My friend and I were involved in a car accident in Jan 2021- a man ran through a stop sign as we were going 65 mph, causing us to tbone him. He was at fault. I was airlifted to a GB hospital. My son had passed away at college 5 weeks before, so I was not prepared to deal with any of it. Kevin and his staff were patient, guided me, encouraged me even when I was ready to give up, because I just couldn't handle anything at that time in my life. I ended up getting the most I could get , and I am so happy that I went to him in the first place. Although I'm sure they had much bigger cases than mine, they made me feel like a priority.

My 20-year-old son is a good kid who's had a rough childhood. Critical self-esteem issues drove many of his decisions that resulted in several serious and varied charges across 4 different jurisdictions over a 10 month period. It was a mess that Attorney Kippa handled for us even though we complicated it by following through with our plan to move out of state immediately upon retaining him. Despite all that, he delivered for my son the best possible outcome, and he did it with the grace and respect my son desperately needed given his emotional condition. Mark was extremely helpful when I was dealing with a charge. He walked me through the steps in a way that I, someone with no experience with the legal system, was able to understand. I hired Mark Maciolek for a hearing and he defended me as expected. I had explained the circumstances and he sounded sure that it was a do-able case. As confusing and frightening as the criminal justice process can be, you need a fighter with the level of expertise and reputation as Robert Keller.
My case was a PAC 4th and after difficulty achieving a more favorable outcome with my previous attorney (the “deal” we were offered was 3 years prison and probation), a family friend referred me to Mr. Keller. I immediately felt at ease and that my case was in the right hands after our first conversation. Mr. Keller asks questions and listens as much as he is diligent in examining the case to clearly outline the process and possible challenges and outcomes. He kept me informed every step of the way and I felt my chances for an acquittal or dismissal were very good. And that’s exactly what he delivered. Within a month, my case was dismissed and I was able to move forward with my life.

Attorney Jean M. Ansay was referred to me by another attorney friend of mine in the Milwaukee area. My only request was." I wanted the Best" and boy did I get it for my Child Support fight. Her team and I became friends, family, enemies, partners and my psychiatrist.
Jean was passionate about being fair in the battle and protective of me and all my personal and business affairs. Renee helped us with a couple of custody cases and an adoption. Everyone in her office was easy to work with and very responsive.
Renee was referred to us by a number of friends and professionals. The only people I spoke to that did not like her were individuals that were on the opposing side of a case. Which is exactly what we needed. She is thorough, and having her on our side really made us feel much better about a difficult experience.

Renee represented me during a rough time in my life while I was attempting to obtain a restraining order.
She took her time to get to know the details of my case prior to the court date and answered all of my questions. I never felt like I was rushed during our meetings or that I had to re-explain myself. She just "got it". Her staff was also helpful and organized with their paperwork/email communication.
As someone who has never gone to court for anything before, my anxiety about the entire process was high. However, when Renee met me at the courthouse, my anxiety diminished. With her assistance prior to court, I felt prepared. And, more importantly, she was fully present and ready to handle my case. I was in a divorce case evolving into a more complex divorce case over time as more n more came out that was happening in my marriage behind my back, even when I anticipted a kosher/easy divorce than I had foreseen when I filed.
I went to a well know atty that then began to put me on the defensive as his client, I had to prove to this 1st atty that I was not who my atty & ex, & ex’s atty was making me out to be. He seemed to be siding w my ex after a few months rather than giving me full support…it was “just take this, u already are getting enough and who cares that ur husband has had a girlfriend.”.
Obviously onto atty #2, this was a flat fee for service….bad idea, it became “forget this and that, let’s just get done and finalized” but I felt strongly on issues I personally had and wanted to address in my case and that need attention by my atty and representation to fight for me.
Both lawyers #1 & #2 were afraid of my ex’s lawyer and wanted to look “good” for her, who is/was the President of The Law/Bar Association of WI.
So I began to search for atty # 3, which can sometimes look poor in the eyes of some judges (& atty’s), but I needed 100% support for me and my kids, a strong atty and one that help focus on and address my issues I cared about….. that were almost pushed to the way side by my 1st two atty’s.
Plus, when calling around for my 3rd atty, I had to find one that was not afraid of my ex’s atty. Atty Philip Trampe’s team assured me he is the one to go w in Racine Co….he was originally referred to me by a Waukesha/Milwaukee co atty and swore that Trampe (represented Racine Co.) will side w me and also be open n honest enough to tell me what truly is fair during negotiations, and since it was a high emotion divorce, atty Trampe was able to me focused if I got off track or reeled me back in if my emotions flared up.
I Highly recommend professional atty Philip trampe and his team!

Should of went to jail but Mr. Cafferty got possesion charge dropped. Only had to deal with ccw permit violation and paraphernalia charge. Luckily I didn't go to jail and ended up on probation. Not happy about probation but better than going to jail. Very happy with his work. Could of been a lot worse with a public defender. Definitely worth the money even if you have to borrow or put it on the credit card. No amount is too much to have stuff dropped off your record. Something a public defender will never be able to do for you.

I was a party to an employment agreement. Nick advised me in a wrongful discharge dispute related to that agreement, and represented me during negotiations and settlement. He is a great teacher, and helped me to understand the issues so that we could work as partners to set a reasonable settlement objective and chart a strategy for getting there. I quickly developed great confidence in him and was absolutely delighted with the outcome. Perhaps one of the best things about working with Nick is his demeanor. There were significant financial ramifications involved in this case and I was riding an emotional roller coaster. My mom hired Tim to do A Trust for her assets. My first thought mom didn't really need to spend this kind of money. And we could have probably could have done this on our own.
