Among many problems that have been reported to the Nevada bar - he still owes us $3,000 for NOT completing work as agreed that was paid in advance to him! Stay away from this incompetent lying lawyer. We have paid thousands trying to correct the mess he has made of my husbands immigration case. He is a thief and has no morals by stealing from our hard working family.

I went to see lawyer Peter Lunt Ashman because I wanted to know everything about immigration in the United States of America. All the conditions to get a green card and a working visa. Mr Ashman was extremely comprehensive to my situation and gave me all the details I needed. Definitely someone to consult or hire without hesitation.

Peter Ashman is an excellent immigration attorney and I would recommend him to anyone anytime and anywhere. Hired him in 2011 with half the money down and he got the job done and I still owe him the other half payment for his services. Been going through financial strains and others or he would have gotten paid in full already and he deserves every penny. I plan on paying Peter asap. He is a great attorney. Highly recommended.

What divorce attorney would allow their client to sign away all of her rights to a community property estate worth $$ Millions after a 35-year marriage and take a payment of $25,000 + from the opposing spouse to expedite it? Ms. Mushkin further injured my position going into negotiations by canceling a court date without my permission or knowledge 48 hours prior to the settlement meeting that would have awarded me Attorney's fees of $180K. I do not recommend Ms. Mushkin. In fact, her actions should be reviewed by the State Bar of Nevada.

She is shady, she tried to get my drug addicted mother custody of me, and she had my mom put me in special ed to get more child support out of my dad. She sent me to a questionable doctor and put me in special ed for autism because I liked the color blue. Get real lady. Burn in hell.

Rhonda Mushkin and her associate Beth Rosenbloom did outstanding throughout my 6 years working with them. I had many challenges with the military side of divorce and custody and they both did great. From the Office personnel of Christina and Adam to Rhonda and Beth, they are top notch and professional at all they do. They are very honest and straight forward which was nice to work with. Rhonda is active on committees and her professional associations which enables her to stay on top of what is going on. She has many years of experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I have recommended her to many acquaintances.

If you want to waste your time this is the guy he doesn’t want to work if you call him the he says you have to come in and sign more paperwork he is old and forgets everything his secretary still works with a typewriter that has to tell you something they can’t keep track of paperwork

My wife and I met with Mr. Hope, after paying the initial $50.00 fee, John made one phone call and solved our problem. We would definitely recommend Mr. Hope, and return when and if we need counsel again.

I talked to Mr Hope and even though he was not able to help me with my situation he pointed me out in the direction and gave me some attorney's that can help me. He replied with honesty and responded back in a timely matter. Mr. Hope is an attorney who I would HIGHLY RECOMMENED! ! We have been waiting for more than 2 months for our Divorce to be filed with the clerks office. We need to move on with our lives and not have this dragged on. I recommend you find someone else. We paid high fee for low service.

I was given a recommendation from a very dear friend of mine who had used Rebekah to represent her in her divorce. I was having some issues with child custody with my ex-husband. Sometime this summer I decided to give her a call and ask her some questions regarding my situation. Mind you, I had never met her and she went above and beyond to give me some sound advice. It wasn't until the end of August that I realized I needed to hire her to represent me in the custody proceedings. I was upset, angry and dumbfounded in the situation I was in. From the very start she was empathetic, made me feel at ease and boosted my much needed confidence. Through out the whole proceedings, she was professional, knew exactly what she was doing and really went to battle for me. I could not have asked for a better attorney and most importantly a better outcome. She worked with me financially and most importantly she represented my case in a way that the judge saw the truth in the end. I came out a winner and still have my son. Not sure what this clown bot David is talking about, but my experience with Omealia law was way different. The staff was great and very straightforward with filing fees and attorney fees, and the process to get my green card. I have my friends going here too and I’m glad to say they’re in the path to getting theirs too!

