Wow Matthew is quick, hardworking, and honest. I had gotten a ticket two years ago that still had not been resolved, I called him and it took a couple of days for him to dismiss everything and honestly speaking my situation was not good, but still he pulled through and saved me. I first met Julianne at a workshop where she was talking to the group about estate planning and how to help your loved ones handle their finances, etc., in their elder years. When it came time to settle my father's estate, years later, she was the first one I thought of and she made the difficult process as seamless as it could have been. It is impossible to put into words the impact that Barrett and his team have had on my life. My brother contacted Barrett when I was in need of legal assistance. My wife informed me of her desire to get a divorce in early June 2023. I was presented with the initial communication from my wife’s attorney on June 21, 2023. I met with Barrett Mack, of Mack and associates for an initial consultation . As it turns out this was the best decision I could have made in this situation.
Barret, and his associate attorney; Katie Pompey, and Sarah Keefer; a paralegal, made up the team that handled my case.

Matthew Simone was a life saver for me! He got my DWI and refusal to submit a breathalyzer down to an open container where I only paid a fine, completed an alcohol evaluation, and a short course for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). My arrest record, finger prints and mug shot were sealed and my license was not suspended for a year for refusing the breathalyzer. I also can travel freely back and forth to Canada where my girlfriend lives because of Matt. I was stopped at a checkpoint, only conducted one field sobriety test, did not conduct a breathalyzer test, and was respectful and cooperative with the police. If you were swerving in and out of lanes, stumble out of your car, blow over a .08, and are rude to the police there is only so much that can be done. However, Matt will still fight for you to get you what you want. Remember to set proper expectations and know that a majority of how your case is going to play out depends on your behavior that night. Matt’s communication was also great! If I had any questions or concerns about the legal process he would answer them swiftly and take the time to ensure I understood what was happening. His legal assistant Joselyn was also spectacular! She would get back to me in a timely manner as well and always sent me what I needed, even if I asked twice and forgot that I already had what I needed. 10/10 would recommend! Hopefully we won’t cross paths again, but if we do it feels good knowing Matt is on your legal team!

I was going slightly over 80mph near the I-87 / I-90 interchange near Albany. I hired Mr. Kehoe based on a positive consultation. He offered to comp his fee if it went to trial. I ended up getting the ticket plead down to a parking ticket - non moving violation. I learned about fine around a week after my trial date. I am happy with the result.

We have used Randall on a few occasions over the course of 5 years for speeding tickets for teenage drivers. Randall allows us to handle over the phone or via email, allowing us to have a "paper trail" of all of our conversations. Randall has handled multiple incidents and we've also referred him to others that have used him as well. His handling fee is due up front and is very reasonable. He sends us copies of all communications he sends out, and then gets back to us with the plea deals and handles them in court without us ever having to even step foot in a court room. Randall is a name we remember by heart when referring him and while we hope to never need him again, should we need a traffic lawyer, Randall is our guy!

My journey was a very long one to say the least. However, working with Rakesh allowed me time to see the light at the end of my darkest tunnel. I’ll plea the 5th with the details but imagine doing a 5k run towards the trooper fund and loosing over 14lbs of weight in the process. It was the most expensive workout plan ever lol (I can find the humor at my own expense now that it’s over). The odds were not in my favor at the start line but with Rakesh’s support I was able to finish the race breathing freely. He advised me in the right direction, remained blunt with the facts, and reassured me to the end. To my disbelief he was able to work out every one of my “multiple misunderstandings” and if it wasn’t for his credible knowledge of the law and court processes, this may not have been otherwise possible. Although we had our moments, at the end of it all I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and time devoted to my case and for ultimately keeping my reputation intact! 10 years ago i saw mr. mihuta in rensselaer county court and he was the only lawyer that argued with the judge for his client. other attorneys i witnessed agreeing with the da. Mr. Mituta wouldnt take anything less then the best for his client. i was impressed then and started to retain him. I have used lucas over the last 10 plus years for various criminal court proceedings, to surrogates and most recently my personal injury case which went to trial. During trial i was so impressed with his knowledge of medical that i asked him if he had a medical degree as well. he actually had the doctors re think what they were saying and his style had the jury do anything BUT fall asleep. even the judge said he was looking forward to lucas keeping him awake. he was so impressive with his closing arguments he had me crying and moved the jury to a favorable outcome. Joe Gerstenzang was the best decision I could have made for myself regarding my legal trouble. He is forthright, accountable, proficient, communicative, and creative with his interpretation of the law.
I had a second DWI approximately one year after my first, and was looking down the barrel of some harsh and seemingly endless penalties. Joe made me feel extremely confident and well represented throughout the process and in the courtroom. And he was able to achieve the results I was hoping for.
My first impression was that Joe was realistic and honest with me. We went over my case, which had been delayed for 10+ months due to covid court closures. Joe was honest with me about how he thought my case looked, and we made decisions from there. The decisions we made felt collaborative and I always felt like my voice was heard, and my story was understood.
Proceeding from there, Joe was able to negotiate a deal that I found extremely generous.
One thing that really stood out to me:
Due to covid court closures where I live, I was not able to drive for a very long time, as my case had remained stagnant while my license revocation remained in place. By the time the courts opened back up, I was not set to get my license back for a long time. The court did not want to recognize this closure time as time served of any suspension. This is where Joe got creative.
I don't exactly know how he did it, but Joe was able to get creative with his interpretation of law. He got me on the road again. Had I hired a lesser lawyer, I may have been Uber-bound for another 6-12 months.

Leonard D'Arrigo (LJ) is one the finest immigration attorney out there. He handled my employment based immigration. I was close to receiving a probationary dismissal from a supervisor with negative re-hire codes as a reprisal for an EEO complaint. Although his behavior was unlawful, I had next to no options and was repeatedly harassed by the legal office to sign a vague resignation contract with an NDA clause that I was not comfortable with. Jason represented our group which opposed a proposed industrial scale gravel mine in our residential neighborhood. Mining was allowed with a special use permit. This required extensive review of many documents, familiarity with zoning and mining law, and attendance at Planning Board and Town Board meetings.
