Scott won an arbitration case against a brokerage for us. They had lost our money due to poor account security. He was very thorough and professional with good communication skills. I would recommend him if you need a lawyer.

Greco & Greco represented me several years ago in a case in which my financial planner ignored my investment guidelines in making several very risky investments in my name. This individual was employed by a very large financial services corporation which refused to return my funds. I retained Greco & Greco.This after a few months resulted in a face to face negotiation with a team from the corporate office which supported the financial planner. After several hours including many strategy breaks and rejected offers a satisfactory settlement was reached. Without the skilled representation of Greco & Greco we would not have won such a settlement. I was very pleased with all aspects of their service including their timely feedback throughout the case. I just spoke to the office regarding my past case which ended almost a year ago, I am upgrading my review and I appreciate the time the manager spent talking with me recently. I have to give Jordan five stars, she was assigned to my case near the end. Mr. McDonald upheld his part of his bargain, that I would not have to pay out of pocket. He did negotiate in good faith with me for the fiscal conclusion of my case. In all of this, I appreciate that. No money in the world can compensate me for the continuing pain, mental anguish, time and costs that I incurred due to someone else's negligence, nor the way my insurance company of 30 years treated me. I am most unhappy with my past Allstate insurance company um/uim carrier hiring a very seasoned lawyer to fight against me by representing the person who injured me. I did not understand the law regarding um insurance. I am no longer giving them my premiums that they collected for over thirty years. The Virginia law in reference to contributory negligence is another major obstacle that affected my case, which should be changed. It only benefits the insurance industry. I am from Florida, so I was unaware of some of these rules.

Sarah is a spot on attorney who will fight for you but not take your lies. Be honest with her on everything and she will go to the mat with the best of them and win. She has been nothing but thoughtful and without her I would not be able to see my daughter. I cannot recommend her enough! Me and my boyfriend went to the chesapeake location regarding breach of contract, a yo-yo deal by a dealership and the dealership ran our credit without permission as well as set up a new deal and moved our downpayment to it. The dealer also lied and misrepresented what was actually was going on with the lender and overall negligence with this deal. They actually withheld our funds well over the time frame that they were supposed to refund us. We have it all on recording, showing this. We paid 80 for 15 minutes (they did not have change , it is usually 75$) the lawyer was just too dismissive, he talked over us, cut us off in the midst of explaining and expected us to immediately shut up just because he started talking, there wasn’t any “excuse me for a moment “ or “may i interrupt “. He then told us we had no case and there’s nothing we can do and that we were only entitled to our down payment back from the dealer, out his own mouth he stated “even if they did breach the contract you’re only entitled to your downpayment”. I went to another lawyer a week later and explained the situation the exact same with the same exact contract from the dealership and was told my case is an extreme case of negligence and that our consumer rights were extremely violated and we have more than enough evidence to file a large civil suit. The new lawyer even offered to take our case pro bono. Overall, We felt embarrassed as two black individuals being dismissed and not given the time of day to explain how our rights were violated. I’m also in my senior year of college studying law, i knew something was wrong and very educated on VA consumer rights, and studied prior similar cases in the hampton roads where civil suits have been filed in YO-YO deals similar to mine. We also did not use the entire 15 minutes and still the price did not change. This is not a review to condemn the business however i do hope that in the future this can be used as a learning example, us a society is already struggling, for someone to go and pay funds for a service because something is seriously off with a situation that happened to them and then to be handled in such a nonchalant and authoritarian manner was heart breaking. I literally walked out and immediately started crying when we were done because this case has completely turned our life upside down with no car. A touch of kindness and morality is all it takes for your business to become outstanding in all walks of life .

I am writing to express my highest recommendation for Mr. Green, who provided exceptional legal representation during a challenging period in my life. In July 2024, I was cited for reckless driving with a recorded speed of 55/96 by an officer on Access Road, VA. The gravity of the situation left me deeply concerned about the potential impact on my employment record, rental agreements, financial stability, and security clearance. John had good communication throughout the whole process. I think his legal fees were justified and reasonable considering the offenses I was up against. The plea deal he was able to get was fair and strategic (reducing, and having charges Disposed). I would recommend John as a Criminal Defense Attorney.

He was able to dropped and closed false accusation cases and investigations against me which has been a long arduous process. Seek a better attorney & law firm . Everyone always too busy to take your call or even be on time with phone meetings they schedule. Not helpful at all most likely won’t get you off unless you do the work yourself. I’ve had better attorneys as public defenders. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone personally.