I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND hiring this office. I’m a Clinical Social Worker and my job is to advocate for my clients which is the exact opposite of what this office has done for us. It seems to me that Josette O’Mealia takes advantage of people in desperate situations. We paid her $4500 for her “services” which were to include filling out three simple immigration forms and assisting us throughout the immigration process. We met with her one time before actually retaining her and never again as we kept getting excuses for why she couldn’t meet with us. We asked her office over and over again to assist us with our process and to help us expedite our claim as I was transferring my job and my husband needed work authorization. Her office did not help and actually provided us with inaccurate legal advice saying that we “had to wait normal USCIS processing times, sorry”. We ended up filing an expedite request ourselves and submitting the additional evidence that was requested by USCIS. We were able to get my husband’s work authorization approved with no help from the attorney that we paid good money for. We voiced our concerns to Josette and she refused to address our concerns and instead was very entitled and essentially told us to deal with it or no longer work with her. It’s for this reason that we are filing an ethics complaint against this office. We attempted to resolve the issue directly with her, but she’s more concerned with taking our money for work she has not and at this point will not perform. Do yourself a favor and find a more experienced and more professional attorney. She has only been an attorney since 2019. Her office even told us they don’t do expedite requests because they have too many clients. This is exactly what we retained this office for as it was an emergency. We definitely didn’t pay $4500 only for her assistant to assist us with three forms. They had no problem taking our money, but did not do the work. Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

I met Ms. O' Mealia two weeks ago when my husband and I got a letter from USCIS informing us we had an interview with only three day notification. We called this law firm because on our first interview with USCIS we used their services. We went with Att. Acosta, and we were very satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism, anyways when we called the office they informed us that she might not be able to take the case because she had a very booked day but they would call me back to let me know. Now mind you they were our only option because we only had two exact days to get ready for this interview. The office called us back within an hour to inform us Ms. O'Mealia had moved around some appointments around for us and that she would accompany us to the interview! and that she would also meet with us a day before the interview for any questions. Since we were traveling from Elko, NV 4 hours away from Reno we couldn't be at the appointment at the time we had scheduled with the firm. They again worked with us and made it to were we could come see them as the last appointment of the day. when we came in on the appointment day, of course I am worked up because this is my husbands second interview with USCIS for his adjustment of status and the first interview was so uncomfortable and invasive( even though we have been married for over a decade) so my thought process was "this is gonna horrible". She saw me right away and knew that I was all nerves. She was so kind and so helpful to put my mind at ease. She was amazing! I am certain that our interview would not have gone the way it did without her. At the end of the interview again the officer did not tell us if we got approved or not. he said " I will do another background check and we will send you a letter of our decision in the mail." So again I left with a knot in my stomach, she knew that so she checked our case over the weekend and gave me a personal phone call to inform me my husband had been approved! Like what other attorney does that? I am so grateful the guy above appointed her to be our representative. If we had to do this again I would certainly put our case in her hands without a doubt, that is how confident she was and made me feel. If you need someone confident and competent I would not look anywhere else. I wish the firm we went with had these qualities, don't get me wrong my husbands easy case turned into a two and half year dreadful case and the initial firm we went with delivered but was such a big firm and super far away that they did not have the compassion or the time to help put your mind at ease they were more to the point and move on to the next case. attorney Josette O'Mealia would have been my first choice!

I reached Pariente Law a cryminal lawyer since my business got hacked thru an ex employee, he referred me to Robbert Rabbat since he would be able to take my case both of those lawyers told me that in order to start my case i would need 10k retainer and be thinking to spend 20k in the next couple weeks, once i got to Robbert Rabbat he asked her receptionist to pay their comision to Pariente Law because he refered him. Then same week he asked for 5k because he was going to hire a foreinseic guy, i gave the money. at the end he only sent a cease and desist letter to the hacker that was my exemployee. He hired a foreinseic that doesnt know how to do his Job , he wasnt able to find any evidence because he couldnt get into a device, so Robbert told me go with the FBI instead and kept my money. I went for my self to find who could help me, I found another foreinseic who did find evidence, Robbert wasnt able to even do a resstriccion order proteccion for me, on top of that he said on a good will ( with 15k in the pocket) said i will request a subpina which never did. Obviously he didnt have a clue about the case he was taking. So in few words a cease and desist letter costed me 15k. and he said he cant not return money since he performance his job. So it means I hired a Lawyer that his performance was like a job that any parelegal would have done! for 5 porcent of the money he got.

Robert has been my lawyer for the past 17 plus years. Robert has always worked hard on my cases and has never failed me. He is attentive to all my questions and needs. I originally hired him in 2001 and since have never thought of hiring another lawyer to defend me. Robert cares about his clients and it shows. Robert Langford is a true professional. I needed a help with a matter that was extremely personal and very urgent, and Robert helped me take care of things in a fashion that was prompt, discrete, and above all: friendly. He really cares about your well-being. He drove two and a half hours to be at a meeting that really only took 30 minutes, and he did it without a second thought. He made sure that I felt safe and well informed through every step of the process, and made himself available quite literally 24/7. I couldn't ask for a better attorney.

