new attorney wrote up a first draft of the Agreement and after review, Judy felt the Agreement was too vague and poorly written, so she basically rewrote the whole thing. Judy also took the time to review the Agreement with me line by line and ensured that I was very clear on the more salient terms and legal jargon.
The overall process went smoothly, and Judy made sure to inform me of the process and communicated strategy the whole time. She was very accessible and responsive whenever I had a question.
My only regret in working with Judy is that I didn’t heed her sage counsel early on hoping that I could somehow save the marriage.
Additionally, as a favor to me and because she has a high degree of empathy, Judy agreed to speak with my sister regarding her divorce which is a nightmare. My sister was so impressed with Judy that she tried to retain her, however Judy explained that sometimes it’s best not to make a change when three years into the process with other counsel.
Lastly, while Judy is a rockstar, she has a great band working with/for her. Everyone I interacted with at Egan law was highly talented and capable in their roll.
The process of divorce is very difficult and painful and I thank God that was able to retain Judy’s representation.

John and his team took over a case for me that involved a very difficult attorney on the other side. My case was floundering due in large part to bad lawyering by my previous attorney. John is thorough and careful to document everything in a way that reduces the chances of problems down the road. He does not have a combative or emotional practice style (combative is very expensive for you) and will help you to take some of your emotion out out of the process. He is assessable and responsive (and I am short on patients). His hourly rate is on the high side but his billing practices are very reasonable. The saying, "you get what you pay for", is especially true when it comes to lawyers representing you against a party that wants to take as much as they can from you.

Wyckoff represented me in my divorce. I was in a bad relationship and wanted to keep distance from my partner who kept requesting in-person meetings (which stressed me out). Wychoff went as far as suggesting we:
1. Meet in his office
2. I arrive first and go to room A
3. They arrive and go to room B
4. He will run back and forth between rooms so I never have to see them
5. I'll leave after they leave
Amazingly, they dropped the in-person meetings and we were able to finalize the divorce paperwork over email. He was also great support on the court date when the divorce was finalized. I have other stories of how he helped me throughout my divorce, there's honestly not enough room to write them all here. I couldn't recommend a more supportive and knowledgeable attorney.

I did an initial consultation with Jeff to be my divorce lawyer after reading these reviews. I’m glad I did. Some of the lawyers I consulted were all about how they could fight in court. Jeff’s focus was on what I wanted, what was best for my three kids, and what was the best strategy. He is experienced and shrewd. He keeps calm, looks for leverage, helps you see what’s worth fighting about and what’s not, and navigates toward settlement when that’s in your best interest while also being tough and good in a fight when that’s what you need. With kids involved, Jeff consistently and genuinely helped me focus on what was best for them—how to protect them from parental conflict, how to emerge from divorce with a healthy coparenting relationship for the long run.

A few weeks ago during my travels, I encountered a a fellow service member who was in quite a bit of turmoil. He stated he needed a lawyer but didn't know how to hire one as his medical situation rendered him unable to process matters satisfactorily. His needs involved a court system on the other side of the country with an immediate need to resolve a looming deadline. I contacted the practice which Mr. Melick is a partner. After a brief explanation to his office, my call was transferred to Mr. Melick. I was relieved to talk to Mr. Melick as his Google reviews were very encouraging! Mr. Melick initially agreed to see my friend the following Tuesday and wanted me to accompany him if possible. Due to my travel itinerary, I was unable to meet that Tuesday. Mr. Melick cleared his calendar that evening and had us come in to start an evaluation of my friend's needs. I watched a senior partner with over 40 year's experience conduct a humbling compassionate dialogue with my friend. He listened, was forthright, realistic, and patient. Throughout the conversation, my friend was asked what he wanted to accomplish. He patiently explained how some issues were beyond his ability with great respect. He provided insight into the legal world with practical applications. Mr. Melick was able to provide compassion, patience, and sage advice to my friend saving him further frustration with his legal issue. Mr. Melick stayed late with one of his Junior Lawyers and wrote an amazing response to the Courts of another State after a three plus hour meeting with total strangers. Words cannot convey my gratitude for Mr. Melick lending a helping hand to reduce the burden my friend had been carrying. His help enhanced everyone's life that day. He is a selfless, caring, compassionate, realistic lawyer who listens thoroughly to the client.

I called and spoke with a few lawyers the same day that I received my citations and I ultimately decided to meet with Shane Goudas as he was able to meet with me only an hour after the call on a Friday night. Where others only wanted to speak for around 10 minutes over the phone as a consultation, Shane blocked out an hour for us to speak in person and go over the events. After consulting with him, I was impressed by his knowledge, care, and attention to detail and decided to go with him.
I did not need to go to trial as the matter was resolved favorably and far better than expected thanks to him. My several citations were reduced down to only one of the smaller ones. I would recommend Shane and Bowser Law to anyone facing similar issues, I have no doubt you will be in great hands.

Bad experience with this law firm.. We as a seller were suppose to receive wire transfer, in which we requested and paid for, did not receive on sane day of closing from this attorney.. The reason being they were incompetent to put in correct acct number.. Wire was suppose to be done on a Wednesday. We didn’t get our transfer until following Monday..Never nice did they try to compensate us for there “mistake”
