I was very seriously injured at a New York State boat launch. Chris Flint handled the case from start to finish. We brought an action in against New York State in the Court of Claims. I saw Chris in action, first in depositions, then at trial. He was great. Chris had spent many hours with me both in his office and at the scene of the accident, preparing for trial. He went above and beyond and was absolutely driven to get me the best result possible. Through Chris’s hard work and excellent skills in the court room, the Court found liability on the State, a result they were definitely not expecting. The State then settled the case. I feel that without Chris’s hard work, I could not have won the case. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone.

Unfortunately I needed to hire an attorney as my husband was killed during a repossession. I was lost and could hardly think of anything other than my family. My experience with Linda Johnson was part of a very long 3 year lawsuit which I was the victim of a car crash. Linda and Steve Shultz where my lawyers for this lawsuit against three different people (insurance company lawyers). Now to be honest lawsuits are kind of a pain mostly because of how long it takes which wasn't my lawyers fault but the opposing companies but Linda did an amazing job on my case especially during the week long trial battle. Not only that but she was really supportive and did a great job helping me make crucial decisions which in turn helped me get a very favorable outcome. That said if I had to go through this type of experience again and hopefully I don't because the crash part still hurts there is no other lawyer I would rather have on my team she definitely knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with I couldn't thank her enough. She helped me fight for what I deserved and it worked out in my favor made it so I can finally move forward and go to college. If you have a lawsuit Linda will 100% not disappoint.

Casey helped me work through drafting a contract for the process of assisted reproduction with a close friend. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer for this process. She helped me understand all the issues involved - on both a legal and a personal level - and she was extremely knowledgeable about the law as it stands and as it may change in the future. Hands down the best lawyer around. I had previously hired another lawyer for my divorce and adoption of my son, and after 5 months and several thousand dollars, nothing was accomplished. I was referred to Casey from a friend who had a great experience as well. Casey was able to break everything down and go over everything until I could understand the complicated situation I was in. With her by my side, we were able to accomplish our goals and finalize everything in a timely matter. She was never one of those lawyers who wanted to drag anything out just to drain me of more money (Like my previous lawyer). She was always available to reach when needed, even on a Saturday night!! I recently hired Mr. Palmateer in a Federal trademark dispute case in which I was the defendant. First of all, Lee is very personable and an excellent communicator, which I have found to be qualities lacking in some attorneys. He is diligent about returning phone calls and e-mails and is scrupulously honest in his billing practices. He is, in short, a credit to the legal profession.
But don't let Lee's unassuming demeanor fool you, he excels as a litigator. In fact, he is a litigator of uncommon ability and judgment. I had been sitting on my business trademark for years knowing I need to secure an official trademark but clueless on where to start. I was seriously considering using an online legal filling service but very uncomfortable with the unknowns and completely overwhelmed by the process knowing there was much more that had to be considered. A colleague recommended I contact Lee. It was the best move I could have made. I called his office and he got back to me immediately. After discovering that I had Legionnaire's Disease which I contracted from the Best Western Sovereign Hotel in Albany, which has a history of problems with this disease, I contacted Michael Conway who I knew from newspaper stories was representing several other clients with the same problem. Michael was kind enough to visit me at my home while I was still recovering from the Legionnaire's so I wouldn't have to make the trip down to his office. I had originally contacted another lawyer whom I knew personally but decided to go with Michael because he was already
deeply involved with other Best Western Legionnaire's cases. I always found Michael responsive and he dutifully kept me apprised of the status of my case by sending me all paperwork and staying in touch by phone. He answered all my questions in an easy to understand way. My case was settled by mediation, and thanks to Michael's and his team's efforts, I was remunerated nearly $36,000 in damages from the Best Western. I am a woman who has never had to seek the counsel of a lawyer in a distressed situation. I was in an incident which forced me to attain a lawyer. Because of a lack of experience in this type of situation, I felt scared and totally alone. I went on the Internet and just looked up lawyers and found a site that stated what their mision statement was in regards to the operation of their law firm and I immediately felt "hope". I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David to anyone. He is a very thorough, ethical, knowledgeable, well spoken attorney. At court there was no comparison to the other attorney! David outshone him in every area!

Mr. Pennock is the best lawyer I've ever had, one you would want to have on your side no matter what type of case or legal affairs you want handled. He is very thorough, honest, and detail-oriented. He took my brothers case to the United States Supreme Court and won!! He is a fighter who never gives up. I have met a lot of lawyers but I have never meet a lawyer who won before the US Supreme Court. His office has photos of him and his wife with the Chief Justice of the Court (Roberts). Hopefully we will never need to go to the Supreme Court again but if we do he is our man! One of the smartest lawyers in upstate New York.

When I got back from Iraq, I learned that I lost my job during my deployment. Mat took my case for free and got me my job back PLUS $50,000 in case and $80,000 in attorney fees.