Robert Langford acted interested in my criminal case and as though he wanted to help--I paid him the entire retainer up front. One week later, he very publicly withdrew from representation and kept the entire retainer for doing absolutely zero legal work. On top of that, he personally insulted and degraded me. I have never experienced a more terrible attorney--he will absolutely take your money and withdraw ASAP. Do NOT hire him unless you want to be scammed.

So sad when you hire an attorney and they just sit there and say nothing for their $3500 fee. This is what happened to me appearance after appearance. I felt like he owed opposing attorney a favor. Had to let him go and hire another one. Amazingly she got the job done in one court appearance.

Mr. Gary Huntsman is a great, experienced, knowledgeable attorney in regards to divorce. He has been handling contested and uncontested divorce cases since 1981. As a father I was nervous and knew nothing of how to go about a contested divorce. Mr. Gary Huntsman put me at ease and explained to me how to go about handling my divorce. I'm so happy I chose him. In court he took charge by letting my side be heard. Im also happy he answered my texts promptly. I talked to other law firms before choosing Mr. Gary Huntsman. He not only has a wealth of knowledge, but his price is reasonable too.

I have had such a positive experience with Gary Huntsman! Living in a different state it is even more stressful dealing with my legal issues, and Gary has been there every step of the way. It is a big relief knowing he has my best interest at heart. With his experience, and good advice I know everything is going to work out for me, and my family. I obtained Gary's services after another law firm had completely screwed everything up on my case, and Gary had a mess on his hands. I had phone consultation on the phone 2 days ago and we sent out email with basic information as he instructed. We didn't get any respond from him so we contacted him on the phone again.. he said he will send out email right away but didn't hear anything till next day. When I called him again he said he doesn't want to represent my case..? I don't think he even knows the meaning of "right away" or "immediately" and also shows lack of concern towards to his clients. Very disappointed. I actually feeling lucky that he didn't take my case!

My husband and I did everything possible to comply with the terms of our chapter 13 case. Our previous attorney failed us in many ways. While we we were able to achieve our goal and complete the plan, it was not disclosed that we needed additional action. Mr. Riggi was amazing in helping us to solidify our closure to the matter at hand. He brings empathy, compassion, and law experience like no other I have ever encountered. I left 6 messages for a return call regarding our case. He called. He was concerned and wanted to help. Great integrity

This was the best experience I've had with a lawyer, other than having lunch with my aunt. David is amazingly helpful. After taking my initial call, he called back within the hour to discuss his research. He is very thorough. Me and my husband worked with her for our spouse visa application just because my husband has a criminal background we wanted to work with a lawyer.We ve asked her if it can be an issue if the petioner has a criminal background and she said no, the goverment only check for the beneficiary and we believed her! Since she is a licensed lawyer!After waited 1 year we realised he cant even file an application for me and right after when we talked to her about it she said she doesnt know that spesific law and said maybe they wont even notice.Once we said we spent tousands dollars and waited too long for this process she refused that my husband told her about his background which is a lie! We have proofs and emails between her and my husband. She just ruined our life and we had to withdraw our application. Be careful about her and keep all emails and records.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND English Law Practice! I spoke with several lawyers and none of them had time to listen to my story. They would rush the consultation and just didn’t have time for me. (I had a difficult case). When I went to Carmen’s office first of all the customer service was great! I admired how she listened intently (without interrupting). I never felt rushed and she was never in a hurry to get me out of the office. I was truly impressed as this showed me that she really was interested in helping me. She didn’t promise me that I would get my green card but she did say she will do everything she could to help. She explained the process so I could understand. Whenever I had any questions and I call or send an email she would respond in a timely manner. Even though she had her other clients, she would readily make time for me and I had no problems in getting an appointment when I wanted to see her in person. She was honest and up front and updated me every step of the way. I was kept up to date with everything that was submitted and everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything was so transparent and the process was as smooth as possible. If anyone have immigration issues I HIGHLY RECOMMEND English Law Practice! James Sabalos has been my attorney and company attorney for many years providing advice and substantial commercial litigation support in a very complex case. His work has been superb. I made the terrible mistake of using this clown. I filed a complaint with the state bar. He did everything possible to botch up my case until I fired him. When I reviewed what he had done with my new attorney, I became aware Sabalos did an even worse job than I thought.

Fran Fine is to say the least is not a woman Of her word. She agreee to take on my case at a discounted rate but failed to mention that bc of that discount she was going to half ass my case and her responsibilities to put it nicely. She was late to my first court date didn’t even make it to my second one. She failed me bigtime by not filling for a default judgement after my ex didn’t respond within 20 days. She never answered half my question and she is extremely disrespectful on how she speaks to her clients.

