My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. Bryan and his staff were very patient and kind and explained the entire litigation process as it moved along. They were always available for questions and assistance, never once acting like it was an inconvenience. Because there were three individuals - all with different insurance companies and all with varying injuries, this, I’m sure, was a difficult case to navigate through. My former attorney had withdrawn from my auto accident case and I contacted Attorney Hawkins to take over the case. He called me personally reassuring me that he was highly qualified to represent me in this matter making plan to sign on as my attorney. This after many other attorneys refused to take this case. When our father died the will he left was contested by a family member. With no money for a lawyer my brother and I were forced to go it alone in court. I called Johnny asking for any advise he could give, he went above and beyond! We spoke multiple times and he gave us key insights into the law around our case and how to behave at trial. Without him I don't think we would be near this prepared for our upcoming court date. It is nice to know there are people who do this job because they genuinely want to help others. I have been fighting for my disability since 2019. I have had the worse experience with Attorneys but I will say I am so grateful to Christopher and Lisa. They were amazing! There is not enough time for me to thank them and I have not gotten a determination yet, i should say and i still give him 5 stars because he was very kind and compassionate with what i was going through. I filed a Chapter 13 with Charlie in January of 2019. I was young, overwhelmed, and terrified but after my first appointment, I truly felt like things could get better for the first time in years. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable, and very importantly, knows exactly how to explain each step in a way that is easy for anyone to understand. He was very thorough when assessing my situation so we could figure out the absolute best course of action for me to take. Whenever I was there for an appointment, it felt almost like he had nothing else to worry about that day. However long it took to get through what we needed to was how long it took, never felt even a little bit rushed. I called Aaron's office by mistake about four years ago for a domestic violence charge a couple county's away.
Let me assure you that it was no mistake! Aaron handled my case extremely well, even though we had very limited time to prepare. Aaron not only found the time to learn my case, but he made sure he was fully prepared to aggressively question the witnesses who testified, which lead to a very good outcome for me. He was always there when I needed him, and he answered my questions and explained everything to me in a way I could understand, which gave me a real sense of security with him in my corner.
He got me a very good outcome in that case, and he is still here for me to this day for any advice I need. He’s truly someone that cares. Unfortunately, most Attorneys are not cut from that cloth anymore, but Aaron is. He's definitely the one you want on your team!

When does a business fulfill an emotional purpose for you in a critical time & it pays off? Life doesn't look the same when you've suffered a serious injury. The first thing that happened when I told reception about my case, I was talking to Sam, himself, who I've seen in commercials since I was a kid. I don't know if he's there to do that every time, but all of their staff were efficient and on point the whole time, and I felt that I was cared about as part of the case. That let me focus on healing to get back to my life.

I was dealing with a very difficult situation, and it was only for a referee hearing our divorce was already final. Lana was very supportive, caring, forthright, and so knowledgeable about all the laws. She helped me stand tall with a difficult ex and took my financial situation into account. She knew that the money I was using was a gift from a friend who had passed away and was very good about ensuring I received what was left when we closed the case. Lana is not only very professional, she is a compassionate person. My alimony from my divorce settlement was nearly $2000 dollars a month. When I retired I was unable to pay that amount without draining my retirement funds. Michael put into motion through the courts and mediation my situation and using his prowess of the legal system successfully eliminated my alimony, yayyyy!!! The office staff was very efficient and communicated constantly updating me on court dates and times.

I normally don't write reviews, but after having Attorney Cicchelli represent me in my very messy divorce case, I felt that I should write one. I was going through my divorce case that lasted for a very long time due to my ex fighting me on every single issue. I must say that Attorney Cicchelli was there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend hiring Erica Cicchelli to represent you in any type of legal matter but particularly in a divorce custody matter. She represented me in a very contentious custody fight. I had something pop up out of the blue, where my wages and/or income tax refund was about to be garnished. I called him up because of his other reviews on here, and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Without any questions or sales pitch, he got straight to the point and gave me advice on the matter while also pointing out other avenues I could explore (potentially saving me hundreds of dollars).

Mr. Nitzkin and his staff helped me with a credit report issue I was having. My inquiries to the reporting agency were met with either stoney silence or cursory replies that did not address the issue I was having. After Mr. Nitzkin took the case, the reporting agency agreed to fix my credit report to make it accurate, paid Mr. Nitzkin's fees, and paid statutory damages to me. My sole goal going into the case was to have my credit report accurately reflect my history so the money damages obtained were a bonus in my mind. Outstanding Service with an Excellent Outcome. If you need an Attorney – Adam is your guy. I had an issue with my new vehicle. The OEM was absolutely no help. Even though they have the following statement on their website. “Make XX your first choice when you need help with your XX vehicle - give us the opportunity to earn your trust and maintain your confidence”..