There were 16 five-star reviews when I last checked, and I am number 17 to also give her a 5-star review. That tells you something. Tehan knows the law and is efficient in representing her client(s). She displays all those great qualities described in the other reviews and more. I know she was totally committed to me and my case in the way that she communicated regularly and personally with me. Still, she is a no-nonsense lawyer who will give you homework and communicate with the court to let you know the status of your case. She explains court postings from eflex. My Ex threatened to bankrupt me. Tehan used the law to protect me. It wasn't painless, but what was done, she did in a way to provide the best outcome for me and my financial stability. She advocated fiercely on my behalf. This may sound corny, but Tehan is a hero of mine. I am very grateful to have had Tehan Slocum as my counsel. You will be glad also! I would never work with this company based on their lack of morals, rude employees, sheer lack of professionalism, and because of their abusive and harassing behaviors. They have been calling my place of employment for over TWO YEARS trying to convince us to sign up for their service. We have politely declined each time, and have now spoken to 4 separate "supervisors" who assured us that we would be placed on their do not call list. To date, I have had Legalmatch employees curse at me, insult me individually, and repeatedly call back (5+ times) after I ended calls where they were behaving abusively. They have even spoken directly with my boss, the attorney, who has said in no uncertain terms that the firm will NEVER work with or take client referrals from them due to their behavior, yet they continue to endlessly call and harass all of us at the office. If anyone from your company is reading this, your employee identifying himself as "Ty Jones" was one of the worst offenders. He used some of the most vulgar language I have ever been on the receiving end of when calling and was a repeated caller as well. My review is my own and the opinions contained herein are not a reflection of, or in any way representative of, my employer's (or anyone else's) views or opinions. Edit: I'm positive I have the correct company, considering every single representative who has identified where they're calling from has clearly said "LegalMatch" and I have also asked multiple of them to spell out letter for letter both the company name and the company website.

Updating to respond to the owner's comment: Yes I am quite sure I have the right company. Their response is a perfect example of the gaslighting and lies they will use to scam you. This company is a scam. I am an attorney and I would rather go out of business than work with these people. Once they find your business, they will call your office nonstop pretending to be an attorney who is looking for another attorney to take over their caseload. By the way, their "leads" are garbage. Most of the time, the lead isn't even a real person; it's a made-up scenario to scam you into paying for their referral service. They've never gotten a penny out of me, which I assume is why they won't leave me alone. I've blocked so many numbers, but they always have more. It's gotten so bad I am actually looking to bring a harassment suit against them.

Edit: I'm positive I have the correct company, considering every single representative who has identified where they're calling from has clearly said "LegalMatch" and I have also asked multiple of them to spell out letter for letter both the company name and the company website.

Updating to respond to the owner's comment: Yes I am quite sure I have the right company. Their response is a perfect example of the gaslighting and lies they will use to scam you. This company is a scam. I am an attorney and I would rather go out of business than work with these people. Once they find your business, they will call your office nonstop pretending to be an attorney who is looking for another attorney to take over their caseload. By the way, their "leads" are garbage. Most of the time, the lead isn't even a real person; it's a made-up scenario to scam you into paying for their referral service. They've never gotten a penny out of me, which I assume is why they won't leave me alone. I've blocked so many numbers, but they always have more. It's gotten so bad I am actually looking to bring a harassment suit against them.

First time I've never been in trouble with the law and I had Kale Brock as my PD. He isn't reachable at all! If you ever get the unfortunate assignment of him to represent you, make sure you've got your phone set up to accept private numbers or you'll NEVER hear from him! And his office can't reach out to tell you there is an issue, so you get to discuss your case 5 minutes before your court time, in a corner in the lobby! And he works for the county so you won't get good representation or he'd get fired!

Patrick Mansfield has to be the WORST attorney I have EVER dealt with in my ENTIRE life. When I wouldn't sign the deal he snatched the clipboard from my hands and started whining and acting like a big baby. The 102 ranch should be ashamed to even be affiliated with him. If I could give this lawyer a zero that is what she deserves. Father refuses to work to support the child, father belittles mom infront of child, lawyer given proof father is mentally abusive to mother....court ordered job requirement not enforced...lawyer forces deals on mother that slander family... Everyone is told to be patient while the clent and her family get trampled on.. If you want your family destroyed, this is the lawyer for you.

Please do not waste your money or time on this lady. She will move slowly and not pay attention to your emails, and then come back asking for information you've already provided weeks ago. She will talk to you like you are an idiot. In one of her emails to me she said "Ok, let me break it down to you.. read slowly" this is verbatim and "don't for a second treat me like I don't know what the F... I am doing" when I showed frustration and used the "damn" word in my email. Mind you, you are the one who's paying her and she's talking to you like this. She will sign away your money without your consent. She offered the other side a lot money after I explicitly told her not to and then she comes back with "well, it's too late, they've already accepted". Why did I keep her and keep paying her? Because I thought my ex and I reached an agreement but he would then change his mind and ask for more. Which he kept getting. Yes, she will settle your case for you, for sure. Just be prepared to have her give the other side EVERYTHING they ask for and avoid court at every expense. She will tell you over and over, " I just want to get you divorced and save you money", all the while giving away your money like it's water. Do not hire this lady if your case is remotely complicated or you are a high income earner with your own business. And of course if you are looking for someone who remotely respects or listens to you. This to say, that by the time, I brought another lawyer in, it was too late to undo all the damage she had already done and I was out of money to keep paying more and more fees. Wish I had someone different from the beginning. I would possibly still had paid alimony but much less than what was projected by the time another party came into play. The whole justice system is not just people. Be prepared to lose as the lawyers make all the money. Divorce law is antiquated and needs an overhaul.

Hired Mandy sept of 2017. She files a motion which cost me 1500 roughly that was rejected and not even heard. She talked to me like I was a little kid and was disrespectful in our face to face conversations. Emailed her paperwork to file in court and she never filed them. Have her legal paperwork to review before court she failed to. Had no game play at the hearing I had to schedule an appointment with her day before court just to come up with a game plan. Was an hour late to court because she told me the hearing was at 11 when it was at 10. Made us both late that day and it hurt my case. Judge asked her to file the order and she never filed it. Asked her set up an appoint with other party per the judge order. She charged me for setting up the appointment but never got the sit in. Asked her to erase the extra charges she charged me and she didn’t then she filed a motion to withdraw as counsel and even charged me for the motion to withdraw. Very unorganized counsel. Other attorney looked professional and she was never prepared to counter. She charged me for motions that were never heard failed to communicate file paperwork correctly and was late for court. Very below standard and do not recommend. She doesn’t care about her clients

My mother hired this attorney to do her will. My mom did an addendum to her will which she had me take her and the addendum to a notary public to get signed. Then i drove her to Katherine Bernings office, helped her inside the office where i saw her hand the notorized document to Mrs. Bernings assistant. When i tried to contact Mrs Berning after my mother passed she couldnt be reached nor would she return any of my calls or emails. The only one i could reach was a paralegal who informed me that there was no addendum to my mothers will.

our divorce was granted in November 2014. I had to find this out by going online to the family court website. My ex and I have left at least 8 messages asking for our divorce papers or at least info on how to get them. It is very important I get these for legal reasons. Neither of us have received a call back. Nor have we been able to speak to a live person which is very frustrating.

Tom Standish and his associates, mainly Phillip Spralding, do not practice evidence based law. They are scum bags, who pander to vulnerable females in difficult times to maximize their firms profits. They do not care about the best situation or well-being of children. They more focus on how they can exploit the imperfect system of family law for their maximum benefit. They are racist. I don’t know how they have such a high rating on this platform, but I strongly disagree. I hope this firm, and attorneys of this shallow caliber lose their credibility as soon as possible.

I originally hired Carlia through Right Lawyers. I trusted and believed in her she left two firms in the time being of my case to which I followed her since she knew my case. She also made it sound that if I stayed at the firms I would be left with inadequate and inexperienced lawyers In the end she promised to finish my paperwork and never did. I bugged her for months and she just lied and put me off. She never did finish it. I wouldn't trust her with something as simple as my will. I can only imagine she has carried to Standish Law firm the same untrustworthy traits. All I wanted was my paperwork done as promised.

My spouse and I hired him for assistance in filing for the Provisional Waiver. What made this a negative experience is that, he never followed up with us and when we contacted him he became very irritated and provided conflicting information. At the end, after paying large amounts for multiple consultations, we had to find another legal expert. Due to all this, my spouse nearly lost his case.

He was helping to fix my status in USA, but he had an actitud every time I would ask something. In the end didn't help me at all, he left me on my own with my case which I lost, of course. I end up being in Mexico with no chances to go back to USA where my family waits for me. I would never recommend him to anyone.
